Aurora Apartment very close to Fjellheisen

Very quiet location, yet within walking distance from the center. The owner provided clear instructions, allowing for a quick and easy self check-in and check-out.

The apartment looks relatively rundown and doesn't quite meet Northern European standards. The shower drainage isn't working properly, the furniture is old, and the kitchen is small and inconvenient. The check-out instructions printed on the wall conflict with what is stated on Booking.com (check-out time is specified as 11 AM instead of 12 PM).

Excellent value for money. Great location, just minutes walking from shops and bus station with direct links to city centre and airport. Very quiet area, meaningl we got much needed restful sleep. We found the bed comfy and the facilities provided suited us for 4 nights.

Guests could benefit from having available hand towels.

We spent New Year's Eve here. It was a good location for the fireworks. We also saw the Northern Lights in front of the apartment. It is close to Fjellheisen, we hiked to the top. There is also a closer city view point on the way up the mountain. We didn't have a problem with the shower drainage, the bed was comfortable and the room was warm. The apartment was a very good value for money. For our early morning flight home a taxi was necessary as the buses run only from 6 am.

Bad smell in bathroom. Thin walls.

Located in a quiet residential area, a short walk from the gondola. Easily reached by bus 26 (every 20-30 minutes) from the airport via the city centre. The instructions provided for finding the apartment and the keys were good. The apartment was clean, though a little dark inside. It has a washing machine, stove and oven, microwave, etc. Regarding points raised in other reviews, there were no problems with noise, but I would agree that the shower doesn't drain properly.

Very comfortable and affordable place to stay. Walking distance to the bus stop and cable car. Have grocery store near to the apartment. Everything was provided, having own washroom, laundry, kitchen, utensils, sofa.

Overall everything was great, close proximity to the trams and we enjoyed the kitchen facilities well.

There was no bathroom floor mat or extra towel. Useless WiFi internet connection, I stayed on cell data. Equipment list states clothes drier, there is none. No floor mat inside, so when was raining we brought water in - no floor towel to fix it. The bed was extremely soft un 'pumpy'. There was a lot of noise from upstairs. Weird door to the rest of the house with huge keyhole and no sign.

1st floor, convenient access to parking place.

We stayed only one night, but the apartment had everything we needed. Bed and sofa were comfy, apartment was clean. In our case, it was good value for money. The owner was friendly and made sure we had everything ok.

Location is good if You want out from the city. Free parking. Clean room and shower. I did not make any food so can't tell about those things.

There is no sign that You are on the right place. You don't know what is the right door unless You call the number. Pin code what you get is wrong. Bed is too soft with no proper bed sheets. Upstairs hosting family is making so much noise that You can sleep only after they have gone to sleep. This happens after midnight.

Nice appartement close to fjellheisen gondola. Nearby is a bus station and a supermarket. It's over the bridge from the city center. Calm neighborhood and beautiful view. Thx

Very clean, has everything you need. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, nice and warm. We could check in late due to our flights. Quiet location, 8 minutes away from the mountain cable car which runs till midnight. Easy to find, just take bus 26 from the airport. Good value for money.

Pillows and mattress were too soft

Amazing place and the host was so kind. In Tromsdalen right next to the mountains. Wonderful experience!

The location is very nice, close to the hill, a grocery store nearby, and easy assess to public transport. It is calm at night. Fully equipped with all needed facilities, almost convenient and comfortable.

The host's family lives upstairs and they have kids, you might hear footsteps and children crying in the evening. On the bright side, your money will support this family, instead of going to some millionaire's pocket.

A good accommodation has a kitchen, bathroom and sofa, especially suitable for people who like to cook by themselves. The landlord was very nice and we arrived at 1:30 am due to delays. The landlord opened the door for us. Very nice price！

Add some signage to make it easier for guests to find the main entrance
