Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Nous avons apprécié la cuisine toute équipée, le lit Queen size, la climatisation, la localisation géographique à quelques minutes du métro rendant les déplacements en centre-ville très facile, la proximité avec le quartier Alfama, le Wi-Fi.
La propreté (moutons de poussière dans les coins et sous le lit), le canapé-lit du salon qui est dans un état déplorable (tâches et déchirures), les plaids mis à disposition qui sont usés jusqu'à la couenne, l'état général de la suite 2B où nous étions (fissure sur le mur, trou d'un tableau décroché du mur et caché dans un placard, impacts dans les angles de murs), lavabo quasi-bouché dans la salle de bain et aussi le frigo qui ferme mal (la porte tape sur le tiroir au dessus) mettant en péril la chaîne du froid pour la nourriture stockée dedans.

Panne d,ascenseur et perte de temps pour envoyer des messages afin de résoudre le problème et ménage des parties communes faites sommairement et nous avons trouvé une cigarette vers l,écran de télévision et le téléviseur qui ne fonctionnait pas Image toute brouillée et pas de mode de fonctionnement. Et à notre arrivée la température était trop froide et avons arrêté la climatisation et c,était parfait

Hlučné a strašně nepohodlná postel i rozkládací gauč (rozvrzané, proložené). Koupelna špinavá. Vse bylo slyšet- sousedi, ulice. Z jedné strany výhled na rujny a smetiště, druhý výhled na železnici a přístav- s tím spojený smrad z ulice. Apartmán ve třetím patře a rozbitý výtah, na upozornění se nam dostávala stále stejná generovaná odpověď a nic.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The apartment is in a good, quiet location; it is not far from the city center, and the metro is nearby. It is well-equipped. In the past, we always had to carry our suitcases up narrow staircases—sometimes as high as the fourth floor—in Lisbon, but this building has an elevator, which was great. Everything in the apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I recommend it.
We didn't like the noise from the neighboring apartment. The walls are probably thin, so you can hear everything. We pointed out to the neighbors that they were being very noisy, even though it was already midnight. After that, everything was fine.

Die Lage ist zwiespältig. Mehrere verlassene und verwarloste Autos um den Block und im Innenhof, verwarloste Personen auf der Straße. Am Türschloss des Appartements sind Spuren von Gewalteinwirkung sichtbar gewesen. Die Türverriegelung von Innen war nicht funktionsfähig. Das Schlafsofa hat sehr doll gequietscht.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La ubicacion era bastante buena, cerca de las estaciones de tren y de autobuses a 20 minutos del centro caminando, el barrio parecia un poco mas en construccion pero bastante bien y ningun problema. La cocina espectacular, mejor que en casa.
Lo peor sin duda el baño, tenia dos o tres luces fundidas, y encima era oscuro y no se veia casi nada, además estaba un poco sucio por la parte donde iba el papel, y la cama sonaba cada vez que te sentabas o tumbabas.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Pokój posiada klimatyzację, to przy upałach było cenne. Jest położony blisko dworca/ metra i linii autobusowych. Było też cicho i przestronnie (dostępny duży przedpokój).
Byliśmy na miejscu 7 nocy i sprzątanie było drugiego dnia po naszym przyjeździe. To trochę za wcześnie, później mieliśmy brudne podłogi (brakowało mi dużej miotły lub mopa, żebyśmy mogli pozamiatać).

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, dans un quartier calme et à proximité de la gare et du métro Santa Apolónia, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter Lisbonne. L’appartement est spacieux, agréable et bien équipé, notamment avec une cuisine qui nous a permis d’être autonomes pendant le séjour. La literie était confortable et la laverie commune a également été très pratique. Dans l’ensemble, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.
La propreté à notre arrivée pourrait être améliorée. Nous avons notamment dû balayer nous-mêmes certaines parties du logement et avons retrouvé de la poussière, des cheveux et différents petits débris au sol, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de ce type. Nous avons également rencontré un problème avec les toilettes en fin de séjour, qui a nécessité une intervention. Enfin, nous n’avons pas réussi à utiliser le coffre-fort malgré plusieurs tentatives et avons finalement renoncé. Une vérification plus attentive du ménage et des équipements avant l’arrivée des voyageurs serait appréciable.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious. Nice that there was a sofa and dining table set. The location was next to the train station which was good.
Laundry room was closed, all the washing machines were not working which was the point of us booking a service apartment. The lift was not working well so we just had to climbed the stairs after traversing all around Lisbon during the day. There was no one we could approach for help and everything was communicated via the app.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026We really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The location was also really nice as we are right above the St. Apolónia train station which is just a short ride from the Oriente station. Great accessibility to the ferries as well using the metro.
During our stay the trams weren’t running and the buses not so much either and while we were within a walking distance from the centre, it still is quite far because of Lisbons hills so keep that in mind.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Emplacement très agréable, plus calme que dans le quartier d'Alafama. En face de l'ambassade de France. A 5mn à pied de la gare qui vous emmène jusqu'à Cascais, des bus en bas de la rue qui vous conduisent partout où vous le souhaitez. De bons petits restaurants, qui vous propose une autre cuisine que la cuisine traditionnelle, une bonne épicerie à 2mn qui vous dépanne si besoin. Que demander de plus. Appartement situé au 2ème étage avec ascenseur. Très propre, hôte très réactive et attentive à notre bien être. Nous avons loué au dernier moment en fin d'après midi, alors que les locataires précédents venaient de partir. Tout était prêt, avec plein de petites attentions : quelques fruits, du pain, de l'huile maison, une bonne bouteille de vin.. idéal pour bien démarrer un séjour. Nous avons passé de bon moment dans cet appartement.

Nachbarn waren gut zu hören. Vor der Abreise gabs kein Wasser mehr. Die Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes war etwas bervenaufreibend, weil keine Person für Fragen erreichbar war und wir Meldungen bekamen für ein erneutes Checkin.

Given that I was travelling with a small child with special needs, this was very unfortunate, especially given the difficult booking situation in Lisbon at this period of the year. Also, the staff from Lime Home had not responded to my previous messages to receive the check-in code on time. I strongly discourage to book this place in Lisbon.

Reviewed May 4, 2026The apartment is spacious and located in a very nice area, just about a 20-minute walk from Praça do Comércio. The windows offer a beautiful view of the river and the ocean liners in the port. The apartment has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Access was very convenient, everything was clean, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. There is an elevator, which is very convenient when travelling with a child in a stroller.
The sofa looked a little tired (no complains about the sleeping bed), but apart from that, everything was great.

The place had an issue with their laundry room, and after we informed them about it, they did not tell us that this would lead to not having hot water after our first day. I was quite disappointed that there was a lack of proactive communication, considering the whole experience was digitally facilitated via the Limehouse system. This disappointed us.

Не было одеяла для третьего человека, только тонкое покрывало.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Klidnější místo, dobře dostupné veřejnou dopravou. V okolí nádraží, restaurace, menší obchůdky, pobřeží. Pokoj byl dobře vybaven, neškodilo by trochu ohleduplnosti v nočních hodinách od sousedních pokojů. Mimo sezonu dobrá volba.

Всі розетки тримаються на доброму слові, не було ріжка для взуття та одноразових капців

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Great location, bed was really comfortable, when there was a problem with the hot water they fixed it quickly. Had everything we needed.
Could do with some maintenance, the shower head had a mind of its own and wasnt attached properly so had to be careful but this wasn’t a big deal.

Making socket adapters available will be great. Tourist come from different parts of the world and should not be struggling finding adapters.

The flat was a bit cold. No heater, just an aircon you could use also for heat, that was not enough to warm up the flat (especially the night area where the bed was located)
