Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Camera moderna, pulita, vicinissima a piazza Syntagma e alla fermata della metro. Zona vivace, centrale, sicura, a 20 minuti a piedi dall'acropoli. Bagno spazioso. Letti comodi. Aria condizionata ben funzionante. Sotto l'hotel c'è un bar dove si può fare colazione.

This is not a luxury apartment. This is 9 square meters room with small bathroom that has a water pump that can wake up a dead person. There was no washing machine as marketed. Very disappointing. I have two stars just because of the location that is great

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026La ubicación era perfecta y al volver de noche no sentías que pasabas por calles muy solitarias. Está alrededor de avenidas principales y tiendas de lujo.
La habitación en sí era muy pequeña, la cama ocupa casi todo el espacio. Y el baño hacía bastante ruido procedente de las cañerías hasta por la noche.

La posizione è ottima, centralissima e comodissima per visitare Atene e raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni. Un ringraziamento speciale va all’host, davvero gentilissimo, disponibile e attento. Ha soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste con grande cortesia, facendomi sentire subito a mio agio. Struttura consigliatissima per chi vuole soggiornare ad Atene in una posizione strategica, con un servizio attento e un host davvero impeccabile. The room was tiny, barely any place to open our suitcases. We were two people, so two suitcases at once was not an option.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The property is based in an office building block guarded by a shutter at night which you have to have a remote control for. I had an early flight and struggled to give my keys back and open / close the shutter. To much effort to be honest.
As mentioned above also the facilities were cheap in quality although the room was clean and located well. I would not stay there for any more than 1 day.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Sicuramente la posizione. Vicina all’acropoli, vicina alla città vecchia, vicinissima all’x95 che è il bus diretto che porta all’aeroporto. Se devi stare una notte di passaggio questa struttura è l’ideale. Per il resto la camera è pulita anche se molto molto piccola.

La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de todo lo que hay que ver. Limpio y con detalles como café o agua a la llegada.
El tamaño de la habitación es algo justa, pero no es un problema.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026We enjoyed our two night stay in the suite. The location was excellent and we had no trouble getting in. Despite the busy street the room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Our room did not have a balcony but you wouldn't have wanted one as it looked over an intercity courtyard with air conditioning units. The room was smaller than I envisioned and the shower water went onto the floor but it was comfortable for a short stay and close to the metro. We appreciated the TV and Netflix after a day walking the streets and in the heat.
Nothing really. All was adequate for a short stay.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Lo elegí por cercanía para coger el X95 de madrugada. Los problemas de acceso se solucionaron rápido via WhatsApp. Habitación sin ruido, cama cómoda, ducha funcional y set de desayuno.
Edificio de oficinas con muy poca iluminación nada acogedor dentro de una galería. Cuando me enteré de que a la hora que yo me marchaba la verja exterior iba a estar cerrada y necesitaba control remoto, me puse muy nerviosa por si me quedaba encerrada y no pude dormir. No pasó, claro.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Posizione comodissima, stanza pulita, fresca e luminosa. Silenzioso anche se in pieno centro. Ben collegato. Le attrazioni principali sono tutte raggiungibili a piedi! Fermata della metro Syntagma vicina e anche quella del tram per raggiungere eventualmente il mare.
Unico piccolo dettaglio, sicuramente migliorabile con poco, il bagno avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccola rifinitura.

The room was freezing cold and it was not readily apparent how to adjust the air condition. The room was also smaller than expected. They were very detailed instructions on how to get into the room after hours but no instructions on how to work the lights or air condition which were unfamiliar to foreign tourists.

Questa mattina abbiamo trovato il portone di casa non apribile dall'interno ed abbiamo dovuto risalire riaprire il Locker aprire il portone e poi risalire nuovamente ( l'ascensore non andava). Inoltre al check in troverete tutto aperto perché c'è un bar sotto i portici del palazzo, peccato che abbiamo rischiato di perdere la nave perché non trovavamo l'altro Locker per poter aprire la saracinesca. Sarebbe il caso di esplicitare che , quando il bar è chiuso c'è una saracinesca da aprire e bisognerebbe mettere adesivo con nome struttura grazie

Une pompe derrière les wc fait un bruit tonitruant dès qu'on tire la chasse d'eau ou qu'on se lave les mains?!? Ce que nous n'avons pas apprécié, c'est la chambre très petite au 4e étage avec une fenêtre donnant sur une minuscule cours intérieure. Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe.

C'est petit. Le groupe de climatisation d'une chambre voisine vibre contre le mur du côté duquel j'avais la tête de lit ... Tant que le client d'à côté utilise sa climatisation, impossible de dormir ... Ou alors il faut aimer les bruits répétitifs ...

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Το δωμάτιο ήταν πραγματικά στην καρδία της πόλης, μια ανάσα από τα καταστήματα και τις καφετέριες. Παραταύτα ήταν αρκετά ήσυχο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες έστειλαν αναλυτικότατες οδηγίες και μπορέσαμε πολύ εύκολα να βρούμε τα κλειδιά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Θα σύστηνα το κατάλυμα ανεπιφύλακτα σε άτομα που έρχονται για να εξερευνήσουν την πόλη και θέλουν να μείνουν κάπου πολύ κεντρικά αλλά και ταυτόχρονα να καλύψουν βασικές ανάγκες διαμονής!

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026We chose Real City Suites for an overnight stay in Athens before flying out the next day. We can thoroughly recommend this accommodation as a base. It is very close to the Syntagma metro station and is quiet and well appointed.
It is quite compact but we expected this .

La entrada algo escondida y un poco lugubre. Tampoco nos gusto el ruido de un aire acondicionado o turbina exterior que se oía mucho desde el interior. La persiana tenia desperfectos tambien. El tornillo de la pared estaba salido.

In der Nähe sind viele Bars, dadurch war es nachts laut. Also so laut dass man wirklich ohrenstöpsel braucht. Auch das Fenster konnte man nicht komplett schließen.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Litet rum, men det framgår i beskrivningen. Fullt tillräckligt då vi bara övernattade en natt på väg hem från ö-världen. Nära Syntagma tunnelbanestation och bara att följa gågatan ner mot Monastiraki och vidare med Akropolis. Mycket bra kommunikation med ägaren.
Står man ut med att leva lite trångt så är det inga problem.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026La ubicación inmejorable a metros de plaza Sintagma y del barrio Placa. Llegarás en colectivo desde el aeropuerto y la zona es muy trqila para caminar de noche. Práctico acceso y respuesta inmediata del encargado.

We had to leave very early but outside grill to building access was locked. While we had to use remote to open - we didn't know how to close again as remote goes in lock box. Fortunately a lady with remote closed it behind us

A bit hard to find the entrance , once in was fine. Very compact tight room. Hard to open suitcase in confined space.

Reviewed May 28, 2026The location is fantastic , walking distance from all the important sites. Close to the station and bus stop to the airport. Shops near by and places to eat. Easy check in and check out. Good instructions.
The view was a bit disappointing but as I was not going to spend time in the hotel but rather site seeing, it didn’t matter to much.

Reviewed May 27, 2026The location was amazing. 15 min from acropolis and about 5 mins from the syntagma train station and main shopping hub. Very secure and private. The apartment was modern and clean.
The bed was terrible. Unfortunately I think the mattress we got was due for replacing as we could feel the springs poking into our backs. The sheets were also stained. Our sheets had some red stains that looked like old blood. Not certain what it was but wasn’t ideal to see on the linens. The shower also struggles to drain water so begins to flood rather quickly. The good thing is it doesn’t ever overflow onto the bathroom floor but it does flood in the shower itself. The plumbing sounds like an industrial vacuum. Obviously this isn’t the hosts fault (neither is the flooding as I think it’s just the plumbing generally in the building) but beware if you’re a light sleeper and your travelling companion uses the bathroom at night. The apartment was very small (my fault for picking that room). Perfect for one person but we were 2 people and struggled with the suitcases. I would recommend upgrading to a better room to avoid this issue if you can.

Reviewed May 27, 2026The manager and staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful, storing my luggage for me when I arrived early and getting my room ready for me in super quick time The cleaning guy even messaged me as soon as o was ready Lovely bed and bathroom - great shower and perfect air conditioner Full instructions on how to get in and out when the facility was locked at night Good lift system Really great location 2 minutes from Syntagma square but quiet street at night
Slightly complicated with lock safes, keypads and remote controlled gate - but it all worked fine

Quite a small space for the 2 of us + our luggage so if you’re travelling light then is a great space. Shower could use some extra protection to stop water splashing throughout bathroom

Las vistas daban a un patio interior, con lo que la habitación es bastante oscura. El tamaño muy pequeño. La ducha no desaguaba bien.

Şifreli kutuda anahtarla girip çıkışta da tekrar kutuya anahtarı bırakıyorsunuz. Kimse ile iletişim kurmana gerek kalmıyor. Syntagma metro durağına beş dk da ulaşıyorsun. Havaalanından gelenler için büyük konfor her anlamda güzel bir tatildi

トイレを流した時やお風呂の排水がビックリするぐらいの大きな音が出る。ベッドのスプリングが悪いのか、真ん中がたわんでる感じで朝起きたとき腰が少しいたかった。布団が肩までなくて寒かった。
