Hotel Maharaja Palace Boutique Hotels Near Medanta Medicity Gurgaon

Great value for money

My train was a little late due to which I asked to stay for an extra hour, and the hotel understood my problem and allowed me to stay till 12 o'clock without any extra charges. I really liked the kind nature of the hotel staff.

The staff, the owner and Mr. Jha. Very good people.

I'd call it at best a "Hostel". They provide you a room and a attached washroom, that's it! WiFi worked well. Depending on what's the purpose of the trip, location can or cannot work for you, walkable distance from Subhas chowk. Otherwise it's a typical suburb with nothing much around

No House keeping. Rooms will be cleaned only when checkout is done. My room was over flowing with plastic water bottles, that I consumed over 4 night Food options are very very limited, that's also "Only Veg" and if food is brought from outside they will not provide any cutlery! Post 11 PM, one will find reception guy, bundled into a couch, lights turned out, big hassle for a late night checking Bed was not up to mark, one will see the mattress is sinking upon one night sleep, so change the sleeping position 😒

Very clean and tidy! The staff and reception is very helpful too. I come here often and it’s one of the best.

Could have provided us with some more toiletries and the geyser stopped working. But all in all it was a good stay

Easy to approach, walking distance by Subash chowk

Staff,Clean room, Excellent location

..

food was okish room was good

First of all hotel was not near medanta medicity it was near medanta mediclinic..and the things which I don't like is the television, rate of water (they charge more than the mrp)

cleanliness and overall co-operation of the staff. The staff there is very helpful and understand the requirements of the guests.

Nothing much to dislike.

Rooms were clean and spacious Owner, staffs were friendly Wud love to stay in future as well

All good

Clean and friendly

The location is a little difficult to get to but otherwise it’s fine

Well located and at an affordable price for two days. WiFi connectivity was great. Food was good. All issues brought up to the staff were promptly resolved.

Room service could be a bit more affordable. There's no restaurant, and you may have to order through delivery apps if you find the rates high.

1. Breakfast is good.. served in room. Can be ordered as per choice... 2. Early Check-in provided with no hassle since it was available. 3. Room was upgraded to city view room without my request. Thank you for that Team Mahara Palace. 4. The rooms are quite inspired by Palaces and Maharaja living style. Rooms are spacious Gives feel like Home. 5. Internet is good with smart TV's Overall you will enjoy your time. Either alone or with family... While leaving they offered a water bottle without request. Great Gesture.. Must stay if coming to Gurgaon city.

I had to leave the property within 1 day only
