Everything was great, one of the best places I stayed at in Shanghai

The personnel was very kind, I want to reception for water at night and they gave me 5 bottles (thanks a lot!) The location is perfect, the underground station is literally in 50 meters from the entrance

The main issue is that there was only 1 charger plug which could work with EU plugs and there were literally no adapters on reception The brakfast was tasteless: drinks were too watery, the meat did not taste good

The location is really good and it’s right next to the shopping mall with a train station :)

The stuff could better speak English and not communicate with a phone translator all the time considering the fact that there were a lot of foreigners staying.

Отель комфортный, новый, с просторными номерами, хорошей душевой. Район спокойный. Быстрая регистрация заселения, хорошее расположение отеля, метро в 5 минутах ходьбы (выход N 5, линия 15). Завтраки стараются разнообразить, кофемашина доступна круглосуточно. Рядом большой супермаркет, Starbucks и McDonald's. Недалеко от отеля расположен красивый парк (2 остановки на метро). Весь персонал отеля доброжелательный. Есть номера и этажи для некурящих. Небольшие пожелания: добавить холодильник и сейф в номер.

Highly recommended. The staff were lovely and helpful. Great location, clean, hospitable and breakfast included.

Convenience to the subway station. It happened this time due to the sewage system was broken down the street, smelly when walking to the station. Once you were inside the hotel, every are nice and clean. But need to strictly enforce the smoking rules in and out. Encountered one unruly customer stood in front of the elevator on the 5th floor lobby smoking, and a fews in the front entrance of the hotel numerous times!

It's 3 minutes' walking distance from Meiling North(Line 15) exit 5. Clean and modern. Delicious breakfast. Free laundry and helpful staff. There's free coffee in the waiting area.

The food and the receptionist they were very nice even when you don’t speak Chinese, VIvi was one of the best host during my stay she attended to me very well

The property is nice and the staffs are wonderful especially Amy & VIvi they really assisted me in a lot of things it’s a great place to visit and the facility is neat. Breakfast excellent

Bed is nice and you have good view around you & the environment is calm .. Good cleaning servicing they always clean the room every day

Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war super lecker. Das Zimmer super. Hatte eine super Zeit. Wenn ich einen Verbesserungsvorschlag abgeben sollte, es ist für einen Ausländer schwierig bei der Dame beim Frühstücksbuffet zu bestellen, da diese gar kein Englisch kann und nur auf Chinesisch die Leute ruft.

Staff was super nice and helpful. They'd even give us free water. Amy, in partficular, was incredibly good. Room was well equipped and front desk staff was very warm

1. Too little “European style” products for breakfast (not really a minus, just my preference) 2. Housekeeping may be done very late. We put the “please clean the room” sign in the morning and only got cleaning at 6 p.m. plus they didn’t do vacuuming I had ask the housekeeping lady to come back again and do the vacuuming 3. It was loud noise in the hallway at 11-12 p.m. other guests were speaking loudly and you could perfectly hear them from your room. One guy was even smoking in the hallway because we could hear the smell. Had to step our and ask them to be quiet. Once again, not really a hotel minus but keep in mind lack of soundproofing.

The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were very spacious. No cupboard space for unpacking was provided, but the rooms felt big and uncrowded. The proximity to Meiling North station was very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the bathrooms had locking doors.

It’s a common complaint of mine that there’s very often smoking in hotels in China, despite it being posted and noted that no smoking is permitted. The smoke from people smoking in other rooms gets sucked into the air system, meaning we occasionally got cigarette smoke blown into our rooms through the air conditioning system. There was also no place to unpack our bags.

The iron in the laundry room on the 5th floor was not working.

When I ate breakfast, there were older woman, man working, really polite & caring, cleaning and disposing. Front desk girls are handy.

Room cleaning was so bad. Only changed towels, slippers, bottles and tea. I didn't experience clean room.

Although the staff didnt really speak English, they were very friendly and eager to try and communicate! Laundry is free, which is very convenient. Close to metro station and mall.

Near main street but sound proofing keeps the room pretty quiet. Walking distance to subway train and a out dated mall that provide some basic food and minimart. Hotel is newly built so rooms are comfy and staff are friendly and helpful too and special mention to housekeeper 张女士 for keeping the room clean and tidy.

Would be useful if a safe box is included.

Staffs can't speak in English, very hard to make them understand any of our needs. In our room we couldn't find any freezer for keeping cold water or drinks.

Brand new, good location. Very close to metro station. We had a double room the first night and a triple room the second (when our daughter joined us) The rooms were bright, comfortable, very clean, beautifully designed and decorated, and very generously sized We also appreciated the small fridge in the triple room, but would have liked one in the double too!

Although it’s close to the metro, it’s still about 10km from Hongqiao Pudong Airport, which can make it tricky if you have a lot of luggage. Additionally, because the hotel is brand new there is still some construction going on around it. This can be a bit noisy during the day, and also made it a little difficult for taxi drivers to find it! That said, I managed to get a lot of work done on the hotel room, and there’s free espresso coffee available 24-hours!

Very new and clean facility with good breakfast options. Also within walking distance to a small mini mall that has many restaurant options from noodle shops to McDonald's and a supermarket.

Das Hotel wurde im Jahr 2023 errichtet und ist dementsprechend neu. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer U-Bahn-Station, aber etwas außerhalb und ist nur durch zweimaliges Umsteigen von den viel frequentierten U-Bahn-Linien zu erreichen, was die Erreichbarkeit etwas umständlich macht. Fußläufig vom Hotel liegt ein weiteres sehr großes Einkaufszentrum. Die Zimmer sind sauber und der Service ist gut. Es ist etwas befremdlich, dass das Frühstücksbuffet in der Lobby serviert wird. Der Check-In dauerte im Gegensatz zu allen anderen Holiday Inns, die wir in China besucht haben sehr lange, obwohl keine Gäste außer uns dort waren. Auch war dem Personal nicht bekannt, dass wir unser Zimmer bereits bezahlt hatten, was aber geklärt werden konnte. Es gibt im Hotel die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen.

AC/TV was not working and room was not ready while checked in, so need first night refund. I reported the issue to front task till 1.00 am , middle of the night, could not sleep

Good room. About a 5 minute walk to Shanghai metro so very convenient. Shopping mall with lots of dining option right near metro. Free laundry at hotel. Breakfast has good offering of Chinese and western. Would stay again, very nice option.

The hotel is new and clean. The service of the staff is good. The surrounding is quiet and there’s a mall and train station within minutes.

The staff was so helpful and polite. If you need an English-speaker, ask for CiCi. Her English is very, very good. The rooms were clean and the decor in the main areas was also really nice. The breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great service, and very clean. Maintained extremely well. The reception staff very helpful. Special mention to Dabao from reception, who went out of her way to guide us about city and on other queries.

the place is not that description. it is very far away from destination . second i arrived one day after because the weather, and one night was charged. When arrived, nobody speak english and charge me back 4 nights instead 3, so finally I paid for 5 nights
