Fantastic spacious modern property, allowing privacy of own rooms and shared space indoor and out for our group. Very close to beach with great restaurant options, including Roots for a chill drink and Mimis for food. Tri welcomed us and organised activities and helped with any questions.

Nothing, wish we had stayed longer.

Excellent communication, welcome and ongoing check ins with Tri the host. The property was perfect for our family vacation and the location was unbeatable.

Some noise from the bar next door but this was not the fault of the owner or property.

- Gần biển, chỉ cách bãi biển 100m (đi ngã sau vườn). Người quản lý là Mr.Trí tuyệt vời, hỗ trợ tích cực từ lúc mới đặt phòng, nhận phòng, trong khi lưu trú, đặt xe giá tốt nhất, dặn bên nhà hàng Seascapes cho giá ưu đãi (cám ơn! và chúng tôi đã có những bữa ăn vừa miệng với giá phải chăng ở đó). - Thích phòng ăn rộng thoáng, ấm cúng bên bếp đầy đủ tiện nghi (đủ như gia đình, có bếp từ, bếp hồng ngoại, lò chiên không dầu, bếp nướng ngoài trời…) rất thích hợp cho nhóm bạn thân hay gia đình sinh hoạt chung. - Có 5 xe đạp miễn phí để đi dạo hay đi chợ An Bàng ở gần đó. - Phòng sạch sẽ, nước mạnh. - Cổng trước là mặt tiền Nguyễn Phan Vinh nên ô tô đậu dễ dàng.

- 2 phòng trên lầu phải lên bằng thang xoắn ốc cao, khó mang vali lên (dù có Mr.Trí hỗ trợ), vài giường hơi yếu nên phát ra âm thanh kèn kẹt.

Das Haus ist perfekt für eine größere Gruppe: super geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir wurden perfekt umsorgt, hatten mit Tri immer einen Ansprechpartner und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein wirklich toller Ort für entspannte Tage in An Bang Beach/ Hoi An und sehr zu empfehlen.

The location is amazing. It is right on the beachfront. The homestay is clean and spacious. Staff are very helpful.

Great location. Lovely grounds and well appointed rooms. Good wifi in each room.

Bathrooms one big wet rooms and drains to toilet so always wet. Lots of keys to manage. A few things didn’t work like gate lock and water stopped working but were fixed with a simple message to host.

We were a large group visiting Hoi An to attend a wedding. The property was nice and all bedrooms have their own dedicated bathrooms, and beach was just next door.. However, the most exceptional part of the stay was our host, Tri and the team. Tri was super kind and arranged all our travel needs. The local food and coffee recommendations were spot on and he was always available to help us with our queries. Tri got in touch well before the arrival and arranged many reservations for us in advance. Many thanks and look forward to staying again 😀.

This is a fabulous find. A beautiful house on a beautiful beach. All rooms are en suite with comfy beds and air con. Each room has its own external entrance so perfect for friends or families with older kids ( perhaps not so ideal for those with young children). Our host, Tri, was super helpful, organising transport from Da Nang and letting us store our luggage whilst we spent a few nights on the Cham Islands ( recommend). Great beach restaurant in front of the house, owned by same family. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m being picky here as it was so good, but a washing machine would have been useful. It was ok though as they organised a lady to collect and launder our clothes for a small fee.

It was close to the beach and the centre of A Bang, but it was far enough away to be quiet at night. The house was attractively decorated, and the large yard was a bonus. The host’s sister owned a restaurant on the beach. (Same name but separate business.). Food was great, and everyone was very accommodating.

I am straining to think of anything. We knew there was no pool, but we used the one at The Bungalow Beach Bar half a block away. (Our youngest member was 5, and the pool was great for him to use up energy.)

The home was gorgeous, clean and had lots of cute little touches that made it homely and beautiful. Hua our host was so lovely and it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Will be back again one day for sure. Also the day bed in the backyard with the fairy lights was an absolute dream :)

Superb beachfront location, with restaurant, at quiet south end of An Bang beach. Large, spotless , newly-renovated room in 4 room property, less than 100m from beach with AC, TV, private bath, etc. Most of all, though, the incredibly kind owner, Hua, and her family/staff, who took care of everything, from breakfast, afternoon drinks on the beach, transportation to nearby Hoi An and Da Nang airport, etc. skillfully and happily. I truly hope to return to enjoy their exceptional hospitality.

Everything was good we booked 2 rooms one with kitchen and garden view the place and facilities were new and all clean, the second one with balcony and ocean view also amazing, the beach is beautiful and not crowded, near by there are a lot of restaurants and also the place has a restaurant with good food. Best of all is the staff, super kind and helpful I would definitely come back here in the near future.

Everything was perfect! The beach is literally 1 min walking and there is a related cafe/restaurant (with the same name) with free sunbeds and umbrellas that also serves delicious food and coffee. The host and staff were very nice and helpful. We had the room with seaview and it was absolutely worth it.

This is a MUST BEEN location!! Really nice warm family people who always want to help you to have a great time!! The food is really good at a incredible beautiful location at the beach! Don't doubt just do it and have a fantastic time here!!! :) We really hope to come back in the future!!

When you go to see new places, with some of the places you develop a connection. Sometimes it is because of the people there, sometimes it's the landscapes, sometimes it's the food. We've been lucky that at Seascape we got all of them. Tucked in a serene part of Hoi An, we couldn't have asked for a better place. Getting up early in the morning to literally stroll to the beach in front and taking a dip in the sea that stretches out in front of you is something to be grateful for. We've spent hours just sitting at their cosy restaurant to stare at the sea in front of us. The generous people here serving us food so good that we stopped going around. The small touches they put to our food would just warm us up (thanks for the cactus leaves in my smoothies!). But none of it comes close to the friendliness and the generosity of the family that hosted us here. To see their smiling faces everyday and their cute kids running around made us feel that we belong in Hoi An. So do yourself a favour and stay here for as long as you can.

My husband and I stayed for 4 days initially but we loved it so much we booked a further 2 days before continuing our travels. It is simply the best place to stay if you visit Hoi An. It is on the beach and about 10 mins taxi from Hoi An. Qua and her sisters and parents do a fabulous job at making everything do perfect. We loved An Bang Sea Scape Homestay

I stayed in the king room with a sea view. The room and the terrace were beautiful. The property is quite recent and in very good condition. The room was generous and the bed was comfortable. It’s right on the beach, so very well located. Quà and her family are incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Very quiet AC

Great location, excellent view, friendly staff!

This place was amazing! The family that runs it and the beachfront restaurant are so kind. I went for 2 days and ended up staying a week.

Top class venue -New build and very clean - tucked away from main party streets and places so quiet at night -amazing interior decor , very soothing and calm - paying a bit extra for the king room with sea view and balcony is worth it!! -complementary water -fantastic host that exchanged WhatsApp numbers with and we contacted them whenever we needed something and they replied instantly. -has a beachfront restaurant attached to it, which has amazing food, smoothies, a set menu for breakfast. - private area in sea cornered off for swimming, so unless you’ve booked with them you can’t swim there hence very quiet and scenic place.

This is such a hidden gem, and I hope future guests respect this place so that it can continue being a small paradise amidst frantic tourist venues.

Really nice room in a lovely area. The lady who greeted me was a star! I was quite badly sunburned and she got me some aloe vera plants in chilled water to rub on the burns which really helped. She also helped me add more data to my Vietnamese sim and just added it to the bill. She couldn’t have been more helpful. She also made me a lemonade as a welcome gift. You wouldn’t get service like that in the uk.

Everyone seems to have their own unique room in this place with AC, my room was spotless and really nice. There is a restaurant right beside it and its very close to the beach. I wish I had more time to chill around the area but I had loads of stuff planned

Location right on An Bang beach. Great restaurant attached to the hotel. Very affordable honestly. Clean, lovely rooms, staff were very helpful and friendly Plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. Can’t fault this homestay.

Such a beautiful room with a massive patio balcony overlooking the ocean and garden, beautiful view. You can rent bikes for free and in front of the homestay is the seascape restaurant serving delicious food, in front of the seascape restaurant is the beach and they provide sun loungers and towels for you, for free, amazing service! The staff are great, the family that run the place are very friendly, I had a small issue with some foods preparation and they fixed it for me instantly, no extra costs. A must stay when you’re in Hoi An!

It's a great family suite with 1 bedroom and kitchen + seating area. The kitchen is fully and newly equipped, great to cook a meal for the kids during hot summer noon. The quality of the place, both outside and inside our room surprised me, it looks better than the photos. Location is right behind their own breach font restaurant, where you can have direct access to beach and free use of sunbed and bean bags. Will difinitely come back, with more friends and family.

An Bang Seascape has a perfect location that is very close to the beach. It is connected to their beachfront restaurant by a few steps. The restaurant offers included breakfast and also tasty paid meals with a menu. The host is friendly and nice which makes us feel at home. The room has a large and beautiful garden in front, our favorite spot to hang out. You don't need to search for beachfront rooms which cost much more, this is more than enough. Also, it's very very new and clean.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The family are lovely and super helpful with anything you need. They made and ate dinner with us on our last night and were always super friendly. The included breakfast is delicious and the lunch, dinner and drinks are also great. The location is amazing with it being right on the beach (with free beach chairs) and a cycle or short taxi ride into Hoi An old town. Would definitely stay here again.
