Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The 2 ladies at the reception are very nice, very welcoming, very helpful, and amazing service! The location is like a 5-minute walk to Jame' El Fenna. The price is cheap! Perfect place if you are going there for a few nights. The AC is a life saver the TV works though you don't have much options. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure is very good. All in all considering price and location I had a good stay in a single room not much to complain about
The arrangement of the place is strange to say the least. I had an overall nice stay for 2 nights, but it needs improvements, small ones that would make it better. The bed is comfortable but the sheets had old stains or something and the pillows weren't 100% clean in my opinion. The bedsheet had a whole in it . The power plug next to the bed was broken yet functional. To close the curtains, they need to go over the bed or the bed has to be moved a little bit. What I found to be very inconvenient, to my surprise, there were no hangers in the bathroom, no place to put anything there, not even the shampoo or the soap! Like you go there and you are on your own and you can't put the shampoo or towel or your clothes anywhere! The shower space is great! But there is no shower curtain to contain the water so investing 2-4 euros for a hanger and a thing to put soap and shampoo on would be a huge improvement. Also I think that one small soap is not enough but they gave me extra when asked. The room's floor is a bit sticky and some strange odor came from the bathroom which I could block by closing the door. But all in all it was good.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026La ubicación es de 10. Esta pegado a la plaza de Jemana Fna, pero fuera de la Medina, lo que facilita mucho las cosas para regresar de noche caminando. Las instalaciones son nuevas y cómodas. Para lo que siempre nos encontramos en Marruecos sobre la limpieza, está bastante decente. Es una pena que descuiden la limpieza para ser impecable pirque está relativamente todo de recien renovación. El precio es muy justo para lo que encontramos en Marrakech.
Habia polvo en la alfombra. Suciedad en el bañi. Es una pena que no cuiden eso, porque está todo nuevo y cómodo.

Właściciel chyba nie bardzo interesuje się biznesem zrzucając wszystko na młody personel. Brudno i hałaśliwe. Pierwszego dnia nie działała klimatyzacja co na przełomie lipca i sierpnia jest krytyczne. Drogi transfer lotniskowy w porównaniu z innymi hotelami w okolicy.

La chambre était propre, le lit confortable et la climatisation très appréciable. La salle de bain dispose du nécessaire. Un grand merci également aux deux chargés d'accueil, qui ont toujours été très agréables, disponibles et attentionnés. Mention particulière à Wissame, dont la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et la disponibilité ont largement contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable. Toujours prêt à aider et à répondre aux questions avec le sourire. Je recommande cet établissement pour son emplacement, son confort et surtout la qualité de son accueil.

Niewelkim kosztem można by ulepszyć obiekt. W łazience 2 wieszaki i półka na kosmetyki. W pokoju lampa nocna, mały stolik, dwa krzesła czy taborety i już byłoby przytulniej.

L’hotel è accogliente e curato, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff, sempre pronti ad aiutare con il sorriso e a far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Molto apprezzato anche il servizio transfer da e per l’aeroporto: organizzato, puntuale e ad un prezzo davvero conveniente (solo 5€ a persona), che rende l’arrivo e la partenza ancora più semplici e senza stress. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo sotto ogni punto di vista, assolutamente consigliato!

I’d advise to get a room with a balcony, the people watching from there is superb (also the rooms without were very small)

Vajadzētu nomainīt jaunus spilvenus, kā arī būtu vajadzīgas spilvendrānas. Nedaudz trokšņaini no ielas, bet mēs bijām tam gatavi un paši vēlējāmies istabu ar balkoniņu un skatu uz ielu.

Другият хотел беше в пълен ремонт. Навярно хотела не е лош, но когато не в ремонт. Матраци в коридорите стълби мръсния която внасяш в стаята беше си трагедия
