首先，这里位置很优越，去机场22分钟摩托车。去沙滩7分钟，包括比较火爆的超市都很近。 
其次，这里环境很安静，夜晚没有狗叫和摩托车声，这非常难得。 
然后老板娘讲环境整理的很干净，很用心，在每个角落都很用心的布置了花瓣。 
最最重要的是，老板娘是个非常善良热心的人，由于我早上要冲浪，老板娘允许我免费延期退房，主动说帮我把行李寄存在她这里帮我保管，还担心我打车太贵。总之非常非常友好，非常感谢。下次再来巴厘岛我一定选择这里落脚。

希望灯光可以稍微亮一点，另外没有找到吹风机，应该是有的，或许要跟老板娘要一下就好了。

Comfy bed, very modern and well priced. The lady we spoke to was so so lovely !!!

Putu and Ibu Ketut were very welcoming and friendly. They were always there to ensure that we are comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was clean and adequate for our stay as we were out exploring most of the time.

We initially had the upstairs unit and the air con unit doesn’t seem to cool the room quick enough (even after having it switched in for 7-8hours). Ibu Ketut were quick to resolve this by moving us to a downstairs unit, the unit doesn’t get direct sun shining straight in, so it doesn’t get as hot as the upstairs unit.

The location was really good. Half an hour by walk to seminyak beach if u wanna walk .and like 5 to 10 min with bike. There is a very big supermarket and a few small ones just a few steps away .Bed was comfy and big .

The smell of the room .Unfortunately, the room I was given faced a high wall located only about one meter away, which completely obstructed the view and made the room feel too dark and enclosed.They should offer this room as an economy room and cheaper .

the property was close to shopping ,the people were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.room was cleaned daily ;laundry was done on request.fully air conditioned ,netflix,utube etc was available. what ever you needed you only had to ask.transprot available for site seeing and return to airport at a very reasonable price

Really good stay! The people here are incredibly kind. It is a central place to stay, everything is clean. Just all by all a great place to stay!!!

I liked the modern styling with white tiles through out, to the high ceilings. The aircon blew cold clean air. The fixtures were new. It was actually clean, not like soo many other places where the aesthetic looked amazing but, the rooms smelt of mold and aircons blew funky smells from them. So I was %100 happy with James Guest House and highly recommend to solo BB travellers and families as you can just book the entire place out.

I love everything about the property. It is small, super clean, quiet and ideally located. It is a family run guest house and they are all lovely, friendly and hard working. The rooms are spacious and all walls inside and out are tiled floor to ceiling. Best part is the rooms don’t have adjoining walls. The timber trim on glass sliding doors and the furniture is beautiful. The room is furnished like a 5* hotel room. Everything is large and in excellent condition. There is a super comfy bed with quality white linen, wardrobe with full length hanging space and shelving, full length mirror, a side buffet with cupboards and drawers, wall mounted TV, bedside tables with drawers, lamps, refrigerator, comfy stools and outdoor furniture on the verandah. Large bathroom, plenty of hot water, well functions toilet and plumbing. The pool is lovely with shade and sun options to move the sun lounges. Secure parking for bikes. There is also a drinks refrigerator located in the undercroft that is stocked with an assortment of options for purchase. Laundry services is offered on site. Guest house location is ideal…close to everything without the crowds and noise.

La habitación muy amplia y muy cómoda. Limpiaban todos los días y pude ver Netflix después de 4 meses viajando sin parar :). Está muy cerca de la playa pero en una zona muy tranquila. La piscina es genial y son muy amables. Volvería a repetir sin duda.

We spent 10 days here and everything was perfect! Hot water, good wifi, Netflix, a clean pool, quiet. Everything you could ask for! Most importantly the staff here are so lovely to chat too and helpful and the room was cleaned every day.

Good stay with kind hosts. At a good location as well. Lots of dogs nearby, but as we love them we didn't mind at all! Clean and cute little room! The street is filled with beautiful flower trees and is nice and clean residential area!

I loved staying here at James Guest House with a lovely big spacious clean double room with a massive big bathroom. The room was clean tiled floor with a lovely long length mirror, tv remote and great air con. The shower was lovely and warm. Lots of wardrobe and cupbaord storage. also with bedside tables/lamps and outlets for plugging in your applicance. little balcony with seat and table and little clothes line but owner also can arrange to clean laundry. Room is cleaned daily by Petut niece of lovely owners Katut and Gday. Its a 10min walk down to the beach through the centre of Seminyak. Great location and supermarket up the road near by to stock your mini fridge. My 21 days flew by in Bali and would stay here again.

Did not end up staying at this property. On the day of check in, I communicated with the host my anticipated check in time of 8-9. The host then informs me that check in closes after 8p. In the property listing, it states check in from 1400-midnight. If I had known check in was restricted to before 8p, I would not have booked. The host’s communication was poor.

Great place in a calm street yet close to restaurants and shops. I only stayed here for my last night to be close to the airport but I really appreciated the comfy bed and spacious room.

Spotless!! The cleanest accommodation we’ve had in SE Asia, staff were so friendly and were always checking up on us to see if everything was okay which we loved. The bed was soooo comfy too! The most comfortable room ever. Great location too! Near everything but also far enough to have silence at night time.

THE SMELL OF THE BATHROOM! I dont know what it was but there is a very strong and bad smell coming in from the bathroom. It's either something to do with the pipes, or the outside.... Smells like poop. Horrible.

Everything is perfect the owners were friendly and respectful and The room is really in good size and it has everything you wish in great way. The bathroom is so clean and they provide all the tools in it. For its price it is amazing.

Travelling around Bali for about two months now and finally find a guesthouse which was very clean. The room was exemplary clean every day as it should be. Staff is really very nice, friendly and helpful with everything.

It turned out to be a gem for our 7-night stay in Bali. Coming in at about 1/5 the price of a 5-star hotel, it offered incredible value without skimping on comfort or cleanliness. Our room was roughly 4m x 4m with a handy wardrobe and an overhead shower and toilet behind a sliding door. The tiled floors and walls throughout contributed to a clean, fresh feel, and a hot water heater in the bathroom ensured a comfortable experience. Amenities included a TV with Netflix mounted conveniently in front of the bed, a small bar fridge that fit all our essentials, and a cabinet with ample storage space. Two bath towels and face towels were provided and swapped out after three days, keeping things fresh. The hospitality at James Guest House was nothing short of delightful. The owners, who live on site in their separate property, were super friendly and incredibly accommodating. They made us feel right at home, offered daily room service with beds beautifully made, and ensured all our belongings remained untouched. We even had a chance to chat with the husband who’d crafted his own gym gear, which he generously let us use. Although their dog was securely chained, it added a friendly touch to the place. The shared outdoor space came with a table, chairs, and a handy drying rack. After checkout, they were more than happy to let us store our bags until we headed to the airport, which was a real help. Our room was cosy with a firm yet comfortable bed, and the villa itself sat on a lovely quiet street just off the main road.

The guest house does have some room for improvement. The power fuses are on the smaller side at 6A, meaning you’ll have to juggle running the aircon with using heavier appliances like a hairdryer or kettle. The wall facing the street isn’t insulated, which means it retains heat well into the evening. Internet speeds topped out around 2-3Mb/s, adequate for streaming and browsing but less ideal for online gaming. There's no table inside for dining or working, nor is there a microwave, though the owner will kindly warm meals for you if needed. Rooms aren't soundproof, with gaps in the sliding doors letting in some outside noise. Occasionally, the dog barking at night could be heard when guests came and went, but a white noise generator soon fixed that.

I had a brilliant stay here, the owner was so kind and lovely, the room was great and spotless and it was perfectly quiet so great for sleep! I would definitely stay here again!

I arrived very late and the owner was waiting to welcome me. The room was big and comfortable. Bed and pillows of very good quality. Everything is new. There is a small fridge and kettle in the room that helps a lot. Hosts were very kind and helped to locate restaurants and organize transportation to Ubud, they were accessible and answered all my messages very fast.

Nothing bad. Just be aware they don't have iron and hair dryer in the room, but that is common in all the guest houses in Bali. Not sure if you can ask for it though.

It’s in a quiet location in Seminyak not far from the main ‘highway’, so easy to get to the airport. Super clean inside, comfy bed. Walking distance to the main area of Seminyak.

Internet can be intermittent, mosquitos about so doors always need to be closed.

The best ever, it is near to every beach ( 10 minutes by moto ) the owner are very freindly and very polite , you Can rent a 🏍️ from the guest house . WE highly recommend this place .

This property is in the perfect location to stay in Seminyak. The owners are extremely sweet and accommodating. The property and rooms are SPOTLESS and the bed is unbelievably comfortable. When I next come to Bali I will definitely stay here again!! Yes there is a dog (molly) and yes she can bark sometimes but she is so adorable and it’s barely anything, please don’t let this put you off!!!

Unfortunately they had a dog chained up by the entrance and wasn’t let off once the whole duration of our stay. This made us very sad.
