Loved the whole place. I was looking forward to the art murals in the rooms but the apartment we had was not the one we saw in the site but we really enjoyed the furniture and rooms anyway. Old and new style. The staffs were brilliant too. Will book again and tell all my friends

Uns hat die sehr zentrale Lage gefallen, da wir von dort aus ideal Lissabon erkunden konnten. Sowohl das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss als auch die Dachterrasse mit der Bar waren toll. Das Frühstück können wir durchweg empfehlen.

Eben, weil es sehr zentral gelegen ist, ist es rund um das Hotel sehr trubelig. Es gibt in der direkten Umgebung unzählige Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Wer etwas bessere Qualität beim Essen sucht, muss ein bisschen weiter laufen. Das ist aber in Lissabon nicht schlimm.

Location was excellent and very central, close to everything. Breakfast was mainly great, except the fruit salad was mushy. Eggs cooked to order were lovely and pastries were tasty.

The 2 bathrooms were tiny for a 3-bed / 6 person apartment and not sufficient with no standing room or place to store toiletries. The kitchen was poorly equipped and no large utensils to be able to cook a meal. The mezzanine bedroom was a nice feature in principle but in practice had no hanging space for clothes and trip to the bath/toilet was down the stairs. Otherwise it was pretty tired throughout and could do with a spruce up.

Amazing location. Incredible AC!!!! The darkest black out room to sleep in (if you want). The shower was SO good, great pressure and hot. This was truly a 10/10 stay and I would 100% recommend to my friends and family if they asked

The location was excellent and close to everything one needs on a holiday. The reception was outstanding and they did their best to let us into our apartment long before the time. The breakfast was outstanding and offered a variation of dishes. It is the place to stay when visiting Lisbon.

The staff was amazing. So friendly and attentive to guests. On my last day I asked for recommendations for Porto and the clerk at reception handed me a list of places to go. Thank you so much. Everything I needed was there. So close to EVERYTHING. I walked to all my meeting points for my activities.

The room has blown me away. There were 3 of us and we were placed in the apartments building next door. The apartment has blown me away- I was not expecting such comfort. We had 2 full bathrooms and fully furnished kitchen, one separate bedroom and a queen size bed in the common area, with curtains around it. We had 2 television sets and the beds were super comfortable. Upon arrival we got a bottle of wine, and coffee and tea was restocked daily for our use, included in the price. We also had breakfast included, which was beyond excellent. There were healthy and vegan choices and other. The location was perfect- it is right smack in the middle of the old part and literally minutes walking distance to every where—perfect. The STAFF and the front desk was super nice and extremely helpful- they kept our luggage in their storage after we checked out with out any issues. This was THE best stay. Strongly recommend it.

The lighting in the breakfast area was on the dark side. It would have been easier to see things with lighter set up. Also, it was a bit crowded and tight, to get to the food displayed at the tables. Also, there was only one type of juice available- at least one more type of juice would have been nice. An espresso/ coffee machine with variety of coffee types would have been nice as well.

Tuve un problema de salud e intenté cambiar las fechas. No dieron opción a nada. Decepción en ese sentido. El personal es antipático y borde.

Minden nagyon tetszett! Imádtam a hotel stílusát, igazán egyedi és stílusos! Fantasztikusan jó helyen van, bent a központban! Ennek ellenére csendes a szoba, az ablakok nagyon jól szigetelnek! Nagyon kedves, fiatal személyzet van, rendkívül barátságosak és segítőkészek! Van csomagmegőrzőjük, ha arra van szükség még a kijelentkezés után. Biztosan meg fogok szállni itt újra !

Posizione centrale molto comoda per visitare la città. Stanza accogliente e pulita, pulizia giornaliera della camera (se volevi) senza costi aggiuntivi. Avevamo il volo la sera tardi al rientro e ci hanno tenuto i bagagli custoditi senza extra costo.

As the name suggests, very artistic hotel in excellent location. Despite street crowds, rooms quiet. Comfy beds, friendly staff and good breakfasts. Lovely rooftop bar. Recommend and will gladly come back one day.

La struttura si trova in una posizione super centrale, a piedi puoi raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Lisbona. La stanza era pulita e spaziosa. Bellissimo il fatto che ogni stanza abbia un suo tema artistico!

We loved the quirky decor and artsy vibe of the Lisbon Art Stay Hotel and Apartments. Located right in the heart of Lisbon within walking distance to the Placa do Comercio and with easy access to metro, tram and bus services to most key sights and attractions, this hotel was an ideal base for exploring Lisbon. The rooftop bar was fabulous - highly recommend the Blood and Sand cocktail! The breakfast was good, and I particularly loved the goats cheese and spinach omelette. If you're looking for something a little outside the box, this hotel is a perfect choice.

The bathroom was really tiny and the requirement to bin rather than flush toilet paper (common around the city) came as a surprise but we got used to it!

Location and vibe, restaurant, tarts, and water in the lobby. The location and facilities. The rooftop bar was spectacular. We took our two young adult sons and our teen daughter and everyone had a magical time.

La ubicación es ideal, muy céntrica y a pocos minutos del metro. Puedes ir andando a la mayoría de los puntos de interés de la ciudad. El desayuno es perfecto, muy variado y saludable. Tuvieron detalles muy agradables. como agua o dulces de cortesía en la recepción o una botella de vino en la habitación.

Estuvimos en este mismo hotel dos semanas antes y la habitación que nos tocó en esta segunda ocasión no tenía nada que ver con la del primer día: mucho más pequeña, algo incómoda y anticuada.

La habitación era muy grande y luminosa. La ubicación, muy céntrica. Todo estaba nuevo y muy limpio.

Al ser tan céntrico y a pesar de tener ventanas especiales, se colaba algo de ruido por la noche, pues nuestra habitación daba justo a la calle.

Me gustó mucho el buffet aunque hubiera agradecido un poco más de variedad porque estuve varios días y los alimentos son los mismos pero es bastante completo si no te importa repetir.

Wir sind dem Mietwagen angereist, um unser Gepäck abzugeben bevor wir dann den Mietwagen retouniert haben. Die Strasse ist für "Anlieger" frei (Stand August 2026), d.h. man kann als Gast bei dem Hotel vorfahren und kurz stehenbleiben, ABER im Kartendienst (Google Maps) wird das so nicht angezeigt, weshalb wir an der viel befahrenen Parallelstrasse am Gehsteig stehen geblieben sind und dann ein paar Meter das Gepäck tragen mussten. Dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts.

Una struttura davvero particolare, con camere originali e alternative e una posizione fantastica per visitare Lisbona. La colazione è ottima e il rooftop merita assolutamente almeno un cocktail, soprattutto per la splendida vista sulla città. Personale super gentile e una reception davvero piacevole: ricordiamo in particolare il ragazzo di turno il 27 agosto pomeriggio, simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo al nostro arrivo.

Non abbiamo riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi. È una struttura dal carattere molto particolare, quindi la consiglierei soprattutto a chi cerca qualcosa di originale e diverso dal classico hotel.

They gave us an apartment in the across the street building in the apartments part, we got 1 floor just above the restaurant with people singing past 12am, they only closed on Tuesday I complained as soon as they get me the keys and they said they dont have anything else, when I did reservation 7 months ago. Also when the ac wasn't working in scorching heat the older female receptionist ignored us and gave us attitude. I guess she didn't like that i didn't buy her overpriced tickets for bus.

NOISE,!!!!!! they gave us a room in apartment on building across the street over the restaurant which have singing every night except Tuesday. I saw the previous reviews complaining about same thing and as soon as they gave me the keys I asked for a quieter room and they said they dont have anything else when I made reservation 7 months in advance. When I'm checking out the male in front dest asked if everything was ok and I complained about noise. He acted like it was the first time in his life he heard about it. I guess they dont read the reviews. Or worst disrespect clients intelligence. Stay away from this place. For the price u can definitely find something better. One more thing I left the sign do not disturb on the door and someone entered the room to leave a donut with a note, very disrespectful and violated our privacy. They had my phone number they could call me if they needed anything.

Quirky hotel with an excellent location. Our room was spacious with a comfy bed, decent sized fridge and had great air con. Very nice breakfast, helpful staff and the rooftop bar was wonderful.

Nos encantó esta opción. El Hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado. Tiene un excelente servicio y la habitación era muy amplia y tenía una gran vista a la ciudad. Las personas en la recepción fueron muy agradables. El desayuno tenía varias opciones y muy completo.

En general nos gustó todo, volveríamos de nuevo sin duda. Quizás al tener una habitación al fondo del piso el internet no era muy rápido.

Der besondere Stil des Hotels, die Lage und die geräumige Größe des Appartements.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war teils etwas unkomfortabel: Es wurde zu selten aufgefüllt, Salz und Pfeffer nur am Buffeetisch, Marmelade und Honig aus einem Spender, aber keine Schälchen oder Ähnliches, in die man dies füllen könnte, sehr laute Musik. Buffet war ausreichend, aber etwas mehr Auswahl (verschiedene Marmeladen, Nutella/Nougataufstrich) hätte ich noch erwartet.

Die Lage war top, das Bett sehr bequem, es hatte alles was man benötigt.

Well-located in the flats. We stayed in a regular 2 br (eventually) in annex building across the street but started off in an "accessible" room. My sister & brother-in-law did not appreciate the high commode. The hotel was able to change our room within an hour, much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, esp the chia pudding.

The large cockroach/water bug we found, caught (under wine bottle) and left for housekeeping to deal with.

It starts with no parking outside they said we could pull up but you can’t parking is 15 minutes away so travel light. Then tramps harassing you and using the street as a toilet. Cash only for parking at the hotel then the computer said no so we had to pay double at the car park. They completely messed us about with passports just to check in. The room was ok but the decorating and art work is questionable at best you can call anything art when it’s below standard. No toilet paper to go down the toilet so the bathroom bin is full of dirty toilet paper. Shower head was loose and wouldn’t tighten and at lower chest hight shower holder was loose the drains where blocked so water backed up into the bath the toilet brush was still soiled by previous guests staff don’t care don’t waste your breath the so called art furniture isn’t comfortable. The breakfast was ok but the hot food was cold and soggy the restaurant in the evening only sold beef or pork roll’s which were ok. I was completely harassed by tramps and people trying to get us to eat at their restaurants. The bed was comfortable I’d say it’s ok for one night and your on foot anything beyond that go elsewhere.

It look more modern on the pictures than it actually was. Rather fixed than renovated

The whole hotel was full of colour and character. Breakfast was good, bifanas at the restaurant were delicious, the cocktail bar at the rooftop had great views and delicious cocktails. We were able to leave our luggage before the check in. The room had an AC and blackout shutters, which were great.

We were not able to get into our room at indicated check in time and had to wait. The booking had multiple pictures of different rooms and the room we got seemed smaller than expected.

The hotel is quirky in a great location close public transport and plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from.

We were assigned an apartment in a building directly opposite the hotel. The hotel is in a central location, making it easy to reach most places on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and served in the main hotel building.

The apartment itself is a bit dated and the lighting was slightly dim. Unfortunately, we also spotted a small cockroach in the bathroom
