Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Excellent communication from the property. We arrived early and they coordinated an early entry. Which we really appreciated. The apartment was Modern and very clean. No street noise despite the centre location. The free storage lockers are fantastic service and we used them on our last day.

Dijital olarak verdikleri anahtar çalışmadı. Daire kiralamıştık beş kişiydik tek anahtarla dolanmak zorunda kaldık ikinci anahtarını bırakılacağı söylendi ama bırakılmadı . Etrafta oldukça fazla kıl vardı banyonun üst taraflarında bile kıllar vardı. Sanırım yerleri temizledikleri bez ile banyonun duvarlarını da silinmişti banyonun duvarları bile kıldı. Yatak ve çarşafların üzerinde saç ve kıllar vardı. Dolaplar iyi temizlenmemişti yağlı ve el izleri vardı

Innanzitutto cambierei il sistema di ritiro chiavi e anche la digital key. Abbiamo avuto più volte problematiche per rientrare nell'appartamento in quanto la digital key non funzionava e inoltre, c'era la possibilità di una chiave fisica all'interno di un locker, il quale però era difettoso e non si apriva. Presterei più attenzione alle pulizie, in quanto ho trovato un tavolino, adattato a comodino, pieno di polvere e con anche ciglia finte incastrate. L'insonorizzazione dell'appartamento era completamente inesistente, disturbandoci ogni volta che passava qualcuno. I lockers erano piccoli e pochi, inadeguati a contenere valigie, nonostante avessi chiesto informazioni prima del nostro arrivo proprio per accertarmi che fossero grandi abbastanza per le nostre valigie, ritrovandoci così a dover cercare un'altra soluzione anche con l'aiuto della reception. Noi eravamo in cinque, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo piatti, bicchieri, calici, tazze e sedie per quattro persone, costringendo una di noi a dover mangiare sul divano da sola.

The sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable for two people Although instructions to get in the apartment were shared by it was not very clear till we arrived. There is a main access key no. you need to get in through the main apartment door (this is emailed and it worked) When you get to the outside of your room, there is a manual pad lock for a manual key, at the same time you are also emailed an electronic key to open the room doo, this is what confused as. Do not enter the electronic key on the manual pedal lock. You need to ring the staff on whatsapp they will give you the code to unlock the manual padlock, remove the key from it and manually unlock the door and than activate the electronic lock (shared by email link). This only needs to be done once when checking in. After that we used the manual key to lock the room. Hope this helps anyone else.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Організація і комунікація була завжди вчасною, не очікувала довго відповіді. Дуже зручно, що використовується електронний тип доступу до помешкання. Наш літак затримали і прибули до помешкання ми тільки о 1 ночі. Не довелось нікому дзвонити, виконали по інструкції кроки і попали до квартири. Вважаю, що було все необхідне для короткострокового перебування. Дуже гарна шумоізоляція вікон - навіть під час матчів ЧС з футболу шум з вулиці був приглушений. Ліжко і диван були зручними, на кухні є все необхідне, душева також гарна. Місцерозташування чудове - пішки можна дістатись і до пляжу, і в центр міста, курсують автобуси. Якщо брати авто, то в двух кварталах є парковка, де завжди були вільні місця. Пішки від неї 4 хвилини.
В душі погано сходила вода, але, думаю, це швидко можна виправити засипавши спеціальний засіб

We had a couple of issues getting the electronic keys to work at points but this was never a massive issue. We could have done with a cloth to dry dishes but otherwise very happy with the facilities!

- Incredibly noisy. Every time someone was in the hallway, it was so loud they might as well been inside the apartment. Bad noise suppression on the doors - however the usual Alicante drunks coming in at late hours didnt help!

Pobyt niestety był bardzo problematyczny pod względem organizacyjnym. Już na początku pojawił się problem ze znalezieniem budynku. W rezerwacji w Booking podano adres z numerem 10, podczas gdy faktycznie wejście znajdowało się pod numerem 12. Kolejną trudnością był sposób dostania się do budynku i apartamentu. Otrzymałem jedynie czterocyfrowy kod do domofonu, ale nikt nie poinformował mnie, że przed i po kodzie trzeba dodatkowo nacisnąć przycisk z kluczem. Numer apartamentu również był niejasny — składał się z litery „T”, numeru piętra i numeru lokalu. Dla osoby z zagranicy oznaczenie „T” jest kompletnie niezrozumiałe i wszystkiego trzeba się domyślać samemu. Wejście do apartamentu odbywało się przez link wysłany SMS-em. Niestety mimo kilku prób (około 5) nie udało mi się otworzyć drzwi. Musiałem kontaktować się z właścicielem, na szczęście około godziny 21 jeszcze odpowiadał i wysłał nowy link, który już zadziałał. Następnego dnia sytuacja się powtórzyła i ponownie nie mogłem dostać się do środka. Dopiero po mojej prośbie okazało się, że przy drzwiach znajduje się mały sejf z normalnym kluczem i można było od razu przekazać do niego kod, co oszczędziłoby dużo stresu. Po trzech dniach pojawił się kolejny problem. W nocy elektroniczny zamek zaczął wydawać głośne dźwięki, wydawało się, że ktoś wchodzi. Rano okazało się, że drzwi od wewnątrz nie da się otworzyć normalnie i trzeba używać linku. To już budzi poważne obawy dotyczące bezpieczeństwa. W sytuacji awaryjnej, np. pożaru, taki system może być bardzo niebezpieczny, szczególnie jeśli link przestanie działać. Sam apartament jest ładny i czysty, tutaj nie mam większych zastrzeżeń. Lokal znajduje się w samym centrum miasta, co wiąże się z ogromnym hałasem przez całą noc. W pierwszej części nocy słychać imprezujących ludzi, a nad ranem regularnie opróżniane są kontenery na śmieci znajdujące się bezpośrednio pod oknami. Szczególnie opróżnianie pojemnika na szkło było bardzo głośne, za każdym razem wybudzało ze snu.

Hade varit bra med en kod till dörren så man slapp ta fram mobilen när man skulle in i lägenheten. Duschen kunde ha varit bättre städad.

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. The building constantly hosted bachelor and bachelorette parties that went on throughout the night, and the surrounding streets were just as noisy. Although the property claims that parties are forbidden, it was clearly a common occurrence. I was traveling with a 3-year-old child who barely managed to sleep, which meant that neither of us parents got any rest for three nights straight. I tried to resolve the situation with the host and requested a refund so I could book another place, but they refused. Instead, I was left stuck in an environment that was completely unsuitable for families with small children. The host attempted to blame the noise on city events such as running and cycling competitions, while ignoring the fact that the real disturbances were happening during the night inside the building itself. Groups of drunk guests were arriving at 3, 4, even 5 AM, making excessive noise in the hallways, waking everyone up, and continuing their parties inside the apartments. I waited a few days after returning home before writing this review so I could be as objective as possible and avoid reacting out of anger. Overall, this place may be acceptable for people traveling specifically to party, but it is absolutely not suitable for families with young children. On top of everything, the apartment itself was dirty and visibly worn out throughout.

L'appartement est décrit avec une terrasse, ce qui est faux. Je l'ai remonté au propriétaire, qui m'a demandé de le remonter à booking. Aucun des deux n'a souhaité endosser la responsabilité. A priori, un autre appartement au dernier étage avait bien une terrasse, qu'il fallait choisir au moment du booking. Sauf qu'en refaisant la manipulation à une autre date, aucun appartement avec terrasse n'existait. Les photos sont trompeuses, l'appartement est minuscule et hors de prix par rapport aux autres appartements de la ville. Il est équipé avec le strict minimum, le lave linge est collectif et situé au dernier étage de l'immeuble. D'ailleurs, à cet étage, on y voit une terrasse avec écrit "staff only", sans aucun autre appartement à cet étage... La navette pour l'aéroport est payante (bien plus chère que le bus local). Dans une 20aine de M2, il y a un canapé lit, une cuisine équipée avec les strict minimum et un lit. On est très proche d'une arnaque...

Reviewed May 11, 2026La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, al lado de la calle Castaños. Llegas caminando en muy poco tiempo desde la estación de tren y está al lado de casi todo lo céntrico de Alicante. Las habitaciones que cogimos eran amplias, y las camas cómodas (el sofá cama podría serlo más, pero... es un sofá cama, no vamos a pedir milagros). Dejaron un pack de limpieza con estropajo, mini bote de fairy, bayeta y una bolsa de basura de recambio, así como un pack con bote pequeño de aceite y sal. La vajilla es la justa para 4 integrantes del apartamento. Tuvimos una incidencia técnica con la puerta de uno de los apartamentos, y respondieron en el momento para dar solución.
La limpieza del alojamiento podría ser mejorable. Además, en el anuncio ponía que había gel y champú, pero los botes que estaban en los baños estaban agotados y no parecía que fuera del uso anterior, más bien que llevaban tiempo así (nos dejaron pastillas de jabón). En uno de los apartamentos faltaba una toalla para el suelo de la ducha.

The room was not as advertised. I booked a 1 bedroom apartment but I got more of a Studio where there was a massage table in the bedroom. The kitchen lacked some essentials and the bathroom was not functional with a very small shower that was not enclosed so water went everywhere. For the size and quality, I felt we were overcharged.

First meeting with one of the receptionist was not so good. He kinda got annoyed showing us how to entry ( using the code) I would say impatient. And there was no hand soap in the bathroom

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Manager responded quickly to any requests/questions I had. Very good location for accessing the old town, harbour and beach.
The pillows and towels are old and should be replaced. The walls are paper-thin - I thought the guy snoring next door was in the bed beside me! The street is noisy (a common problem in the old town). The supplies provided with the place are very basic.

La ubicación para dormir, se oye mucho la calle y hay jaleo al ser el centro. Pero todo tiene sus pros y sus contras, con tapones, 100% recomendable.

Brak pralki albo chociaz miski zeby bylo mozna przeprac cos recznie.

Kabina prysznicowa nieszczelna, musieliśmy podkładać ręczniki bo zalewało łazienkę zagrzybiala, dużo kurzu, pod wersalką bylo porozbijane szklo. Standard czystości taki sobie. Meble kuchenne wytłuszczone, ochlapane. Firanki tak brudne, ze strach bylo je dotykać. Obiekt piękny, ale wymaga porządnego doczyszczenia .

There was a front door code however total confusion about how to get in the apartment, door code, key or digital code. Good apartment, nicely furnished, lacked some basics which can make the difference.

Problem z otrzymaniem linka do zameldowania online który został szybko rozwiązany. Słabe wyciszenie słychać sąsiadów i hałas z ulicy.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Kompakt lägenthet med jättefint läge i gamla stan. Hiss till lägenheten. Stor privat terass. Välutrustat kök med bord och 4 stolar. Bra säng och garderobhyllor.
Upplåsning av lägenhetsdörr med smartphone är en smidig nyckelfri lösning men behovet av ibland flera försök är irriterande. Soffan var den enda bekväma sittplatsen.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Appartamento in pieno centro di Alicante con tutto a portata di mano. La posizione davvero ottima e l'appartamento molto bello perfetto per 2 persone.
Unica grande pecca purtroppo è la pulizia. Siamo arrivati e la doccia non era pulita bene, il mobile sotto al lavandino pieno di polvere, stessa cosa il tavolo in soggiorno, polvere un po' ovunque. Apriamo il frigorifero ed era veramente sporco, non lo abbiamo usato.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Amazing central location, as quiet as it can get for Alicante: some street noise, but this is unavoidable if you stay in city center. Very clean apartment, as a nice bonus, there was a welcome package with tea/coffee/oils
If you take the stairs, not the elevator, be aware that the door to your floor does not need a key, but a strong push. The electronic key opens only the apartment door.

Čistota sa mi potvrdila z recenzií iných ľudí. Nemali sme pocit, žeby tam bolo poriadne upratané, prach a chumáče prachu v rohoch miestností, v sprche pleseň.
