La pièce est peu équipée, les prises sont loin du lit. Et le lit et surtout les coussins sont rudimentaires. L'hôtel fait vieux. J'y suis resté 4 nuits, mais je n'aurait vraiment pas aimé plus.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026酒店在池袋車站西北口或往成田機場巴士7號站，走路十多分鐘距離。步行到附近租車公司還車，大概半小時以內路程。生活機能頂流，中小型超市走路距離至少有三～四間。有一個細小的有冷凍庫的雪櫃。價錢合理。
房間其他設施都很殘舊，地方太少，雪櫃頂也要放行李。酒店另一側的一至二條巷之隔就有夜店工作者拉客。

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The location is ideal to reach train stations and the city center is within walking distance and the 7/11 is so close. Quite a few nice restaurants close by. My wife is not so used sleeping on futons and the staff did provide a couple extra futons for her comfort.

エアコンの吹き出し口にホコリがあり、くしゃみが出るくらいだった。部屋も髪の毛が落ちていたり、端にはほこり汚れがあった。部屋には備え付けのコップがなく、不便だった。これでこの価格なのかと感じた。

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Cet hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Ne vous attendez pas au grand luxe, mais tout y est pratique et propre. Machine à laver, chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, bonne isolation.
Attention cependant : le quartier d’Ikebukuro est assez « animé » le soir (bars à hôtesses, rabatteurs…). Si mon fils avait été plus jeune, je n’aurais pas trop apprécié ; à douze ans, j’ai dû lui expliquer quelques « trucs » !

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Oczywiście jak wiele hoteli w Tokio bylo dość ciasno, natomiast 4 osobowa rodzina jakoś sie zmiescila. Duzy plus to 7 even oraz restauracje tuz obok hotelu a takze metro w odleglosci krótkiego spaceru. Pokoje sprzatane codziennie, na dole możliwość zrobienia kawy i herbaty. Wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami.
Dosc nieprzyjemny zapach zaraz po wchodzeniu do pokoju, ktory jednak znika po kilku minutach od przewietrzenia i włączeniu klimy. Na recepcji w zasadzie caly dzien nikogo nie ma.

シャンプーしかなかったのですが、あれはリンスインシャンプーだったんでしょうか？あと、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋とか部屋の前とかの音がよく聞こえました。朝から掃除機の音がしてて残念でした。

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Abbiamo preso la camera con i futon e siamo state comodissime! La posizione è ottima per raggiungere in pochi minuti la stazione di Ikebukuro e, per qualsiasi necessità, il konbini a fianco ha una soluzione... soprattutto se si tratta di una colazione o una cena veloci
Non potendo lasciare aperta la finestra di giorno, appena tornavamo in camera c'era odore di umido, ma in 5 minuti di arieggio passava tutto. Ci è dispiaciuto scoprire che di mattina non c'è nessuno dello staff e quindi non si può usufruire del takkyubin, ma in realtà abbiamo poi scoperto che usando i locker della metro avremmo risparmiato.

Thang máy hơi nhỏ, không có cảm ứng nhạy nên dễ gây nguy hiểm về việc cửa thang bất chợt đóng, va đập vào cơ thể.

Strange situation. Staff works only after 4pm. If you wanna leave the luggage there is no one at the registration desk before 4pm and you need to leave it near the desk. Not so secure

Camas horribles, hemos dormido otras veces en futones, pero nunca tan mal. El tatami era falso, una pegatina puesta en el suelo lo que hacía que durmieses sobre el suelo con un futón de 2cm. Solo pasamos una noche y nos buscamos un hotel para las siguientes.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Posizione comodissima e tutte le necessità disponibili: asciugamani puliti ogni giorno, frigo in camera, specchi, bagno con saponi, spazzolini in omaggio. Stanza molto spaziosa e comoda per chi viaggia con grandi valigie.
Lo staff delle pulizie svuotava la spazzatura e cambiava gli asciugamani ogni giorno, ma non facevano altro tipo di pulizie. Amo dormire sul tatami ma questo futon era un po’ scomodo, inoltre avevamo dei piumoni che facevano tanto caldo, ma é stato un nostro errore non chiedere delle coperte diverse. La stanza era prestabilita per tre persone e c era un terzo futon che occupava spazio ma non é stato un gran problema perché comunque la stanza era molto spaziosa! Il bagno aveva una ventola per gli odori ma comunque a volte salivano odori cattivi anche quando non veniva usato il bagno.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026I loved how affordable this place was, as well as the friendliness of the staff. Although expensive compared to other places in Japan, this place is a steal. This place also has a built in laundry room while although limited, was extremely useful during my stay.
It was a little cramped/small and I personally don’t recommend the traditional tatami mat arrangement (unless it is cheaper. I tried it out thinking it would be more fun but I think I prefer a traditional bed to sleeping on the floor, but maybe that’s my American bias haha). However, none of these complaints really matter given the sheer affordability of this place.

No nosso primeiro dia, pudemos explorar o bairro e a sua vida noturna; no restante da estadia, o hotel é bem próximo do metrô, restaurantes e as famosas kombinis japonesas. A equipe foi totalmente prestativa do início ao fim, extremamente educada e solícita. Se retornar para Tóquio um dia, espero me hospedar novamente

Reviewed May 17, 2026Lo staff di questa struttura a Ikebukuro è stato davvero molto gentile e accogliente, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio durante il soggiorno. La camera era piccola, così come il bagno, ma sinceramente non ci aspettavamo qualcosa di diverso considerando gli standard di Tokyo, quindi sotto questo aspetto tutto in linea con le aspettative.
L’unica nota negativa riguarda purtroppo la lavanderia. Ci era stato detto che fosse perfettamente funzionante, ma la lavatrice in realtà non ha lavato quasi per nulla: il detersivo avrebbe dovuto essere già incluso, ma i vestiti non sono usciti particolarmente puliti né profumati. Anche l’asciugatrice non è stata molto efficace: dopo un’ora e mezza i panni erano ancora umidi.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Quiet rooms, easy commute to ikebukuro station. We didn't see staff at the desk very often but they were friendly and helpful when we needed them.
One, very hard pillow, and unfortunately we didn't know north west ikebukuro is the red light district! But we still felt safe walking through the streets.

Hotel spartiate, le prix se justifie du coup pour la ville de Tokyo. Futon trop fin, on dort sur le sol : dure la nuit 😑. Cabine de douche, inclus WC, assez étroite. Pour une famille une nuit ça suffit !

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026We loved the Japanese style beds, it was a very comfy stay. The room is small but it was big enough for us. It had a mini fridge which was helpful. A short from Ikebukuro station, it was pretty convenient. They stored our luggage after check out.
The room smelled a bit damp but we opened the window and it was fine.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Liegt zentral in Ikebukuro. Sunshine City war gut fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die U-Bahn. Man kommt überall sehr schnell hin. Konbini fußläufig erreichbar. Ich hatte im Zimmer alles was ich brauchte. Speziell das traditionell japanische Bett hat mir gefallen. Der Aufzug wurde nach meinen langen Touren zu meinem Freund 😀

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026此次入住經驗如下，提供給有需要的人參考。 旅館距離池袋站 C6 出口步行約 6 分鐘，地理位置便利。以附衛浴的雙人房來說，價格相較周邊同類型房型略低。周邊生活機能良好，步行約 2 分鐘可到 7-11，附近亦有多家便利商店、藥妝店、咖啡廳、餐廳、酒吧與居酒屋。 雖然周遭成人酒吧很多，晚上約 10 點步行回旅館時，整體環境感受尚可，未遇到拉客情形。 本次入住為兩位女性，選擇日式榻榻米雙人房。該房型原本是單人房改為雙人使用，整體空間偏小。房內使用的布團尺寸約為 98 × 188 cm，兩組布團完全鋪開後幾乎佔滿整個房間，只在側邊留下一條很窄的走道，寬度不到半張布團；走道旁就是浴室入口，另外還有一小塊區域可以放一個行李箱（詳細可參考房間平面圖）。 房間內設有一扇對外窗，尺寸不小，可以開窗通風。如果室內氣味較重，開窗會有幫助；早上也會有自然光照進來，讓整體空間看起來比較明亮。房內另有一台小冰箱，提供約 6～8 個衣架，並設有一張白色小桌子，上方擺放電視；浴室內則有浴缸可使用。 入住時房間的狀況明顯感受到潮濕氣味，同時伴隨排水孔的味道，房內也有幾隻蛾蚋（活得死的都有）。榻榻米上有一些碎屑，房間角落、牆邊，以及床鋪旁的牆角都能看到灰塵堆積。 住宿期間，第 4 天晚間浴室排水孔發生堵塞，我們當下傳訊息反映，第 5 天旅館有協助處理，回應與處理速度還算迅速。在這個過程中，我們也詢問是否有每日進行房間清潔，對方沒有直接回應，只表示入住前有進行清潔。 櫃檯有標示長住旅客在第 3 天會進行房間清潔，但這次入住直到第 6 天，才明顯感受到房間有被整理過，包括床單更換、地板毛髮清除，以及室內氣味明顯減少。另外有一個比較明確的細節是，我們平常會把睡衣放在枕頭上，並把布團對摺收納，以騰出空間；第 6 天清潔後，睡衣被移到一旁放置，布團也被重新整理，從這些變化可以看出當天有進行較完整的清潔。 服務方面，訂房頁面標示有中文服務人員，但從訂房到退房期間都沒有遇到可以使用中文溝通的工作人員。訊息回覆也全部是英文，即使傳送中文內容也沒有收到中文回應；透過 LINE 聯繫則完全沒有回覆。 入住時櫃檯人員只確認護照並提供鑰匙，沒有主動說明館內設施或使用方式，相關資訊需要透過牆面標示自行了解。退房則是自助方式，只需將鑰匙投入櫃檯的盒子即可完成。 館內有提供飲水機，位置在一樓大廳最內側，需要推開門到後方隔出的空間。旁邊有茶包與糖可以自行取用，但茶包並非單包裝，而是一大包多入，也沒有另外密封或收納。 洗衣設備位於地下室，只有一台洗衣機與一台烘乾機。洗衣機上有標示會自動加入洗劑，但旁邊又放了洗衣球，讓人很困惑。烘乾機內部可以看到很多棉絮堆積，且設定為低溫，實際使用時，即使是冬天較厚的衣物，烘乾一小時後仍然有部分是濕的。 另外觀察1 樓與 3 樓房間外原本的定員標示被黑膠帶覆蓋，1樓的表示有另外貼上「n+1」的標籤，是否符合當地規範無法確認。 櫃檯在中午之前是完全沒有人的狀態，白天時走廊燈、大廳燈以及空調也都沒有開啟。 整體來說，這間旅館在地點與價格上確實有優勢，周邊機能也很方便。是否適合入住，會取決於個人對住宿品質的需求與接受程度。

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Su situación. Muy cerca de una zona de tiendas. Nos guardaron el equipaje antes del check-in (aunque en la entrada principal, tapado por una red, lo que nos dio un poco de miedo a que cualquiera entrase y se lo llevase)
La habitación era un poco pequeña para andar abriendo dos maletas grandes y dos pequeñas, pero en general todo bien, y más por el precio que fue

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Estaba relativamente bien ubicado, a 10 min a pie de la estación de Ikebukuro, tiene una buena relación precio calidad.
Aunque las toallas eran de re cambio diario, en toda nuestra instancia (8 días) no nos cambiaron las sábanas, pese a que lo solicitamos. El conserje no está en todo el día, sólo puedes ubicarlo en la noche.

La habitación estaba sucia cuando llegamos, había botellas y pañuelos debajo de la cama, además estaba mal aislada y entraba mucho frío por la ventana y mucha humedad, todo estaba mojado. También a pesar de poner el cartel de “limpieza de habitaciones” estuvimos 2 semanas sin tener sábanas limpias, nos cambiaban las toallas y estiraban la cama pero la sábana no la cambiaban.
