The location was definitely the best part of our stay. It is situated in the heart of Colombo, making it very convenient to access shopping malls, local markets, restaurants, fast food outlets, supermarkets, and other attractions.

We had an extremely disappointing stay. First of all, we wasted around an hour during check in because we were given an apartment meant for another group then were taken to another apartment in another tower which was clearly not what we selected when booking, it was a completely different apartment. We were really disappointed as that apartment was not to standard and we even explained to the guy but he only gave excuses. We had no choice but to stay in the apartment which we didn’t choose. Second of all, there is a lady among the staff in the lobby who was very unprofessional, she was talking about us with an attitude directly in front of us and then gave a fake smile when we were staring at her. Another major issue was the host's complete lack of flexibility and transparency. The check-in time of 3:00 PM is unreasonably late, especially considering the premium price guests pay to stay here, while the 11:00 AM check-out leaves very little time to actually enjoy the apartment. There was no willingness to accommodate guests or offer any flexibility, making the overall experience feel very rigid and unwelcoming. For the price charged, we expected a much higher standard of professionalism, customer service, and honesty. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing from start to finish, and we would not recommend booking with this host.

Super ambience, spoless clean, we 4 friends stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Facilities were excellent, they have a mini kitchen, washing machine etc...

There are no good restaurants nearby, but manageable with KFC

Location is perfect. View from the balcony is amazing. Roof top is not that great. Check in process is very lengthy. Lotus tower view is too good. One bathroom is powder since we were 2 couple we had to share 1 shower area.

Mooi appartement in luxe woontoren, eigenlijk precies wat je zou verwachten. Ruim zwembad en allerhande voorzieningen die je in dergelijke woontorens vindt. Supermarkt vlak bij en grote TV. Alles is aanwezig voor een fijn hotel verblijf, maar we hebben er niet zelf gekookt. Dat was waarschijnlijk wel een uitdaging geworden, want het servies is wat beperkt.

Sri Lankanen zijn enorm gastvrij en behulpzaam, en dat hebben we de hele reis goed gemerkt. Wij zijn hier ook goed ontvangen, maar het was een stuk zakelijker dan op andere locaties. Het parkeren van onze tuktuk was nog een hele uitdaging, omdat ze eigenlijk vonden dat we die maar gewoon bij de vuilnisbakken moesten zetten naast de scooters. Uiteindelijk heeft een van de concierges van het gebouw hier ons goed bij geholpen. In die zin is het echt de grote stad. Geen nadeel, maar misschien wel even iets om te weten.

The rooms were very comfortable, have almost everything at the kitchen. It was spacious as well.

It would have been great if we got 2 cards for the lift and a rice cooker at the kitchen. And a broom for us to use if we need it. And it would be helpful we could have a rack to dry our clothes after washing

The property had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well maintained and everything worked well. It is centrally located with shops close by for basic accessories also ATM station. It was the first time that we lived in such a high-rise apartment; on the 17th floor of a 51 floor apartment block and the view from the balcony over the city of Colombo was fantastic. Although we did not use the Gym or pool on the 11th floor we found visited and found it very charming and welcoming.

If you like to cook as we do you may find the cooking area a little too minimal. Not enough space on the balcony for the clothes stand so we had it inside

Stayed here with my family and had a really good experience. The rooms are extremely spacious and very clean. The location is very convenient and ideal for exploring the city. Overall, it was a wonderful and highly satisfying stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again.

Nice rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and kitchenware were good too. The washing machine, fridge, air-conditioning, beds, etc., everything was perfect. Everything was on-point. It felt like "home away from home." I really enjoyed my stay there. The manager, Mr. Stanley, was exceptionally forthcoming. I was informed beforehand that housekeeping services would be provided only once during my four-night stay. I subsequently requested that the housekeeping be performed a day earlier than initially scheduled, and this request was kindly accommodated at the time of my convenience.

So, I was told earlier that I'd have to self check-in since I was getting there super late, like 2 AM. No biggie there. The WiFi was actually pretty good, but two out of four nights, the speed dropped below 1 MBPS after 5 PM. I tried restarting the router like Mr. Stanley said, but it didn't help. The host also told me that the building management, not them, needed a copy of my passport. I was fine with that too. But it ended up being this really long online form for all my family members' biodata, which took forever to fill out and upload. It was pretty annoying since we'd just traveled for over 16 hours.

Room was very small, there was no hall, no tissue paper available at the room, there was no balcony, pricr for the room was very high, 45000 lkr for 2 nights. In this building 5 months ago, for 2 nights i paid 32,000 lkr which included all the facilities, with better room size, hall, balcony, and excellemt room. Overall not satisfied atall.

The place itself, very secure and comfortable.

Immer wieder würden wir es für einen Urlaub buchen. Liegt central , in der Stadt. Es war alles so wie es in der Beschreibung war. Mich hat die Sauberkeit beeindruckt. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, nett und freundlich. Hatte man ein Problem wurde es in kürzester Zeit behoben.

Checkin time very late 3 pm and out 11 am. Same complex has 1 pm checkin and out by 12. No toiletries, not enough tea coffee, no tea towels, additional beddings, wireless cannot be connected. Recetion registration pretty crap. Not a family place for me. Parking near moon.

Wenn du mit viel Gepäck anreist, hat es ein zuwenig Abstellfläche ansonsten alles gut.

First time i have booked one flat and i was little bit anxious but i was really impressed by all convenient for our family to book this flat ; the manager wait us and show us everything to be able to be easy , the flat is clean and good style with a nice view of the city and lotus tower , bathroom is perfect, A/C too, and all equipment. Parking is free . we enjoyed our choice to book here.

Notre séjour dans cet appartement s'est très bien passé. L'échange avec l'hôte était très fluide et quelqu'un nous attendait sur place à notre arrivée pour nous remettre les clés. Les hôtes étaient très arrangeants puisque nous avons pu arriver plus tôt que prévu dans l'appartement et partir après l'heure maximum pour quitter les lieux. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, confortable et propre. Super bien placé dans Colombo, en plein centre, à 10 minutes à pied seulement du grand jardin public. La vue du Rooftop est superbe ! Je recommande :)

L'odeur de cigarette en arrivant dans l'appartement, mais nous avons ouvert les fenêtres et l'odeur est vite partie.

El personal muy amable. En la cocina había de todo para que cocinaras comodamente, incluso lavadora. Todo el apartamento esta automatizado. Hermoso lugar con vistas muy lindas a la ciudad.

L’appartement est propre, photos conformes. Il est également bien placé et sécurisé. Les équipements sont appréciables (salle de sport, piscine)

L’accueil froid de l’hôte et la précision pour le paiement (nous venions de sortir de plusieurs heures de vol et n’avions pas eu le temps encore de faire un arrêt à un ATM pour retirer de l’argent. La personne nous a mis la pression pour payer maintenant). Petite déception également de ne pas avoir eu un geste commercial sur la première nuit que nous avons loupé à cause de l’annulation de notre correspondance. Pression pour le Check out (message et appel reçu pour quitter le logement à 11h pile). Beaucoup de bruits (musique).
