Good breakfast, and the pool area is nice although the pool is very small.

The gym is in a deplorable state. It is very small but that is not the main issue. The machines are old and rusty and do not work and there are no weights one can use. It is pretty much useless. The hotel room was smaller than expected and without closet, only a metal rod to hang clothes on. Definitely not in line with the price paid and the supposedly 4 stars.

La habitación estaba súper caliente cuando llegamos. Tuvimos que pedir a recepción que lo solucionaran ellos, pues la domótica no funcionaba para el aire acondicionado. Tuvimos que sufrir el calor hasta que poco a poco se fue acondicionando. Después salimos y cuando volvimos a la noche, la habitación de nuevo caliente y estaba llena de mosquitos, muchos. Volvimos a recepción y nos dieron un enchufe insecticida. Un poco extraño porque las ventanas se habían quedado cerradas. Digamos que no fue la experiencia más confortable para una habitación de más de 300 euros la noche. La moqueta con manchas viejas, que da aspecto de poca limpieza.

Lovely, boutique style hotel with fabulous gardens and outdoor terrace.. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were well equipped. It's about an 8 min taxi ride into Santander centre and 5 min walk to El Sardinaro beach. Very good breakfast!

Experiencia total. Hotel encantador. Muy tranquilo, Para descansar. Personal excepcional, agradecimiento a todo el personal del hotel, desde la recepción, limpieza, cocina y personal del comedor. La habitación totalmente nueva a estrenar (los armarios olían a madera) y domotizada al completo.

Not a cheap hotel, but lived up to its price. Breakfast buffet extensuve, fresh, varied and replenished frequently. Can sit deither inside or out. Snacks and drinks available at all times. Evening meals excellent and good value.

Access to parking was OK, but useful pair of drop off spaces right outside hotel.

Bedienung der Beleuchtung im Zimmer technisch zu kompliziert für ältere Leute. Steuerung der Klimaanlage ebenfalls schwierig, aber das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wunderschöner Garten. Nahe des Strandes und gute Restaurants.

Wir bekamen am ersten Tag das Zimmer 01. Parterre, mit „Balkon“ der eher einem Gefängnisinnenhof gleich. Das Zimmer war stickig und hat immer wieder nach Abfluss des Sanitärsystems gerochen. Wir konnten in ein Zimmer im ersten Stock wechseln am nächsten Tag. Dies war kleiner, aber entsprach weit mehr dem , was zu erwarten ist.

Großes Zimmer mit eigenwilliger Installation. Bewegungsmelder in der Dusche?! Das Licht ging unterm duschen aus, man musste dann die Duschtür öffnen damit es wieder anging. Hatten das Zimmer zur Straße, vis a vis einer Bar. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war es ruhig genug zum schlafen. Frühstück bis auf den Kaffee sehr gut.

Es gab nur Filterkaffee. Keine Möglichkeit einen aus einer Siebträgermaschine zu bekommen. Eigenartig für ein 4 Stern Hotel. Das Zimmer hatte bei geschlossenem Fenster einen eigenartigen Geruch. Wir mussten beim nachhause kommen immer länger lüften.

Alles sehr stimmig. Hohe Qualität bei Ausstattung, Personal und Service.

È favoloso! Stanza nella dependance. Dalla reception per arrivare in stanza, si passa in un giardino, dove la mattina fai colazione e puoi anche cenare. Attiguo al giardino trovi la zona piscina. Tornando alla camera letto King size, bagno diviso in due ambienti, vasca e doccia, altra stanza con lavandino . Colazione super! Varietà di prodotti di ottima qualità. Personale efficiente e disponibile.

Las instalaciones del Rhin Garden son extraordinarias. La habitación destaca por su impecable limpieza, su cuidado diseño y la domótica, y tanto el jardín como la piscina son un auténtico acierto. El desayuno, servido en mesas en el jardín, merece una mención especial por la calidad del producto. El trato del personal es correcto. Un hotel muy recomendable por su entorno, su confort y su atención al detalle.

El parking queda algo alejado del hotel, aunque el personal ofrece buenas indicaciones para llegar y facilitar el acceso. Dado el precio general del hotel, sería deseable que el parking estuviera incluido o que se redujera su coste.

Si, buena ubicación, el servicio de camarera , magnífica la Eva, muy buen trato.

He de decir que todo me gustó mucho pero me gustaría hacer un apunte acerca de la falta de personal en la cocina que demoraba mucho comidas y cenas.

The hotel was ideally located, just a short walk from the beach. The property itself was spotless and beautifully designed, with a lovely garden and a gorgeous pool. Our room had the most comfortable (and huge!) bed, and the AC worked perfectly throughout our stay. The bathroom was clean and comfortable as well. Breakfast was an absolute standout, such a wonderful variety, and everything was delicious. The staff were incredibly welcoming and spoke great English; they went out of their way to help us sort out parking and navigate the city. Overall, a fantastic stay from start to finish. Highly recommend!

If I have to pick, the room was a little small to spread out for 2 people with large suitcases, but we made it work and it's hardly an issue.

Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, if not the best. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and immaculate. The staff were the standout feature of the hotel. Despite me only speaking English, they were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making everything easy and stress-free. I also appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary Rituals toiletries, which added a real sense of luxury. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

If I had to say anything, it’s that this hotel has probably raised my expectations for every hotel I stay in from now on! In all seriousness, I genuinely can’t think of anything to complain about. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the service, and I had a fantastic stay.

The superb and very big bathroom

This is a lovely little hotel, with beautiful gardens and a swimming pool. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast, which we had in the garden, was excellent, with a good choice. It’s very close to the beach, and although you can walk into the old town in about 25 minutes, there are lots of buses from the end of the road. There is secure parking nearby, at a cost of €20 per day.

There is a coffee machine in the room, but being British, we’d have loved tea making facilities !

Everything was perfect: staff was nice and supportive, breakfast was as it should be be. We enjoyed the time at the terrace at evenings.

Es war zwar die Ausnahme aber an einem Abend wurden wir im Hotelgarten von einer Angestellten ignoriert und sind dann ohne etwas zu bestellen aufs Zimmer.

Muy lindo el hotel y su ubicación en un barrio hermoso. Si bien un poco alejado de centro pero caminar por el camino que bordea el mar un placer.

Todo muy bien. Solo que tuvimos un percance, nos dimos cuenta al llegar al aeropuerto que mi marido extravió el pasaporte y al contactar al hotel el personal no fue muy diligente, pero sobre la estancia nada que decir todos muy amables.

Super schönes, ruhiges Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück und tollen Mitarbeitenden. Besonders gefallen haben uns Details wie der Willkommensgruß auf dem Zimmer und das Design des Gartens mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einer sehr entspannten Atmosphäre. In der Nähe gibt es viele kostenlose Parkplätze und in einer halben Stunde ist alles Wichtige zu Fuß erreichbar.

La limpieza de la habitación, a parte de que el Horario de limpieza era tarde todos los días hacía el medio día, no limpiaban a fondo, subí botellas de agua que estuvieron varios días vacías y tuve q pedir que las tiraran, a parte la limpieza dejaba q desear, creo q teniendo en cuenta q es un hotel de 4 estrellas la limpieza de la ha habitacion deberia de ser exquisita

Room was small, but comfortable, especially because the A/C worked very well. Beds were very comfortable. Courtyard provided a serene and tranquil retreat, a perfect place to unwind. Because the hotel is rather small, it never felt crowded. Breakfast service was exceptionally good, with attentive servers and excellent food.

Although lighting in amenities were very modern and sleek, sensors were rather finicky. Some lights would stay on even when the client turned them off. The same applies to the TV set. It mysteriously turned on and off, changed channels, and adjusted volume at will and rather inexplicably. Air conditioning detected presence in the room and would shut off if there was no movement in the room. This obviously has the benefit of saving energy, but it translated into a hot room every time we came from outside. It would, then, take 20, 30, 40 minutes, even an hour or more to cool the room back again. The tiny fridge was useless; it was unable to keep even a single small water bottle cool, let alone cold. On the restaurant service front, some of the servers seemed to be poorly trained, and they were intent on taking our tableware away even before we were done eating. Such hurriedness was uncalled for, especially because the hotel was not very busy. A few suggestions: 1) Having door knob tags in the room with the message "DO NOT DISTURB" would help room service to know when to clean a room or open a room door. 2) Front desk was unattended quite frequently, which could compromise safety. 3)

El hotel es una maravilla. Esta decorado con mucho gusto y tiene un ambiente muy tranquilo. El desayuno es completísimo. Dispone de una zona de terraza muy acogedora para tomar algo. A pesar de tener tan cerca la playa, la piscina del hotel también merece la pena. Con respecto a la habitación, era un poco pequeña, pero el baño era espacioso y disponen de muchos detalles (albornoz, zapatillas, etc). La atención, en general, es muy personalizada y muy agradable. Llegamos muy pronto y se quedaron con el equipaje, el cual subieron en cuanto se quedo la habitación libre. Repetiremos, sin duda.

Sólo hay dos cosas que se podrian mejorar: el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funciona a menos que estés en la habitación. Es cierto que se ahorra energía, pero nos toco una habitación en la que daba mucho sol y se noto bastante calor al entrar. Bien es cierto que una vez funciona el aire, tarda poco en enfriar la habitación. Por otro lado, habia una luz del baño que se encendia con un sensor, el cual detecta el movimiento aunque estés en la cama. Se recomienda cerrar la puerta por la noche para evitar despertarse cada vez que se enciende.

Struttura bella e molto nuova. A due passi dalla spiaggia del Sardinero, anche se bisogna camminare un po' per il centro città.

Due letti singoli accostati, con lenzuola separate, anziché un letto matrimoniale. Il personale aveva sempre l'aria un po' infastidita.

La ubicacion para la playa es de10. Si quieres ir al centro hay una parada junto al salir del hotel que te lleva.

La ubicación, el diseño, la tranquilidad, el desayuno en la terraza... nos gustó todo

Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht! De kamer was heel smaakvol ingericht. Kingsize bed. Rituals zeep in de badkamer. Zelfs t toiletpapier was zacht :-). Heerlijk zwembad met zeer goede ligbedden. Handdoeken daarvoor kan je extra bij de receptie halen. De ontbijt was ook heerlijk. Voldoende keuze en de koffie was top. Op wandelafstand van het mooie El Sardinero strand. Kan je niet wandelen of vind je het te ver lopen naar de oude stad. Voor nog geen €5 hadden wij een Uber. Kortom een absolute aanrader!

Ik vond t bed iets te hard maar dat is smaak. De kussens waren geweldig.

Dostaliśmy chyba najmniejszy pokój - 307. Znajomi, którzy byli razem z nami wątek samej cenie dostali znacznie większy. 307 powinien być w niższej cenie. Trochę też słabo z językiem angielskim u obsługi. Np. wieczorem Panie obsługujące bar musiały korzystać z translatora.

1ste dag ontbijt super en veel aandacht voor het afhalen van vieze tafels en alles aanvullen, de 2de dag ander personeel en die zagen t niet , veel lege schalen bij het buffet, geen borden meer, geen kaas, heel lang geen flesjes water
