Le personnel est incroyable.. au petit soin du moindre détails, toujours polis, toujours un petit mot pour donner le sourire merci beaucoup à eux !

Hôtel très confortable, grand lit, salle de bain spacieuse, un balcon grand également. Le personnel a été très gentil et aimable, bon rapport qualité/prix, on est très propre de la forêt des singes et d’un supermarché et la piscine est très sympa.

Cosy, charmant et l’emplacement était excellent. Le personnel était au top et à l’écoute. Je recommande fortement

Desayuno escaso..segunda planta sin ascensor..el WiFi va muy mal..y por el entorno tiene lagartija pequeña..pero normal porque esta entre vegetación..la habitación entra mucha luz.

Our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing due to several service lapses.First, the room was missing basic amenities: there was no sofa, no side tables, no air freshener, and no room slippers. In the washroom, there was no hand wash, and the expected shelf/counter space was also missing. These room amenities definitely need improvement.Furthermore, the check-out process was very poorly handled. No hotel staff offered to help with our luggage; we had to carry it out ourselves. Even when loading the bags into the car, none of their staff assisted us. It was actually our own hired driver who had to load everything. Lastly, during check-out, no one even bothered to offer us a glass of water, tea, or coffee. The hospitality and staff service really need a major upgrade. Overall, it was a bad experience."

At 30 Euros per night including breakfast this is extraordinary value. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a balcony facing the exuberant exotic garden. The big garden is beautiful and full of peace. The swimming pool is pleasant, big enough for actual swimming and well kept. Location is convenient in a quiet area but not far from all the bar & restaurant action and from historic downtown Ubud. Reception staff members are helpful and patient. The restaurant young waiting staff members - Ari. Meta, Susi and Eka - are extremely professional and friendly. Both breakfast and dinner dishes were delicious.

Struttura in posizione comoda, ideale per visitare la zona e spostarsi facilmente. La camera era ampia, ben pulita e dotata di un piacevole balcone. L'arredamento è piuttosto minimale, ma dispone di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il bagno potrebbe essere migliorato e ammodernato in alcuni aspetti, ma nel complesso risulta funzionale. Buona la colazione, con una scelta adeguata per iniziare la giornata, e personale gentile. Nel complesso, una soluzione semplice ma piacevole, con un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo

Il y’avait une fuite à salle de bain j’ai pas réclamer puisque je restais pas beaucoup à l’hôtel mais c’était claire quand ils fusaient le ménage ils mettaient une serviette .

The rooms were a good size and clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

El personal fue súper amable. Celebrabamos el cumpleaños de mi marido y nos prepararon un detalle precioso en la habitación. Las camas eran comodas y la ubicación es muy buen, porque estas cerca de todo pero no en la calle principal con todo el ruido, nos encantó!

Quizás la calidad del desayuno se puedo mejorar un poco. Pero no está mal. Es a la carta, eliges entre huevos, tortitas... Lo típico. La luz de la habitación tambien es mejorable, a penas te puedes ver en el espejo

Rien tout était parfait

La struttura si trova nel pieno centro di Ubud, cittadina balinese molto caotica per via del traffico e dell’alta affluenza di turisti. Tuttavia, la struttura è un piccolo angolo di relax perché si trova su una via secondaria meno battuta. Sia di giorno che di notte è molto silenziosa. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite. Ottimo il bagno. Bella la piscina con l’acqua disinfettata e un buon ricircolo, cosa che in Indonesia abbiamo visto essere cosa più unica che rara nelle piscine degli alberghi. Colazione discreta. È possibile prenotare tour direttamente presso la struttura. Considerando il prezzo pagato è stata per rapporto qualità prezzo la struttura migliore in cui siamo stati durante il nostro viaggio.

Non ho nulla di particolare da segnalare.

De ligging! Alles op loopafstand maar toch redelijk rustig. Fijn zwembad, niet al teveel ligbedden. Het restaurant is echt heel goed. Hele vriendelijke mensen en super goed eten voor een goede prijs.

We verbleven in de familiekamer, 2 kamers met een verbindinsdeur. We hadden 2 badkamers maar die waren erg klein. Geen ruimte om iets op hangen of neer te zetten. Ook kraakte ons bed enorm.

Posto molto carino vicino a diversi locali e ristoranti, in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva sulla via principale di Ubud. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Per la colazione si sceglie un menù ( ex uova, French toast ecc.) al quale aggiungono frutta fresca. Per quello che abbiamo pagato direi buona esperienza

Forse la colazione, avrei apprezzato una scelta più ampia invece di un solo piatto ma ho visto che lo fanno in molti posti in zona..

Location was proper. Breakfast was good but not so many options becasue it was alacate. Food was tasty & specialy the juices was fresh. But one thing i have to include property was no doubt very good only they have lot of mosquitos.

Jesteśmy zachwyceni pobytem ,cisza spokój ,nie daleko centrum ,wiejski klimat za oknem ,fajny basen można w tym miejscu odpocząć .

De living is rustig en toch overal dichtbij de mensen zijn vriendelijk en de kamers waren mooi. Het zwembad was ook heerlijk.

Het ontbijt viel tegen je mocht aan tafel bestellen maar er was weinig keus en het was ook niet heel erg lekker. Wat we ook jammer vonden was dat er geen life tv kanalen waren zodat we eenvoudig voetbal konden kijken.

The pool looked nice.

The kitchen in the connecting family room was old and dirty. It should not be used until there are renovations. The rooms are also well used and in need of renovations. There were no shower curtains in the bathrooms so the floors get completely wet after a shower. There was almost no counter or shelf space at the sink in the bathrooms. There were no tissue boxes. When I asked the staff for some they said they don’t provide any. We booked for 3 nights and only stayed 1.

Чисто, красиво. Душевая красивая. Мы брали люкс из-за мини дивана, чтобы разместить ребенка 8 лет. Одеяло нам дали бесплатно. Спасибо за это!)) В других номерах диванов нет, доп кровать 10$ для ребенка. Поэтому лучше брать люкс сразу!) Завтрак хороший. Кофе из кофемашины за дополнительную плату, вкусный.

Комфортно, но Не уютно, персонал действительно не искренне дружелюбный, как пишут в отзывах. Бассейн холодный, так как большая тень от деревьев. Лягушки квакают сильно!))

La amabilidad de los trabajadores, siempre dispuestos y con una sonrisa. La piscina del hotel está genial. Hay desayuno a la carta en el bar de al lado. Nos proporcionaron un conductor para ir a ver puntos de interés. La cama muy cómoda.

Por decir algo, no había ascensor.

La habitación muy amplia, la piscina limpia y muy bonita, aunque da el sol solo por la mañana. La ubicación bien: lejos de las calles más ajetreadas y a 7 minutos andando del Santuario de los monos. El personal servicial, siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

El desayuno a la carta muy bueno aunque algo Justito en cantidad. Lo que menos me gustó fue el desayuno para llevar que nos prepararon un día que teníamos excursión temprano. Pero para nada es un inconveniente a la hora de elegir este alojamiento

Le petit déjeuner proposé est moyen. Si on veut un peu mieux ou 1 jus de fruits en plus des fruits frais c'est payant. Alors que partout ailleurs c'est fruits frais et jus de fruits. Les tartines avocado sont sèches. Bref pas le meilleur des petits déjeuner pour être venu plusieurs fois à Bali.

Shower was running extremely slow, almost unusable. Kitchen area was not clean Kitchenettes were so dirty, couldn’t use them. Staff was asking for tip, and at once instance restaurant staff was giving strange reactions when asked not to add egg on Nasi Goreng.

The location was perfect, peaceful and away from the busy, chaotic main streets, yet still within easy walking distance of the city center. After spending the day sightseeing in the heat, the swimming pool was a real blessing and the perfect place to relax. The hotel was also exceptionally clean, which we really appreciated.

The only downside was that some parts of the room felt a bit dated. There were a few signs of mold, and the sink was leaking. While these issues didn’t ruin our stay, some of the rooms would definitely benefit from a bit of renovation. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it for its excellent location, cleanliness, and relaxing pool.
