The flat was really clean, neat and fully equipped the customer service team were very helpful, responsive and friendly. From the beginning, Seif whose extremely friendly made everything easy with clear, prompt communication, and a warm welcome upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished, with a living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a tranquil bedroom with comfortable beds. The high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable, and the thoughtful extras like quality toiletries, a washer and a welcome basket of snacks added a special touch. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which makes everything incredibly easy and enjoyable. Overall, Seif provided an exceptional stay with a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning on my next visit!
