Ocean view sunset apartment in the heart of Rabat

Everything was perfect! The apartment is even better than the photos, very comfortable and with an absolutely stunning ocean view. The host was incredibly helpful, kind and responsive at any time. I truly loved everything about my stay.

C'était sympa on se sent comme chez soi! L'appartement est joli et très spacieux. Il se situe dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sécurisé. C'était vraiment propre et bien équipé, on a manqué de rien. Le décor était aussi à mon goût. La vue depuis le balcon était sublime moi qui aime la mer j'ai pas été déçue. J'y reviendrai sûrement lors de ma prochaine visite à Rabat. Merci à notre hôte Anas pour sa disponibilité et pour avoir répondu à toutes nos questions durant ce séjour.

L'emplacement en front de mer et qui permet facilement de rayonner autour de la ville. L'accueil bienveillant de notre hôte. La propreté de l'appartement. Le wifi.

Le bruit de la route 2 x 3 voies en continu. Les barreaux sur les fenêtres. Les lits trop fermes.

Het uitzicht over de zee was prachtig! Verder was het appartement helemaal compleet met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, keuken en woonkamer.

Niets eigenlijk. Ja het verkeer van de straat, maar dat wisten we op voorhand. Gewoon oordoppen meenemen ;)

Ahmadinedschad war ein super Gastgeber und ist während des ganzen Aufenthaltes mit uns in Kontakt gewesen. Bei unserer Anreise ist das wasser in beiden Duschen nicht abgeflossen aber er kam nach 5 min selbst vorbei und hat das Problem behoben!

Achtung wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat. Das appartement liegt an einer Hauptstraße die bis in die Nacht stark befahren ist.

Apartament położony w świetnej lokalizacji z widokiem na morze. Czysty, duży i przestronny. Bardzo blisko znajdują się restauracje i kawiarnie – na śniadanie szczególnie polecam Hoya Bella Café (miła obsługa i bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny). Kontakt z hostem również na najwyższym poziomie.

Jeśli chodzi o minusy, jedynym problemem były prysznice. W obu występował problem z odpływem – woda spływała bardzo wolno i po krótkim czasie zaczynała się przelewać z brodzika. Dodatkowo w jednej z łazienek brakowało drzwi prysznicowych.

Comfortabel, smaakvol ingericht appartement met twee badkamers. Persoonlijke ontvangst en snel en prettig contact met de sympathieke host, met goede restaurant tips! In een kleine 15-20 minuten loop je naar de tram die je naar hartje centrum brengt, daarmee vermijd je de soms hectische drukte van het verkeer in de stad.

Ivm de Ramadan en waarschijnlijk de winterperiode was er in de buurt veel gesloten. Normaal gesproken zitten er veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Houd er rekening mee dat wanneer je met 5 personen reist er 1 persoon op de bank (geen slaapbank) in de woonkamer slaapt. Voor een kind, zoals in ons geval, is dat geen enkel probleem, de bank is ruim genoeg.

Prostorny apartman v perfektni lokalite - dostupnost centra, nakupniho centra, kavarna hned u domu. Kolem oceanu je moznost si jit zabehat. Perfektni vyhled na ocean. Skvela komunikace s majitelem. Parkovani bylo be problemu hned pred domem a zdarma.

Die Wohnung war einfach fantastisch – geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern, gemütlich und gleichzeitig super sauber. Schon beim Eintreten fühlt man sich wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den traumhaften Meerblick aus jedem einzelnen Zimmer – das war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: frische Bettwäsche, saubere Handtücher, Pflegeprodukte, eine voll ausgestattete Küche – man konnte problemlos kochen, wenn man wollte. Gleichzeitig war die Lage unschlagbar: direkt am Strand, mit vielen tollen Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken und Essen – von syrischen Läden bis zu marokkanischen Cafés mit Oceanview war alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Erreichbarkeit war top, mit genügend Parkplätzen direkt in der Umgebung. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, stand für Empfehlungen jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat den Aufenthalt durch seine sympathische Art noch angenehmer gemacht.

Ehrlich gesagt gibt es nichts, was mir negativ aufgefallen ist. Alles war genauso, wie es in der Beschreibung versprochen wurde – vielleicht sogar besser. Wenn ich wirklich etwas nennen müsste, dann vielleicht, dass wir leider nur ein Wochenende gebucht hatten – wir wären gerne länger geblieben! Aber das spricht eher für die Qualität der Unterkunft. Für alle, die sich erholen möchten und gleichzeitig Wert auf Stil, Sauberkeit und Lage legen, ist diese Wohnung absolut ideal.

Cudowne miejsce z widokiem z wszystkich okien na ocean. Dwie sypialnie i salon dają pełen komfort. Gospodarz jest miły, pomocny i dyskretny. Na dole jest cudowna patisserie, świeże pieczywo, pyszna kawa i śniadania. Miłe sąsiedztwo. Rabat jest najładniejszym miastem jakie widziałyśmy w Maroku. Wyjątkowo czysty, zadbany z przepiękną architektura. Parking jest na miejscu, bez problemu można zaparkować o każdej porze.

We had a wonderful stay at this Oceanview Airbnb in Rabat. The apartment was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a refreshing ocean breeze that made it feel extra special. Everything was spotless – the sheets were clean, the towels smelled fresh, and the whole place was well cared for. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions and share useful tips on how to get around Rabat and make the most of our time. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The location is great, close to the water and easy to reach different parts of the city. We especially enjoyed relaxing with the view and listening to the ocean. Overall, this is the kind of place that makes you feel right at home while still enjoying all the perks of being on holiday. We highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

One thing worth mentioning is that when you first arrive, the neighborhood on the way to the apartment might feel a little discouraging. But once you settle in, you’ll see that the actual area around the Airbnb is safe, pleasant, and close to the ocean. We really enjoyed the surroundings and felt comfortable throughout our stay.

The apartment was so nice and clean. View is 10/10. Location was so good. Main attractions and city Town was only ~10-15 minutes drive. So many restaurants are near to this location as well. This apartment got a smart TV, well equipped with all kitchen appliances. Host was so nice and he gave us very good recommendations about the main attractions and restaurants.

Nothing bad but a suggestion. Reaching towards this location was a bit tricky, but host mentioned 2 main restaurants in front of this apartment's building, so always tell your taxi driver about those restaurants/cafes.

Abbiamo organizzato un viaggio con i nostri bimbi, l'appartamento situato in una zona comodissima sia per la piscina sul lungo mare che per il grande centro commerciale a fianco, per non parlare dei ristoranti locali. Abbiamo trovato il proprietario super gentile e professionale, la casa con tutti i suoi confort e una vista mare eccezionale, casa molto pulita e zona auto super sicuro e sorvegliato. Assolutamente da riprenotare!

Appartement propre et en face de la mer, plusieurs restaurants en bas de l immeuble, se trouve a l'extérieur de Rabat.

Petit déjeuner, quelque pain toast, petite boîte de confiture, un œuf par personne, le mieux c est de ne pas le proposer pour le prendre a l'extérieur..!

I stayed at Anas’s apartment for two days and had a wonderful experience. Anas was extremely friendly and easy to reach. Whenever I had a question, he responded very quickly and was always helpful. He even sent me a video showing the exact location of the apartment, which made finding it much easier. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — it’s right by the beach and surrounded by many restaurants, which made everything very convenient. The highlight was definitely the balcony, with its magnificent and beautiful view. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting! I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back.

He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, always available through messaging to recommend places to visit and making sure we felt safe and comfortable. Travelling as a family with three children, it meant so much to us to have someone we could rely on in Morocco. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We especially loved spending time on the green area in front of the apartment, watching the sunset with the children – it was such a beautiful and peaceful experience. It was also really nice to be a little bit away from the centre of the capital, as the area was calm and perfect for relaxing after our days out. We highly recommend this place to stay, especially for families. Thank you, Anas, for your kindness and support. You made our stay in Rabat truly memorable.

The view - amazing. A lot of parking slots available in front of the building. It is located 10 minutes by car from old town. Really good for tourists with a car.

We were absolutely satisfied! At first we couldn't find the right house, but the owner helped us immediately - great, thanks :-) We found a parking place just in front of the house. The apartment has a direct view of the ocean. The beds are comfortable, everything is new and clean. Breakfast was prepared in the fridge. It was a pity we stayed there only one night. We can recommend it.

The apartment with the ocean view looks a lot better in person. The big balcony is what sold us to book in our stay, the images don't do justice to how stunning the view is. The kitchen is fully equipped, we didn't need to order or eat out compared to other apartments. The sofa and bed sheets are clean and soft. Perfect for families and friend groups, would 💯 revisit.
