Location was comfortable. All facilities were provided as specified. In addition to room, the common area allocated was superb for a family stay well maintained and very relaxing, ideal for a two or three family stay. cleanliness was very good. Staff, specially 'Subesh' was very nice, always helpful and prepared to take care of our comfort, provided us with a delicioous breakfast. well served.

La chambre était confortable. Très bon accueil de l’hôte que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et bon.

O que mais gostei neste alojamento foi, sem dúvida, a simpatia dos anfitriões, sempre muito atentos, prestáveis e disponíveis. O pequeno-almoço bom, a decoração era bonita e acolhedora, e as camas eram confortáveis. Tudo contribuiu para uma estadia muito agradável e tranquila.

Como ponto menos positivo, e tendo em conta que o alojamento se encontra numa região bastante húmida, nota-se alguma humidade em determinados elementos do quarto e da casa de banho. É uma situação compreensível neste tipo de clima, mas que poderá beneficiar de uma manutenção e renovação mais frequentes. Talvez a utilização de um desumidificador pudesse também ajudar a minimizar os efeitos da humidade e a manter os espaços ainda mais confortáveis.

The stay definitely met our expectations, the room is as shown in the pictures, spacious enough, has a balcony and washroom is good too. But the highlight for us is the staff, I mentioned to them before coming that it was our anniversary and requested if any arrangements can be made to surprise my husband. Sabeed and another staff (didn't know his name) they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They did a very very cute set up with a small cake as I requested and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend the stay, it is very quite and peaceful. Easily can get tuk tuks through pickme, Gregory lake is walkable.

The room was clean, neat, and exactly as advertised. The price is very competitive for the area, making it excellent value for money. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, it is within walking distance to Albert Lake, which is a nice bonus. It is not far from Nanu Oya train station, less than 20 mins by car in the morning. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staffs, they were very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. They also helped us to arrange the transport to Nanu Oya train station in the morning. Thank you so much.

The room was comfortable and the property offered our driver accommodation. Host (Sabeshan ?)was very polite and helpful.

Rooms were clean enough. Bathrooms need to be little equipped and clean. Staff was very friendly and supportive. can offer 100% for them. Communication with the facility and the response was good. Excellent local breakfast was provided. Overall satisfaction is good.

Ruime kamer, mooi uitzicht en 20 min lopen naar restaurantjes. We konden vroeg ontbijten omdat we om 7.30 uur richting de trein moesten. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Er zat een kuil in het matras waardoor we beiden niet lekker hebben geslapen en rugpijn krijgen. Ook zaten er vlekken in de meubels.

the breakfast great. The chef went out of his way to make me a delicious vegetarian meal for breakfast which was great. My hubby really enjoyed the fluffy omelette and delicious chicken sausages The room was quite spacious and had a great view of the waterfalls and nature/lakeside. staff were so helpful and friendly.

no aircon in the room although the staff assisted with a heater as the room was cold especially the flooring the place was empty due to renovations which made it a bit lonely . We were the only guests there. perhaps keep a blanket as spare should there be need .

Hotel difficile da raggiungere con niente intorno, no market, solo un altro hotel. Personale gentile ma poco collaborativo: ci ha detto che non c'erano ristoranti in zona e poi abbiamo scoperto che l'altro hotel aveva il ristorante: echeccavcolo!!! Stanza minimalista, letti e bagno, muffa alle pareti del soffitto. Finiture da sistemare, direi che è un vecchio hotel ormai in sfacelo. La notte si sentivano i cani abbaiare, non ci hanno lasciato dormire.

One of the Best Stays in Nuwara Eliya! We booked this place at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised by how great the stay turned out to be! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable, with an extra heater provided, which made a big difference in the cool Nuwara Eliya weather. Breakfast was delicious and conveniently served right to our room. We especially loved the cozy and beautifully designed common area — it was the perfect place to relax. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. Overall, it was more than just an average stay, truly excellent. I can definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The place was a little hard to find and is a bit far from Gregory Lake, but Google Maps guided us perfectly. Other than that, everything was more than average, truly excellent.

En las fotos no sale pero la habitación está plagada de moho. La cama muy incómoda. El lavabo muy sucio

El equipamiento de la habitación era muy bueno, había secador de pelo, hervidor, frigorífico...

La habitación tenía manchas de humedad por todas partes hacia mucho frio y las maletas y ropa que teníamos fuera de la maleta acababan frías y empapadas por la humedad. En el baño había muchas cosas oxidadas por la humedad.

El desayuno estaba rico, la habitación era amplia y cómoda. El señor del hotel fue muy amable durante toda la estancia.

We had an amazing stay at Country club hotel. It's close to Gregory Lake. The room was very clean. Sabesh was very kind & helpful and made exceptionally tasty breakfast. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Posizione hotel molto scomoda. Tende molto sporche. Stanza ultimo piano fredda e umida. Fornito una stufa…ma non funzionante. Stanza rumorosa causa vento che portava ad oscillazione la tettoia di metallo. Materassi scomodi. Prese solo inglesi, NON Sri Lanka. Finestra bagno non chiudeva bene. Wi-Fi non funzionante.

It was really cozy, the staff were really nice. We had a man named Sabesh and They arranged the breakfast at the time we wanted and it was delicious!! Also if we had any questions they helped us. We didnt know how to plug in the hairdryer and they fixed it for us

The location is a bit hard to get to with a van but nothing else

The location was convenient as it was near Gregory lake and other leisure places in Nuwara Eliya. The staff was really nice. Mr Sabesh and Mr. gobi was really helpful. We enjoy all our trip.

The location was very convenient to access to the main town and couple of main attractions in Nuwera Eliya. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I had a very comfortable stay during my visit. Hope to stay with them in the future when I visit Nuwera Eliya again.

Every thing about our stay was exceptional. The staff Gopi and Sabesh were extremely friendly and helpful. We opted for sri lankan breakfast. The spread and the taste was really good. Rooms were clean. Nothing to complain about

Staff is very flexible and cute. It was very cold during my stay, they gave me a heater - it was very nice. Rooms are quite cozy, and the furniture is stylish, thought a little dirty. Also, staff promised me to wash windows😊

I don't know why, but there were many mosquitos at night, even with close windows. But you can try to ask a net or fumigator.

The caretakers are irresponsible. They won't understand. You have to literally tell all things twice. If we need something we had to come all the way downstairs to collect or ask something . Waste of money. You will not be given toiletries. If asked for they wil say we have provided shampoo and shower gel

2 nights stayed at this B&B. We booked 2 rooms, and the rooms were good but pillow's need to be changed, which wasn't clean from inside. Staff are very kind and helpful. The toilet was good, but so many flies came inside through the toilet window and the balcony room. The first day, we had breakfast outside of the hotel, but we paid together with the rooms. because the area had many flies .we decided not to eat there. The area surrounded by nature needs to be treated. I saw other hotels they are treating surroundings to avoid flies and mosquitoes

Unfortunately my bed was broken and when I wanted to use electrical kettle ,I found it so dirty and I asked them to change . Going there by walking is kinda hard .

We had an amazing stay at Country Club Nuwara Eliya! The hotel is in a peaceful location, just a short drive from Nuwara Eliya town, with beautiful lake views from the top floor perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent! We enjoyed a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast one morning with pol roti, milk rice, and tasty local curries, and a Western breakfast the next day. We loved the fruit platter. For a small extra cost, the staff prepared a delicious traditional mutton curry with other curries for dinner on short notice, which was a real treat! The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The hotel is clean, cozy, and great for couples and families. It’s a perfect place to relax in Nuwara Eliya, and we will definitely come back!

Staff are very kind and helpful but I didn't like to stay there. You can't open the balcony window because of so many flies. Even in the toilet window, I advertised them to put net on both windows, even bathroom window. Pillows from inside were not clean and should be changed. Otherwise, it's B&B. I can't say more.
