Rahayu Bisma Ubud

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable. The location is excellent — quiet and peaceful, with no noise from motorbikes, while still being convenient for exploring Ubud. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Utilizamos este hotel como nuestro “campamento base” durante los días que estuvimos recorriendo Ubud y, sin duda, su principal punto fuerte es la ubicación. Está en Jalan Bisma, una calle larga pero muy agradable, con bastantes restaurantes y sitios donde desayunar, comer o cenar. Por la noche, si no quieres coger la moto, tienes muchas opciones a las que puedes llegar caminando tranquilamente. También hay un supermercado grande cerca donde puedes encontrar prácticamente de todo y, nada más salir de la zona del hotel, hay un laundry familiar que utilizamos durante nuestra estancia y con el que tuvimos una experiencia excelente. Para visitar los principales puntos turísticos de Ubud, aunque algunos están relativamente cerca, recomendamos alquilar una moto. Ubud Palace y Saraswati Temple se pueden hacer caminando si no te importa andar unos 20-25 minutos, pero para recorrer varios lugares durante el mismo día la moto resulta mucho más cómoda. Monkey Forest, por ejemplo, desde nuestra ubicación suponía una caminata bastante más larga, de unos 50 minutos.

Fuera de la ubicación, la experiencia fue bastante floja. La habitación daba a un terreno con vacas y patos, y el ruido nocturno de uno de ellos dificultó mucho el descanso. La limpieza era superficial: el baño olía a humedad, tenía poca ventilación, encontramos insectos y las sábanas presentaban manchas. Además, las toallas eran demasiado pequeñas y no las cambiaban, tuvimos que pedir varias veces toallas nuevas (no eran de ducha eran de tamaño para las manos y cara...). El desayuno incluido era muy básico, con cantidades reducidas y café de sobre, y al llegar tuvimos que pagar una tasa adicional no reflejada inicialmente en Booking, por lo que recomendamos revisar bien las condiciones de la reserva. En definitiva, es una buena base por su excelente ubicación, pero debería mejorar considerablemente la limpieza, el mantenimiento, las toallas y el desayuno. La acumulación de estos detalles hizo que la experiencia quedara por debajo de nuestras expectativas.

Uns hat die gute Lage und Nähe zum Zentrum sehr gefallen. Die Umgebung war trotzdem schön, auch mit den Spa. Des Weiteren war der Zimmerservice sehr gut. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und hatte einen schönen Balkon.

Die Bettlaken waren etwas dreckig und die Dusche war nicht ganz befestigt. Zum Balkon war die Tür nicht ganz geschlossen, es gab einen Spalt zwischen Tür und Wand. Dadurch kamen Mücken hinein. Außerdem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Toilette unangenehm roch.

Ens ha encantat la dutxa, el llit era molt confortable, el wifi era espectacular, l’aire condicionat i la neteja.

Caldria revisar instal·lacio, com que en una ha itació el vàter ballava i les portes rascaven al terra.

Aardig personeel die geholpen heeft met activiteiten regelen. Ruime en schone kamer.

Buena ubicación, a 15 minutos andando del Monkey Forest y del Water Palace. Habitación amplia y limpia, y baño adecuado (al menos, tiene separada la ducha del wc). El wifi funciona correctamente. El desayuno es correcto y recién hecho. La habitación cuenta con smart TV y mininevera. Totalmente recomendable.

Posizione centrale ma molto silenziosa e sicura (viaggiavo da sola). Camera spaziosa e comoda, letto comodissimo. Staff molto gentile e presenza 24h. Colazione semplice ma buona con tanta frutta e se parti presto te la preparano. Molto consigliato.

Room very good size with sofia a plus with outside patio to sit as well and enjoy breakfast included. Shower and bathroom excellent. Staff more than helpful and property had a small pool. Location handy to Bisma street to walk to restaurants, bars and Ubud.

Faltaba limpieza, dentro y fuera de la habitación. Las toallas y sabanas eran viejísimas y tenían manchas. Las puertas no se abrían bien, ni la de la habitación ni la del baño

Really nice small/boutique hotel with only 8 rooms. Really good location, lovely balcony’s to watch the sunset on!! Supermarket literally opposite the hotel too. You order your breakfast from a menu every morning so it’s made freshly for you which we really enjoyed! Would recommend! Really nice pool with sunbeds too!

There was a big hot water machine at breakfast to make tea and coffee etc but it wasn’t always turned on 🤣🤣 not a big deal but we did end up accidentally making stone cold coffees a few mornings!

Our room here was a bit smaller, but it was more beautifully decorated than the one we had at our other hotel in Bali. The large terrace was definitely a huge plus. We were also allowed to check in straight away, even though it was still morning. The hotel was within walking distance of all the restaurants and was a great base for exploring the area on foot. The spa just behind the hotel is also highly recommended! In the evenings, you could hear the crickets, but that didn't bother me at all. It actually added to the atmosphere.

The breakfast area could perhaps have been kept a bit cleaner, especially the floor, but since it was open to the outdoors, that was understandable. Breakfast was served as a set menu. Looking back, I would probably choose to have breakfast outside the hotel next time, as prices everywhere were very low and you could enjoy really healthy and delicious food.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and convenient central location. Will stay again

The staff were incredibly kind and trusting — when I arrived at the hotel, they didn’t even ask me to pay right away. They simply told me, “You can pay tomorrow.” I’ve never seen such friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great too: you can either have it at the hotel restaurant or have it served in your room at no extra cost. Honestly, for the price of the night, it was absolutely perfect. A solid 10/10.

Pokoje duże i czyste, wszystko świeże. Pani w recepcji miła pracowita i pomocna. Pomogła mi w wynajęciu skutera w dobrej cenie ale i doradziła co zwiedzać gdzie warto się udać. Gratuluje włascicielowi posiadania w zespole takiego pracownika a pracy panów polecam się przyjrzeć 😉

It was a wonderful stay! We extended it for another two days, which meant we stayed both downstairs and upstairs and both rooms were very comfortable. The location is great, it is close to the Main Street so you can walk there in 18min but far enough to have a quiet nights sleep. The street the Hotel is attached to has nice restaurants and you can take a silver jewelry making class right across the street. If you say in an upstairs room you can look over the rice fields, which is a beautiful view around sunset. The mie goren we had for breakfast each morning was delicious!

L’hôtel est vraiment super, à 20 min à pieds de la rue principale, dans une rue tranquille et facile d’accès, beaucoup de restaurants à 5 min à pieds. Piscine agréable. Bon petit déjeuner, à commander le matin à partir de 8h. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours, lit confortable. La salle de bain est pratique et grande. Beau balcon. Il y a aussi une télé connectée. Possible de passer par l’hôtel pour louer un scooter et le livrer directement à l’hôtel.

Wat kalk aanslag in de badkamer, zwembad lijkt op een gevangenis en is veel kleiner op de foto’s en een beetje viezig.
