Reviewed Apr 19, 2025Beautiful lodge, really cosey and comfortable and everything we needed. Lovely outdoor space and bbq area. The children loved their bedroom and own bathroom. Everything was thought of and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend for couples or families.
Nothing - it was perfect

Reviewed Feb 11, 2025Making a false claim for £445 for apparently breaking things we didn’t break, stealing things we didn’t steal and leaving a mess we didn’t leave. Apparently neighbours complaining we made a noise yet there were no neighbours staying there. Just made up lies to try and exploit money.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2024Lovely and light but also cosy and warm. We loved the location and the views form the balcony
Layout of the Lounge could be better maybe, and the sound on the tv could be better ( but these are picky things!)

Reviewed Jul 10, 2024Really nice cottage within the grounds of St Mellion, very peaceful with views of the surrounding woodlands ant the 12 fairway. Great kitchen facilities and comfortable lounge /dining area all decorated very tastefully. Two patios to eat al fresco Free golf a real plus
Bathrooms a tiny bit damp as they have no windows, we left the extractor fans running as long as we could but still struggled. Nothing else, its a really nice place

Reviewed Apr 10, 2023Beautiful rural setting, pheasants, daffodils, primroses in abundance.
It was not made clear that there are 14 large wooden steps up to the property. I notified about being Blue Badge holders, but there was no indication that this prpperty might not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2023Very comfortable and nicely maintained down to the fine detail eg bathroom tiling and shower quality. A lot of effort has been made to ensure that you have everything you need to make it a pleasurable stay. Great for families also with inbuilt stair gates and baby / toddler necessities. close to the wild life. Also has access to nearby golf club facilities that are recently renovated.
The lodges are remote but it’s suitable for a quite stay been suffering a bed back and the bed didn’t help but it may be an individual thing. overall these were inconsequential for our stay.
