Zeer compleet en met oog voor detail ingericht appartement. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig dubbele oven magnetron vaatwasser wasmachine bestel pannen borden etc etc. Maar vooral de hygiëne van gehele appartement was boven verwachting. Heerlijk geslapen op een super schoon en goed bed. Gratis parkeren op een voor het appartement gereserveerde parkeerplaats. Centraal gelegen op loopafstand van de Rheinfall en restaurants. Op de dag van aankomst ontvang je een email met duidelijke instructies hoe je aan de sleutel komt.

Appartement spacieux, propre et rénové avec goût, à l'équipement très complet. On s'y sent comme à la maison et on peut même manger à 4 sur le balcon. La situation est aussi très bonne avec les chutes du Rhin à quelques minutes à pied, le supermarché au coin de la rue et une très belle région à explorer.

Appartement bien pensé et très bien aménagé. Très propre. Equipement fort complet. Literie d'excellente qualité. Bonne situation, proche des chutes et des transports (train et bus).

Die Lage ist gut, um den Rheinfall und das Schloss Laufen zu Fuß zu umwandern.

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht, einladend und sehr sauber. Wir haben selten eine so saubere Wohnung gehabt. Wäscheklammern, Kaffee, Duschgel, und vieles andere mehr wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne Lichter/Lampen sind überall angebracht, in der gut ausgestatteten Küche findet man sich durch die Beschriftung der Schränke/Schubladen schnell zurecht. Auch sehr praktisch ist der nahe Coop - keine 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem - wir haben alle gut und erholsam geschlafen. Alles, was man zur Wohnung und Umgebung wissen muss, ist in einem Büchlein im Wohnzimmer festgehalten. Vielen Dank für Alles!

War für uns exklusiver Aufenthalt

Nous avons adoré loger dans ce magnifique appartement à la décoration moderne. Chambre très confortable, grande salle de bain, belle cuisine bien agencée. Tout est très propre et bien pensé pour rendre le séjour des plus agréables. Une jolie terrasse donne une vue sur la ville. Parking privé. Magasins d'alimentation à 2 pas. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps, on se sentait comme à la maison. Un grand merci à nos hôtes !

Das Apartment hat eine wunderbare Lage. Es ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Zimmer sowie eine Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist: Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Besteck und Geschirr. Außerdem verfügt es über eine Terrasse mit einem schönen Ausblick ☺️ Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehle es zu 100 % weiter.

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Man spürt die Liebe, mit der hier an jedes noch so kleine Detail gedacht wurde. Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich sofort zu Hause und willkommen. Die Gastgeber haben eine überaus wertschätzende, warmherzige Kommunikation, echt und von Menschlichkeit geprägt, wie man sie heutzutage nur noch selten erlebt. Check- in und Check- out liefen völlig reibungslos. Selbst zwischendurch erkundigten sie sich sehr aufmerksam, ob etwas fehlt. Es ist an alles gedacht, dass selbst einen ersten Tag mit Kaffee, Tee, Nudeln und Soße ausstattet, wenn man noch nicht einkaufen konnte 😅! Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und ist dennoch super ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 2 min erreichbar, Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür, ringsum gibt es fussläufig alles, was man braucht. Zudem verfügt es über eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse, die einlädt dort einfach nur zu verweilen. Alles ist super sauber und riecht sehr gut !

L’appartamento è splendido, ben curato, pulitissimo, ha tutto ciò che serve dalla cucina al bagno! Per 4 persone è perfetto! Le indicazioni per arrivare sono state precise come quelle per prendere le chiavi. La posizione è ottima, si possono vedere le cascate andando a piedi, Schaffausen e’ vicinissima!

The apartment was spacious and very clean. It had a lovely view of the town church. The host left detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Tolle, sehr freundliche und rasche Kommunikation rund um den Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gleichzeitig sehr stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und hat eine super Raumaufteilung. Von der top ausgestatteten Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten angefangen (ein paar Schneidebretter und Müslischalen vielleicht noch wären perfekt, aber das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau) bis hin zu den gemütlichen Betten, schnellem WLan und der Waschmaschine, es fehlt fast an nichts. Dazu alles blitzsauber! Die Lage ermöglicht zahlreiche Ausflüge, Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuche zu Fuß. Der eigene Parkplatz und der Aufzug sind ein Riesen-Plus. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs wurde gerade für Straße hinter den Haus aufgerissen, zudem wird das mehrstöckige Haus nebenan umfassend entkernt. Das macht Lärm. Uns hat's nicht gestört, wer aber ggf. gerne bei offenem Fenster lang ausschläft oder auf dem Balkon isst, könnte sich derzeit vielleicht gestört fühlen.

La posizione è eccellente, a circa 500 metri dalla stazione di Neuhausen am Rheinfall e dal sentiero che conduce alle varie piattaforme panoramiche. Vicino all'appartamento, si trovano vari supermercati ben forniti e punti di ristoro. L'appartamento è favoloso, completamente equipaggiato (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, doppio forno, freezer...). Il proprietario, molto premuroso, ha pensato veramente a tutto: occorrente per stendere la biancheria, per stirare, detersivo per lavatrice e lavastoviglie, condimenti vari, corredo cucina e bagno... Veramente un appartamento molto accogliente e dotato di ogni comodità.

Unico appunto, l'ascensore, datato, che conduce al piano superiore, anche se appartenente al condominio e dunque non direttamente collegato all'appartamento in questione...

L'apartament és igual que a les imatges. El personal super agradable i comunicatiu en tot moment, les instal·lacions netes i equipat amb tot el necessari. Sense dubte és un bon lloc per allotjar-se, ens vam sentir com a casa.

The apartment was spacious...very clean. Well equipped even having the plug sockets. We couldn't get over how immaculate everything was. And how quickly Franzi responded when asked a question. Everything was just perfect!

Lovely apartment, good location, very clean and there are everything that you need to live in the apartment. If the day is clean, it is possible to see big mountains in the horizon.

We loved everything of this apartment. Franzi put all her time, energy , and soul on decorating the apartment. Every single detail is very touching. All the cups and plates are colored like Rhein River. All the furniture and colour of the apartment made us directly comfortable, and it feels like home. They have all possible kitchen equipment. It was so easy to check-in, location was perfect. Dear Franzi was friendly and helpful. The Info book they have also so helpful. Beautiful view. Fully recommend the apartment. My autistic son felt so calm these days. I am so thankful for Franzi. When we visit back again to Rheinfall, we definitely come back to this apartment without doubt. Thank you so much

We have stayed in a lot of apartments through booking.com and this was by far one of the best apartments we have ever rented. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and everything was in working order. The kitchen had all the drawers labelled to make things easy to find and it was in a great location only a short walk from Rheinfall, but in a quiet area. If we ever come back to Rheinfall we will be making sure to book here again.

The host is always there to communicate, the location is very close to the Rhine Fall, the kitchen is fully equipped, the space is quite comfortable and cosy.

Since no air conditioning, it was peak hot being top floor, gets too heated,, can’t keep all windows open , big flies/ bees come in ,, there should be 2 more fans and bigger ones The 2 slip fans were of no use

I love everything about this apartment. Clean, tidy. Makes me want to stay a few more days. Franzi has been so helpful and courteous. The location is perfect if you go to Rhine Falls. Just a few minutes walk. Accessible to transportation and grocery. Highly recommended. I will definitely come back here again.

It’s a beautiful and comfortable place to stay… It has everything you could need !!! The location is very good with easy access to everything, especially the to the waterfalls… The owners are very kind and helpful!!! I definitely recommend it!! It’s the best place to stay and have great time!!!!!😊

The place is simply the best. Every little detail that could cross your mind is really well thought of. Starting from the perfect location, the free private parking spot, to the spotless clean Apartement and its amazing balcony and views. Inside the apartment everything you might need is there, and everything is of top quality.. Especially the very modern and well equipped kitchen. All in all it was a really nice experience, the owners were very kind and friendly, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location close to shops, trains and the rhinefalls. Hosts were very responsive and check in and check out was so smooth with great instructions. Would love to stay again if we get the chance!

Franzi was a very friendly, attentive and accommodating host. The apartment is beautifully renovated and all the amenities that one needs were available. There is a beautiful balcony/terrace which we used daily. Everything was clean in good condition and Franzi checked up to ensure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental apartment.
