Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Management really listened to my previous concerns, and I was so pleased to see that all the bathrooms and walls had been freshly painted. 👌 It was such a pleasure walking into a clean, fresh and well-maintained apartment. The staff at reception are amazing—always friendly, welcoming and willing to assist whenever needed. I truly appreciate the improvements and the effort that has been made to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. It definitely made a difference to my experience. Thank you to the entire team!
Just one small suggestion: since this is a self-catering apartment, it would be helpful to provide a few basic cleaning essentials, such as dishwashing liquid, a dishcloth and something to wipe the floor in case of spills. These small additions would make the self-catering experience even more convenient.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Electricity ran out and lights switched off during our stay, security confirmed that the owner of the unit did not buy electricity for our stay. We had to bath and prepare ourselves in the dark and it was horrible. The guests right next to our unit had an overnight party/hangout and the noise was unbearable and security did nothing to restore order with that group. The party/noisy guests had no regard for everyone and partied on till early morning with excessive noise just by our door.

Reviewed May 6, 2026The place looked exactly like pictures online. The decor was very modern. The complex is safe and secure giving us peace of mind. It was a very easy process.
The apartment itself has a few flaws. The bathrooms and bedroom doors didn't close at all. There was no keys on the doors so we couldn't close or lock them. For 6 people there was not enough dishes for example there was only two of the wine glasses/ plates and cutlery on the table. The amount of coffee/tea/sugar was not enough at all for 6 people. Especially considering the price we paid for one night. I expected there to be an Aircon in the rooms as well. The windows in the rooms were difficult to close and we were afraid we were going to break them. The shower in the ensuite bathroom had a broken door which meant it did not close when showing. The main shower head does not work as well. The ottomans in the lounge had "holes" in them when sitting. Very uncomfortable. We were not provided with anything to wash the dishes with. Such as dish washing liquid, a sponge etc. I've stayed at various self catering places and definitely had a better experience considering the price for one night.

The TV is not a smart TV. If you planning to stay with kids then you might need alternative device for entertainment

The place was clean just needs the headboard and bedroom fan to be dusted. Noise control was a bit of a problem on Saturday.Wish they could have a better solution for guests making noise through the night.

The noise 🤦🏽♀️the people there were noisy up until the after midnight and nothing was done about it and also there are limited utensils in the house, need to request everything like mops and brooms.

The shower door in our unit is broken. They must fix it or nit use the room. The zinc was leaking. The shower heas was also not dripping water properly . They must ensure that everything is first class before allocating rooms.

Tenants living there play music too loudly too early with no concern for neighbours. The beds were comfortable enough. Curtains could be blockout as passage lights are on all night.
