Apartamento con habitación muy pequeña. La cama empotrada sin espacio. No tiene microhondas. Mucho ruido de las escaleras interiores. Estaba sucio. Telas de araña en habitación, baño...etc.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025The location is good. Close to the Metro and main train station. Walking distance to the centre of the city. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was ok.
Overpriced. There is a pub in the same building, there is noise at the weekend until early hours. The bathroom needs remodelling, and the rest of the apartment could do either a freshen up.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Es war nur eine kurze Laufdistanz bis zur Metrostation oder bis zum Bus. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden und es hat sehr gut geklappt mit dem Schlüssel. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut. Ein Antwort auf meine Fragen kam umgehend. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.
Ich kann die Wohung empfehlen, sofern man nicht allzu Lärmempfindlich ist. Durch das die Wohnung im Parterre ist, kann es schon sein, dass es mal lärmig ist. Auch die Strasse ist zu hören. Es ist allerdings gut zu lösen, in dem die Fenster beim Bett geschlossen bleiben.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025A very comfortable, quiet and welcoming apartment for two, with supermarkets, cafés and restaurants nearby. It's only 10 minutes away from the nearest metro stop and only 5 minutes away from a place for bike rental. A lovely place to discover the beauty of Copenhagen.

The property needs better maintenance and cleanliness standards. From the moment we arrived, several maintenance concerns immediately came to our eyes, such as the entrance floor requiring cleaning and clutter. The bathroom was disappointing, showing great need for maintenance. Also, the mattress showed clear signs of deterioration and previous wear. While the accommodation served its basic purpose for our overnight stay, the overall condition and presentation didn't align with the price, meaning that this apartment is overpriced for the offered standard.

Das Appartement war nicht sehr sauber. Es liegt im Parterre und vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster sind Tische und Stühle aus dem Haus und es wird geraucht, vor dem Fenster zum Wohnzimmer sind Stühle für die Rauchpausen aus dem anderen Haus. Daher riecht es nach Rauch sobald Fenster offen sind. Die Matratze sollte erneuert werden.

The location is great - zone 1, only 15 minutes from airport, and 15 minutes to the town center/ Tivoli Gardens by train/ bus. Many restaurants next to the apartment.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2024Great location, well equipped kitchen and good wardrobe space for clothes. Washer dryer was useful. Warm bathroom floor was great, helped with towels drying.
It was quite small, but works fine for a couple. The bed against the wall is hard to get in and out of. Could do with some small plates.
