Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Nothing at all, it was the worst place ever!
- When I arrived the room was very dirty, the pillows were full of hair and something yellow, the bathroom was very tiny and you could not stay it, in the pics there was a cooker, but in reality it was removed, air condition was not working, I told the receptionist about all of this and he offered to clean the pillows cover and to clean the room, I told him that it's a thing that should be done before the guest arrival not when the guest asks. I was moved in another room and almost with the same issues. During my 4 days stay: - There was no paper toilet, no towels, no room service at all, maximum dirtiness, with a noisy air condition.

- The room looked like it was not cleaned at all before arrival - We booked a prepaid studio apartment and tried to check in at 3 PM - They put us in a smaller room until they start cleaning the studio apartment we booked. - After waiting for the cleaning, we found out that the bed sheets were dirty, the floor smelled bad and wet. - We asked to be transferred to new properly cleaned rooms. - We got 2 smaller rooms but we found hair on the bed pillows, stains, water puddles on the bathroom floor, a dead cockroach in the morning.
