Possibly just a late check in but apart from that everything was great.

I loved all the facilities available, especially the bathroom garden and outside garden. Very nice and tranquil touch.

Great quality bedding, and how accommodating the host was , when we wanted to stay another 2 nights, we were given another option of a fantastic holiday home. Loved our stay . Would definitely stay again .
More variety in hot drinks selection, teas, (other than black) and hot chocolate. But that is just our preference.

Lack of privacy. During the evening of my stay from 7-9pm I could hear a woman screaming and shrieking in distress through the adjoining door. Unsure whether to call police or owner (incase they were in the adjoining space), and too late to arrange new accomodarion, i spent the evening with noise canceling headphones.on loud and left super early in the morning due to the discomfort of situation. It was absolutely terrifying and i will no longer use private home based accomodation after this experience.

Was close to Fergusson park where our son was playing football. Great little cafe down the road for coffee. The owner was lovely to deal with. We will definitely be back!

I like most of it, but it would be great if there is a laundry service available, as we stayed for three nights and went to the pool one day.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2025Perfect space for two. The bed can convert into a king size or two king singles at your request. 10min drive to the local shopping centre, and close to the city. Friendly host, always prompt with responses. Plenty of towels available in the bathroom, along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided which saved us money buying our own. The bathroom window opens up to your own beautiful private garden fenced off, this was my favourite part of the place.
