Reviewed Sep 11, 2026I liked the excellent value for the amenities provided. The hotel was well presented, in a very good location for the metro, staff were friendly, the room facilities were good. We received clean towels every day, with complimentary bottles of water.
The breakfast buffet was hit and miss. Even if you went at opening time, some days the selection was great and others, almost nothing. The air conditioning was non existent. WiFi didn't work either. Small inconveniences but nothing major to me.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026In the past, this has been my favorite hotel in Shanghai. This last experience at this hotel has made it my least favorite place to stay anywhere in the world.
I I was promised an upgrade to my room. But the room that I was given was the same as one I had booked in the past. There was no upgrade at all. I could live with that, although I did have to switch rooms because the original room had a tiny toilet in a closet and a separate shower area, but additionally I had extended my stay by one day, weeks and weeks before my booking and it was promised it had been added in already.. I arrived back at the hotel on my final day with some friends to the embarrassing situation of being locked out of my own room. It was indicated to me that I owed them for another night even though that night should have been put on the bill when I originally checked in. This was compounded by the lack of a good English-speaking staff at the front desk, I literally had to have a friend who is with me translate for me to have any kind of clarification of what was going on. This was embarrassing and uncomfortable for both myself and my guests and certainly should not have happened in an open public lobby.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The hotel is relatively cheap and includes also breakfast with some sweet options (waffles, cupcakes, mini croissant) which is a rarity in china. it's also very close to a metro station. rooms are quiet and spacious.
The breakfast area smells like frying oil in the morning and whatever you dress with will be smelling like crazy after leaving the area. also, I would have appreciated some more sweet options, maybe some Nutella cream among the fruit jams. fresh fruit ends up quickly (before 9) and doesn't get refilled. at last, there's no fridge in the camera: why? We've found fridges in every hotel on our china trip except for this.

Не то чтобы не понравилось, мы знали что в номере не будет холодильника, вот его не хватило и не работала розетка у кровати. Но это мелочи, которые не смогли испортить общее впечатление.

Завтрак в формате шведского стола, можно найти каждому что-то на свой вкус. Для нас огромным плюсом стало наличие бесплатной кофе машины в холле!

ИдеальнаЯ постель - это супер важно после ежедневных 20км по Шанхаю. Полотенца, вода, разовые принадлежности, тапочки - все в наличии, если чего нет или не хватает, персонал всегда приветлив и готов помочь. Кондиционер хорошо справляется с 38°С по ощущениям за окном.
Ремонт в номерах немного "устал", но на это нет ни сил, ни времени обращать внимание, т.к. приходили просто помыться/поесть/переночевать - на качество отдыха абсолютно не влияет.

Resepsiyon düzeni daha iyi olabilirdi.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Struttura un po’ datata, ma molto ben tenuta e pulita. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella suite che consiglio e che ha uno spazio ampio per gestire le valige. Ottima posizione, non centrale ma estremamente ben collegata grazie alla presenza di 3 linee della metro proprio sotto l’hotel.
Colazione principalmente orientale, consiglierei di aggiungere qualche cosa di dolce per una colazione occidentale

Расположена гостиница рядом с метро и множеством автобусных остановок. Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный и номер всегда был очень чистым. Спасибо за приятно проведенное время в вашем отеле !!!!!

Reviewed May 21, 2026Бронировали этот отель на 2 суток для большой группы. Знали заранее, что он 3*, и ничего сверхъестественного не ждали. Но у нас был опыт остановки в другом отеле этой же сети — и он оказался заметно лучше. Поэтому сравнение, увы, не в пользу этого. При этом плохого сказать не можем. Как есть 3*, так и есть 3* по факту. Плюсы: номера большие и просторные, в номерах чисто, белое постельное бельё, локация неплохая — до торгового центра пешком 30–40 минут. Для своей цены — вариант рабочий. Минусы: номера немного уставшие, хотелось бы ремонта. В некоторых ковролин (не очень удобно), прожжённые кресла, в душевых кабинках есть незначительная плесень. Но главная проблема — ресторан для завтраков: он очень маленький, мест катастрофически не хватает, много народу. Выбор блюд скудноват. Голодными мы не ушли, но комфорта не было. Итог: если нужен просто недорогой ночлег на пару дней и вы готовы к стандартному набору 3* без изысков — почему нет. Но если есть возможность выбрать другой отель этой же сети, можно остановиться на другом варианте.

Отсутствие в санузле возможности сушки вещей. На обоях грязные пятна, из раковины сильно пахнет канализацией. Пробку если закрыть, заново не открывается, сломана. Распылитель у душа падает, не держится нормально. В розетки европейские трудно втыкаются вилки, и их мало.

Reviewed May 15, 2026The location was okay and many restaurants around the area. Also metro 100m from hotel though I didn't use it. Breakfast was ok though a little variety of meats would be great.
I think the hotel is a bit old and needs upgrading to match the current world. Please please consider having a mini fridge in the rooms. This was a big disappointment for me. I think a lot of people book because if the IHG connection but many are disappointed. What's online is not what's on the ground.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Гостиница очень удобно расположена: рядом с метро (причем это пересечение трёх веток), в двух станциях от ЖД вокзала, полчаса пешком до Храма нефритового будды и М50. Номер отличный, хотя видно, что немного устал. Супер удобная кровать, матрас, подушки. Номер очень просторный. В ванной есть мыло и шампунь. В номере есть тапочки. Также большое количество разного освещения: светильники у кровати, на столе, верхний свет и тп. Вид из окна прекрасный. Розетки европейские, в номере их достаточно. Завтрак шикарный! Неплохой кофе, большой выбор всего: китайская кухня, японская (можно собрать мисо), европейская. Завтрак с 6-30 утра, лучше приходить пораньше. В номер каждый день ставили воду, уборка каждый день. Также в номере есть чайник, кружки, чай, кофе. Заселили по приезду, до времени заселения. Депозит не брали. В общем, отличное место для отдыха.
В номере нет холодильника и в ванной маловато места. Но на несколько дней это не критично. Ещё очень скрипит шкаф.

От отеля странное ощущение. Были в других Холидеях в других странах - и сервис был гораздо лучше. Начну с того, что при заселении на подушке было огромное количество волос. Пришлось звонить и просить замену постельного. На завтраке кружки были явно плохо вымыты, палочки для еды также неприятно пахли. Кто-то из постояльцев ел дуриан в номере, от чего вонища стояла на весь этаж - и никто ничего с этим не делал, хотя всем известно, что полагаются штрафы за пронос таких «ароматных» фруктов в отели. Ну и апогеем стал таракан, весело проползающий по тумбочке у кровати в последний день пребывания. Хотя, мы не ели в номере, да и он в целом был довольно чистый. В общем, думайте.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Holiday inn express are our favourite hotels and we always use them if we can. This hotel lived up to expectations. The staff were very helpful and due to a booking error upgraded us for free. Would stay again.
The room temperature was a bit hot at times. Liked that you could open windows and it wasnt too noisy.
