Hotel Casa Teva Barcelona

De accommodatie was echt prachtig en had een heerlijke, stijlvolle boutique-sfeer. Alles voelde warm, sfeervol en verzorgd. Maar wat ons verblijf écht bijzonder maakte, was het personeel. Iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons helemaal welkom en bijna alsof we thuis waren. Echt uitzonderlijke service!

Eigenlijk helemaal niets. We hebben oprecht niets kunnen bedenken wat ons niet beviel. Alles was boven verwachting en we hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf.

Location is fantastic. Rooms are small, but decent and clean. Comfy beds.

Not so much to do with the hotel, but in front is a plato and during the evening some not so nice looking people hang out.

Brilliant location a stones throw from the old town and the hub of activity. The whole establishment was so cute, very welcoming and had a lovely atmosphere. The bed was super comfy and I felt very welcomed there.

Great location near La Rambla, the hotel is very modern and the rooms are designed accordingly. Everything necessary is provided as well (airconditioner, refrigerator, blow dryer, fresh daily towels and a rich selection of snacks). The balcony was also a big pus. The hospitality of the staff is just amazing!

Little details such as a clogged sink and the bathroom door that happened to be a little molded. But overall amazing experience!

El trato amable, limpieza, la comida excelente, un desayuno bastante completo que dan ganas de repetir, decimos quedarnos a cenar en su restaurante y fue todo estupendo calidad precio. Me gustó la decoración nada cargante y un olor agradable. Nos atendieron fenomenal.

Si vas de la rambla hacia el hotel la calle es un poco “fea” pero el hotel no tiene la culpa. No nos ocurrió nada preocupante.

De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Heel dicht bij belangrijke voorzieningen.

De kamer heeft geen direct daglicht. Er is wel een raam maar dat grenst aan een soort lichtschacht.

Beautifully clean, AC worked well, smelled lovely from diffusers and staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable and shower was clean.

Courtyard outside hotel had a ER type facility opposite which had police and ambulances with sirens frequenting at all hours. Corridors echo so domestic staff and other guests were noisy early morning. Having more than two tea bags for kettle and mugs would’ve been a nice touch. Milk sachet in minibar also would’ve been helpful.

Nos encantó el hotel! Decorado con gusto y muy limpio. Aunque las habitaciones son pequeñas, son muy acogedoras y modernas. Desayuno muy bueno.

Zdecydowanie plusem jest położenie hotelu. W Barcelonie spędziliśmy ze znajomymi prawie 3 doby, mieliśmy bardzo krótką drogę do metra którym dostaliśmy się do głównych atrakcji w mieście oraz na nogach do plaży i innych pobliskich atrakcji. Hotel czysty, bardzo nam się podobał klimat obiektu, oraz dobre śniadanie. Dużym plusem okazał się również personel, który był pomocny i przemiły. Wieczorami zauważyliśmy że w obiekcie znajdował się ochroniarz na wejściu, co również uznaliśmy za pozytywne biorąc pod uwagę dużą ilość bezdomnych w okolicy których widać było szczególnie wieczorami/nocą.

Największym minusem był sposób płatności, który był po prostu dziwny. Dodatkowo miałam problemy z zapłatą, ale po kontakcie mailowym z obiektem personel pomógł szybko to rozwiązać także ostatecznie problem został załatwiony. Minusen również był pokój z widokiem na inne okna i ściany w odległości około 2/3 metrów.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. They were always happy to assist, very accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. All our questions were answered promptly and professionally. We truly appreciated their warm attitude and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was the best choice for us, great location, clean but the staff were the highlight! They were all very helpful, happy, always with a genuine smile and considerate! We did not include breakfast at our booking but we paid for it extra because it was worth it! I always try to book nice, cozy and small hotels for my trips and this stay proved me right! Great location with easy walking distance to top tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was lovely.

I just wanna say I had one of the most amazing experiences in this hotel. I had a lot of issues on my trip to Barcelona but thanks to amazing set of staff, especially Luis they made my trip memorable! Thank you for everything Luis and I appreciate everything you have done!

Fajny klimatyczny hotel położony niedaleko ulicy La Rambla . Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

ホテルの雰囲気は、静かで落ち着いていた。部屋やロビーは洒落ている感じがした。スタッフの方も愛想が良かったし、親切だった。部屋に冷蔵庫があり、飲み物やお土産を冷やしておくのに便利だった。目の前が警察施設になっていたので、四六時中警察官の出入りがあって安心だった。

ホテルからレセウ駅に向かうまでの道が汚い。また、治安もあまり良くなさそう。ホテルの前の広場に、夜中まで現地人が屯していた。レセウ駅、市場周辺のランブラ通りの治安はあまり良くなさそうなので、夜1人で歩くのは避けたほうがよさそう。昼間は、旅行者も多く，スリにさえ気をつけていれば大丈夫そう。

Localização é muito boa, perto de tudo. Quarto bem aconchegante, grande, limpo. Chuveiro bom. Ar condicionado bom.

O bairro é um pouco mais sombrio, pois é um dos bairros mais antigos de Barcelona, mas não me senti insegura.

Чистота и стиль всех помещений, все сотрудники отеля очень доброжелательные, прекрасные завтраки, очень вкусный зеленый чай с перуанской макой, очень удобные кровати, тишина. Сон был прекрасным. Очень порадовало, что с дальней дороги меня смогли заселить в номер чуть раньше положенного. Спасибо!

Лишь небольшая идея на улучшение - было бы удобнее, если бы была полка для личных средств гигиены в душевой кабине.

The building is very clean and modern with 24hr front desk. The room was a good size. Plenty of room around the bed. My room faced out over the tree lined square which gave the room plenty of space and light. It was a nice room to wake up and relax in. The bathroom was smallish but not too small, but most importantly the shower was large. Id happily stay again.

It was a great selection of options for breakfast. The whole staff, from.the cleaning lady to the doorman were fantastic.

Zimmer war sehr klein. Lage war etwas fragwürdig da dort draußen in den Gassen vor dem Hotel sehr unangenehme Menschen rumgelaufen sind. Man hat sich nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.

Todo estuvo muy bien: las habitaciones son limpias y tienen el tamaño adecuado para dos personas. La ubicación es buena y la atención en recepción, excelente. Luis y Leo son muy amables y serviciales. El desayuno es delicioso y tipo bufé. 😊

Good location, within walking distance to sightseeing and restaurants. Clean, modern rooms with a comfortable bed. We were able to access room early at check in which was really helpful. Really friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much, they were really great.

Small charming quiet

Staff were very pleasant and english speaking. Room was cleaned every day until spotless. Location was good close to La Rambla.

The neighbourhood could feel a little rough at night time. However, a security guard was present at night to greet you at the door.

The staff were amazing! I wish I got his name but the man on the front desk on Saturday (1st Aug) and Sunday was so helpful and we left feeling very positive about our stay.

Really loved the location as it’s on walking distance to the beach and Gothic Quarter area. Rooms were clean and dark due to good curtains which we really appreciated. It’s a small/cute hotel which we really liked

Although the rooms were dark, we could hear a lot of noise coming from the hallway. People walking/talking and housekeeping staff going in and out rooms.

The location is close to Rambla, bathroom in good condition. Breakfast is good.

Air conditioner is not working properly, there is noise in the hallway, this is not a four star hotel, the rooms are too small, the foyer looks awful.

Location was perfect - close to the busy part but no loud noise in the evenings, quiet street. The hotel was clean and the bed / bath linen as well. Though the room was small (which can of course be expected in the middle of a large city), it didn't feel claustrophobic. Hotel employees were nice and the breakfast was very good.

Clean and good located.

The “cozy double room” is advertised falsely. The room has small window with no daily light. I asked to change my room, but after a lengthy argument at the reception, they tried to convince me that there were two types of rooms: "internal" and "external," and that I had booked the internal one. This distinction was nowhere mentioned in the room description. In the end, they moved me to another room, but it was extremely small for two people.

Hotel was clean and staff extremely accommodating.

Is located in an awful area of the city. Streets are dirty and littered with unsavoury characters.

Bed was comfortable, shower was great. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

The room is listed as a room with a balcony. It is a Juliet Balcony and not functional for use. The air conditioning was not good and the cleaning of the room was very slap dash. Dirty glasses left in the room, tiny weeny bin. No chair in the room that was in their pictures of the room in their listing. Outside the hotel, the streets are full of graffiti, rubbish bags and smelly of drains and dirty. I was travelling with a blind person and we were put on the 5th floor. It was not value for money

Very good breakfast and very friendly staff. Great location slightly offset but very close to La Rambla.

The room was very small (as expected) but lacked functionality or usable space/surfaces to store clothes. There was only one shelf in the room (a second over-head but too high for me to reach, let alone put anything there) and a couple of hangers, but not nearly close enough space to unpack anything and thus I was constantly digging through my suitcase. Might be not an issue at all for a short trip with only few belongings, but I found it very inconvenient. Yes, the room is small, but could be furnished much smarter. The night stands could have had drawers but where just boxes. Same for the bath room with no surfaces other thank the sink but the potential to add some simple shelves. The hotel is really nice, but please give me some functionality in a small room!

There was a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and a lovely restaurant available for a late breakfast as we arrived. Our room was adequate for the two of us; space for our suitcases and to hang clothes and reasonable size bathroom.

It was a great start to our 5 week holiday and there wasn't anything we didn't like.
