Grand Place Stays

A lovely property just minutes from the Grand Place yet off the beaten track. Stefany was very helpful. Lovely airy apartment with everything we needed.

We had a few problems with the hot water but Stefany resolved them.

Super Lage

Very central

3 flights of stairs to the room, not great with suitcases because the stairs was quite narrow. The Velux blind in the bedroom was not working, it wouldn’t close.

Está ubicado en el centro mismo de Bruselas, al lado mismo de la Grand Place. Descansamos estupendamente y si volvieramos alguna vez, repetiríamos con total seguridad.

Las escaleras, no hay ascensor.

A block away from Grand Place, but the bedroom windows overlook a courtyard, so it's very quiet. Otherwise, what you see on the photos is what you get.

The water heater is finicky. Make sure you have hot water and if not, ask the host for instructions.

Situación, amplio. Muy buena relación calidad-precio

階段が急で小さい子には危険。屋根裏が煩かった。 ソファーベッドは寝にくい。

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem nicht zu viel Lärm. Die Wohnung ist wirklich hübsch und super eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und die Vermieterin war extrem nett.

Good for short stay.

No AC, to be honest there are 2 small coolers which doesn't help in hot weather.

The top bonus is the location, only 10 min. from Central Station, or 1 min. from the central square.

The living room/kitchen of the apartment faces the pedestrian street, which is noisy in the evenings. We all slept in the second bedroom to be quiet.

W połowie uliczki białe drzwi z numerem 17 i trzeba wcisnąć kod. Mieszkanie znajduje się wysoko trzeba wejść stromymi schodami tak więc lepiej wziąć mała walizkę. pościel czysta i kuchnia OK. Polecam idealnie w samym centrum.

Brak klimatyzacji.

Świetna lokalizacja - w samym centrum Brukseli, blisko dworca centralnego. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna, uprzejma i kontaktowa - w razie potrzeby błyskawicznie odpisuje i pomaga rozwiązać problem. Mieszkanie czyste i bardzo dobrze wyposażone - na miejscu były m.in. suszarka i żelazko, co dla mnie było szczególnie przydatne. Również kuchnia wyposażona jest we wszystko, czego potrzeba do przygotowywania na miejscu własnych posiłków. Spędziłyśmy w tym mieszkaniu 4 noce i byłyśmy bardzo zadowolone z naszego wyboru. Jest to zdecydowanie idealna opcja na kilkudniowy wyjazd.

Mieszkanie znajduje się na poddaszu, więc latem może być tam bardzo ciepło. Dla mnie nie było to problemem, ale warto zdawać sobie z tego sprawę przed przyjazdem. Tak jak można przeczytać też w innych opiniach, do mieszkania prowadzą wysokie i strome schody, dlatego nie jest to pewnie najlepsza opcja dla osób z trudnościami w poruszaniu się. Dla mnie żadna z tych rzeczy nie była problemem i zdecydowanie wybrałabym to miejsce w przyszłości na kolejny pobyt w Brukseli.

Elimde valizlerle tam gözumde görüntü gitmis, kulagimda sesler azalmişken uzerinde 3 yazan odayi gorunce dünyaya döndüm. Kapiyi açınca "aaa la luya alaluyaa "...yine merdivenler ve bu sefer daha dar. Cennete ulaşmak kolay degil tabi. Çatı kati, yuruyunce cok ses oluyordu.

The host was very supportive and helpful. Although the property was a bit tricky to find, she personally came to meet us nearby, took us to the property, showed us around, and explained everything clearly. The location was excellent, very close to Hotel Mozart and Hotel Amigo, making it convenient for exploring Brussels.

The property was slightly difficult to find despite the instructions. Also, the location is quite busy, so we had to plan our trips carefully with time in mind.

Spaziosa, situata al centro. L'opportunità di poter lasciare le valigie all'entrata della porta principale anche dopo il check out ci ha salvato.

Essendo noi in 3 persone, c'era un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. Ma quest'ultimo non era pronto, abbiamo dovuto preparare noi il letto con le lenzuola ecc ... Non c'era il climatizzatore ma solo ventilatori .. sono 2 cose diverse, meglio specificare nella descrizione.

Location is good, I will give them that.

Impossible steps to go up with luggage, no elevator, no air-con, boiling hot inside. Not worth it for the price. It looks like a student apartment on a fourth floor, no lift. For real, really uncomfortable. The street is also pretty bad, almost dangerous at night i might say.

La ubicación al lado de todo lo importante. La amplitud . La calidez y la luz que entraba por las ventanas .

Beliggenheden kunne ikke være mere central! Så dejligt:) og god størrelse lejlighed, ren og fin.

Trapperne var lidt stejle og med en to-årig var det ikke sjovt. Vil ikke anbefale at tage små børn med i det øverste værelse, da der også er stejle trapper inde i lejligheden. Men udover trapperne var det en dejlig lejlighed:)

Location is very strategic. Grand place is right down the street and most attractions are within reach. Easily accessible with foot from the train station. Spaciousness Responsive response from the property owner.

- The pathway to enter the property. It was in an ally way with spray paints and urine smells on the wall, making it very confusing whether if this is the entrance to the apartment. - The stairs up to the apartment. If you’re bringing big luggages, you will have to climb a lot of stairs. Not to mention the stairs are narrow and once you reach the your apartment, you still have to climb a spiral stairs up until you reach the room.

Posizione straordinaria. Casa d’epoca carina, con l’essenziale per un soggiorno a due passi dal centro. Buona comunicazione con la host.

Il divano letto non era preparato al nostro arrivo. Non c’erano delle sedie ma degli sgabelli della stessa altezza del tavolo. C’era una perdita sotto al lavello con una ciotola da svuotare periodicamente. Con qualche accortezza in più il soggiorno sarebbe stato più confortevole.

Lo mejor del alojamiento era la ubicación

Son alojamientos para paso de gente en vacaciones, el sofá cama se desarmaba y no servía para dormir, deberían tener en cuenta que si vas a dormir en el salón, no debería entrar la luz, poniendo unas cortinas que realicen esa función ya estaría, la cocina tenía lo justo y necesario para salir del paso, la campana extractora aspira los humos para el techo,ya que el supuesto tubo de aspiración no iba a ningún sitio.

The location

The hot water did not work at all, we tried to call the host several times and did not pick up. The apartment was very cold, we tried to turn up the temperature in the thermostat but did not seem to do anything as the radiators did not turned up. Also, if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend it as the wooden floor creaks very loudly in the building.

No entramos al apartamwnto, entrada al apartamento por un callejon en malas condiciones, no seguro. Se anula la reserva con costes, el establecimineto no quiere devolver los cistes.......El anuncio del apartamento no indica nada de esta entrada, Me he sentido engañado.

Posizione ottima, pulito, accessoriato, Stefany molto disponibile e tempestiva nelle risposte.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado.

Al apartamento le hace falta una limpieza profunda.

La proximité du centre ville. Les réponses rapides de l’hôte aux problématiques rencontrées.

Des couacs à l’arrivée. Poignées de porte HS, couverts manquants, eau chaude et chauffage en panne. Mais tout a été corrigé par l’hôte assez rapidement. Manque une table à manger plus confortable pour 4 personnes.

La ubicacion

Son emplacement en plein centre, à côté de la grande place. La grandeur de l’appartement. La cuisine équipée. Le personnel du restaurant pour la consigne à bagages était très gentil.

Le lit et le canapé lit sont très inconfortables. Le pire a été les nuisances sonores en provenance des autres appartements. Nous étions réveillés tôt tous les matins, il y’avait énormément de bruit que ce soit en journée, en soirée et tôt le matin. Cela nous a vraiment embêtés et a impacté notre sommeil et notre séjour.

Collé a la grand place, situation idéale. L'espace dans l'appartement. Disponibilité de la propriétaire si soucis

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and well organised, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is a huge plus, right in the heart of Brussels, within walking distance of many sights, restaurants, and public transport. Despite being central, the place was calm and easy to rest in. The host was friendly and responsive, always available when we had a question, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Thermostat réglé à 19,8 ... malgré les 2 chauffages d appoint c est limite en février. Et au niveau des accessoires de vie quotidienne le stricte minimum est prévu. Petit parcours énigme pour trouver la porte d entrée ... ( pourquoi ne pas donner l adresse de la ruelle, impasse?!?)

Banyonun ışığı çalışmıyordu herşeyi karanlıkta yapmak zorunda kaldık , sıcak su yoktu duş alamadık , koltuk çok pisti , çarşaflarda yattık ama temiz duruyordu inşallah öyledir, yatak rahattı ama yastıklar kötüydü,bundan sonra kalacağımız yerlerde otelin her zaman daha iyi olduğuna karar verdik.

Appartement placé au cœur de Bruxelles, à deux pas de la Grand place, qui permet de visiter la capitale avec facilité. Il correspond en tous points à la description faite sur Booking. Les instructions données par Stefany sont claires et permettent d'accéder de façon autonome au logement. Les équipements permettent de profiter des lieux avec aisance.

A notre arrivée nous n'avons trouvé aucune consigne pour le chauffage. Il y a bien un thermostat mais il serait bien d'avoir un mode d'emploi pour savoir l'utiliser d'autant que les radiateurs de la pièce principale ne chauffent pas. Nous avons aussi connu une panne d'eau chaude et de chauffage le lendemain de notre arrivée qui a été réglée par Stephany. Présence de chauffages électriques d'appoint qui peuvent être mis en route si nécessaire. Comme indiqué par un autre locataire, il y a un problème de bruit de pas au-dessus du logement 2. Pendant notre séjour, le départ très matinal des locataires de l'appartement du-dessus a, à deux reprises, provoqué notre réveil. Difficile de trouver une solution à ce problème.

Il n y avait pas de couverts L’ adresse est très compliquée à trouver Et surtout le nombre d escalier à monter avec des enfants et des personnes âgées à éviter

The value for the price was really good, since it was meant for 4 people. The place was spacious and well-kept, and had many amenities that made my stay comfortable, like TV/streaming services, pots and pans, and towels. To add, the location is right by the station and in the city center, which was very convenient. I also appreciate the owner for being friendly, and looking after our stuff after we had checked out.

There was some dust in some of the out-of-reach/out-of-sight locations, such as behind and next to the TV, and above the shower.

Propreté à revoir (casseroles sales, odeur forte d’humidité et de renfermé dans l’immeuble). Assez bruyant. Prévoir le stricte minimum dans la cuisine comme huile, sel, poivre

the location

we stayed from 26 to 31 December and the heating went off 3 times, and the hot water (in the middle of a shower in the evening) once. electric radiators were provided as fixed radiators didn't work. only bathroom radiator heated up nicely.

Posizione centralissima, proprio dietro la grand place e vicino alla stazione centrale. Posto silenzioso e tranquillo, in una piccola strada interna.

Bastano piccole accortezze, come una presa in più per poter accendere la lampada accanto al letto e per poter caricare i telefoni e delle Istruzioni sul funzionamento dei termosifoni.

Appartement très bien situé, idéal pour 4,la gérante répond très rapidement aux messages Le seul petit soucis, c’est que l’on entend les gens marcher au dessus. Je recommande quand même ce logement

Répondait parfaitement à nos attentes, bien placé en plein cœur de Bruxelles, beaux espaces et plutôt calme situé en hauteur, avec le service pour garder le bagage si bien à l’arrivée comme au départ, détail très apprécié. Personnel très aimable. Expérience à refaire!

Sarebbe il caso di sostituire il mobile del bagno e qualche dettaglio in cucina. Scale abbastanza ripide.

Esta en pleno corazón de Bruselas, un apartamento amplio. La cama era muy amplia y el sofá cama estaba bastante bien.

No se daba la calefacción, aunque había radiadores eléctricos.

The location is the best you can get and the place is perfect for a family.

La televisión no funcionaba

Skvělá je určitě samotná lokalita velmi blízko Grand place. Celkově byl pobyt v apartmentu příjemný, ač jsem v něm nestrávil moc času.

Snad jediné, co bych vytknul je, že přesné informace k check-in byly dostupné až 15 minut před tím, než se mohl člověk ubytovat. Když chce člověk plánovat věci trošku dopředu, bylo by fajn vědět některé detaily trošku dříve.

La ubicación! La ducha era nueva, tenía estufas diversas, estaba bien preparado para el frío

Se escucha todo, algún vecino u otro inquilino nos despertó a las 6 de la mañana dando pisotones que se escuchaban prácticamente dentro de nuestro apartamento, es muy ruidoso sobre todo si hay otros inquilinos alojados en el edificio. Bajo el fregadero había bastante humedad, daba un poco de asco.
