Reviewed Jan 15, 2026I appreciate the staff effort to satisfy customers requirements. First they changed the room due to a bad smell in the one they initially assigned to me. Additionally, they thankfully supported me to get back items that I forgot in the cabinet after the check-out.
I believe they need to maintain the room. The room assigned to me was not maintained properly. The safe was broken, i had to use force to be able to slide the doors. Also, I believe it is not nice to send an email upon reservation telling you not to check in early or check out late as the first welcome message. I respect properties policies and they are already written. What is worse that is to come after the checkin time by around an hour based on rules to tell you the room is not ready!
