Bathroom door would not close or lock and while there was a portable A/C there, it was not set up to operate.

從火車站需爬很多樓梯才能到住宿點，但熟悉路徑後，發現有一條不用爬樓梯就可以到住宿點。

Entrée très facile, place de parking couverte, appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, proche de la gare.

Familie aus der Schweiz mit zwei Kinder .Leider steht das die Apartment hat Garten aber das stimmt nicht. Über all gedeckte feucht stellen. Wir sind ca 13:30 Uhr gekommen und war die Apartment leer. aber zum früher Check in wollte sie mehr Geld da für zahlen . Schlafzimmer wie ein Keller ohne Fenster ohne Tageslicht und ohne Luft. Klima sehr laut. HauptEingang Tür ist wie für ein Laden und nicht für Apartment geeignet. Check out war die Putzfrau vor dem Tür am warten. Für uns war leider überhaupt nicht angenehm Apartment.ist genau wie ein Keller !!

Il parcheggio è ampio, l’appartamento è spazioso e pulito

Il bagno è sottodimensionato rispetto alle altre stanze. Non ha la ventola e non ha il bidet purtroppo . La porta è un po’ difficile da chiudere.

Noisy A/C

The location to Lugano old town is convenient. Once you’ve parked your car in the included parking spot, you don’t have to get back in your car. The apartment was spotless. Basic amenities were included. The property management was informative so that check-in was easy. I especially liked the YouTube video that showed how to find the place and where to park.

The air conditioner was extremely loud (but still thankful that there was one).

Very close to the train station and good value for money. Very specious and self contained.

Sleeping arrangements for the fourth person. A better sofa bed can solve the problem.

A spacious apartment in Lugano, located not too far from the city center and the lake (though be prepared for many steps). The kitchen is well-equipped, and the apartment is very clean and comfortable.

So close to the main train station and the main town. Very bright spacious, clean apartment. Bed and Sofa bed comfy. Welcome coffee,milk and chocolates on arrival a very welcome surprise.

A good few steps from train station to apartment. Car or taxi would b perfect.

It was clean and had air conditioning. Close to train station.

The portable air conditioning was vented out of a window, so the window had to stay open with a 6” pipe hanging out of it. This being on the 1st floor left us feeling vulnerable at night. Other than this one thing our stay was perfect.

Host was very nice. She let us store our baggage so we could go explore Lugano. She also let us store our bags after the 1000 check out time even when I had mistakenly thought check out was at 1200. Please make sure you have CHF to pay the city tax. I forgot. Room had everything we needed and sofa bed was pretty comfortable. There is a lot of stairs to climb from the train station to the airport but very nice stairs. It was easier than it appeared.

The apartment itself is good for when you just need a place to sleep for a short stay. It has everything you need, but no view and few windows. The YouTube tutorial video on how to access the property and parking garage was very useful and well done! The key access was also super easy. The parking lot was probably the best part of the booking! underground, safe, secure, and modern. So much better than awkward street parking. The apartment itself was well equipped with the basics and is in a nice modern building. Ground floor with easy access.

I would just say that this is a very simple place to stay if you just need a quick stop/night sleep. It doesn't have any views and is not somewhere to enjoy a glass of wine, necessarily. The only negative would be the heat at night during the summer. There's a portable air conditioning unit, but it's kind of a pain to set up, is really loud, and didn't ventilate the entire flat, so it was really hot.

A very clean apartment in a quiet location, equipped with everything you need. There’s a coffee machine with a few coffee capsules provided — a nice touch. We stayed just for one night, so we didn’t try the stove or cooktop, but everything else was great. You can easily drive up to the entrance to unload your luggage. Upon request, the host will send you clear instructions on how to access the parking garage. The parking space is spacious — I had no issues parking my Mazda CX-5 SUV. If you plan to walk into the center of Lugano, keep in mind that the way back is uphill. But there’s a funicular you can take, which helps a lot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s an ideal stopover spot to rest, explore Lugano’s city center, and would also be great for a longer stay.

The location within 3 minutes from the train station was perfect for communication and exploring the city. Free parking is a huge bonus. Nomingoo was very friendly and helpful with helping us with booking a cave restaurant in Lugano. We enjoyed our stay in this clean and well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed and good WiFi.

Great location 8 minutes from train station, 4 minutes if you walk through some stairs which are 100 feet from the apartment you will get to the station faster. Clean sheets and great tv helped during our stay. Very quiet and good for sleeping. Bad was ok. You can see several details that shows the owner cars.

Some infiltration in the living room so the kids did not enjoy the smell.

The property was spacious, modern and comfortable. Close proximity to the rail station. Communication with the host was easy. Fabulous view from the garden area at the back of the property.

Whilst the property is close to the rail station it is up many stairs. This was somewhat difficult for us as we had large heavy suitcases and backpacks.

More instruction on arrival would have been helpful. But When we called, the host always picked up and give the instructions.

Room is big with good facilities.

Wrong key box number was given so we had to call to get the new key number and waited for some time

Everything was clean, very spacious rooms and thoughtful touches, such as coffee, tea, chocs, great tv and a Swiss adapter plug for charging. Also 5 mins walk from station.

Very well equipped kitchen. Walking distance from the station (and a supermarket which is open on Saturday). Very quiet. Travel connectors for electricity plugs available.

Bedroom doesn’t have a window, as mentioned in the description.

The apartment was cold, maybe there was underfloor heating that barely worked and failed to heat the large room... I sent a query to the host, who didn't even bother to reply

It was really nice. A little bit confusing, because we came from the parking garage with elevator inside the building, but entrence is from the other side. At the end, it was great stay and location is perfect
