Le manque de propreté et d’entretien . Le sol avait un trou il faudrait le consolider,c’est limite dangereux, le ménage est fait apparence mais il ne faut pas regarder derrière les meubles c’est la catastrophe dommage parce que l’idée est bonne de faire des logements dans des containers .

Phòng bị ẩm, kiểu có mùi ẩm ý. Sàn gỗ có một chỗ bị móp, thụt xuống 1 tí. Nhà vệ sinh thì vẫn chưa sạch, có vết ố vàng, các góc bồn rửa mặt có vết rêu. Chỗ nghỉ tối không bật đèn biển hiệu nên tôi tìm kiếm hơi khó

Phòng nhỏ xinh, sạch sẽ và đồ đạc rất gọn gàng, phù hợp với những người thích không gian yên tĩnh chill chill. Có quán cafe ở phía trước, nhân viên siêu nice!

This place is abandoned, nothing like photos. Dirty moldy dusty, the bedshits weren't changed, we have to ask to change after check in. After a while we realized we couldn't stay there, the room was smelly, air-conditioning with black mold, no working space (on the photos there's the garden or some area to sit, but now it's just like warehouse of broken furniture on the rooftop, Cafe downstairs also unpleasant, dusty and full of cigarette smoke . We just asked our payment back and escaped to another hotel Don't believe the rating here, don't waste your time Location I don't understand either, nothing around, no shops or places to eat, nothing.

Excellent Location near airport. I was returning from Ha Long Bay and had to stay for the day while we waited for our flight in the evening from Hai Phong. They have a small area in the front of the hotel where my kids spent some time on the swing while we sat and enjoyed our coffee they served. Staffs are so friendly - I ordered 2 coffee and 1 shake (my younger kid didn't want), but they gave a complementary shake for the younger kid as well..!! They also came and gave us a reminder when it was time to leave for the airport, so nice..!! They gave us a complimentary ride to Airport (which was hardly 10 mis away).

The host was very friendly. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed for the stay.

If you want to stay at the accommodation you need to bring mosquito spray. There were many mosquitoes!

Cozy private room built in a shipping container, air conditioning and a shower with hot water

extremely uncomfortable bed. weird smell in room. also at 7 am there was a PA system from somewhere behind the home stay that was blasting a very long song that lasted several minutes.

On busy road

This place is great and peaceful. The room is confortable. The shared area are really nice and the coffee is good. The staff is kind and helped us a lot to book our transportation to Cat Ba and Airport.

Possible improvement: there were small spots on the towels (but we can't say it wasn't clean)

There's a guy that does not speak in english but wants to talk a lot. Also the extra bed wasn't a bed for anyone above 1.6m also no bed mattress protector

Next to a busy road

Very nice place with a lot of trees and book. Calm and relaxing. Not far from the center, easy to visit the city. For those who do not want to go to the center, they can still find many food shop and cafes nearby (which is what I did when I am so lazy 😋)

The place really exceeded our expectations, the way they have managed to put so much thought in one container space blew our mind. My partner was just not ready to leave at all. We liked the property a lot. On top, the property manager is so kind and sweet that she helped us all along.

1. Bathroom could've been bigger. 2. Staff could've helped us put the luggage in the room at the time of check-in.

The homestay is in the peaceful environment which suits for a break or transit from the long trip.

The owner is kind and generous with their support and information about the town for a short walking tour.

Very friendly hosts who welcomed us warmly and organised a private car over to Cat Ba island. The rooms are converted shipping containers and very clean and cosy

100% clean, very cozy and beautiful room. Breakfast was free for customers and they had very good coffee and smoothies. The bungalow was very cute. I would absolutely repeat!!

The staff was super kind and helped us when we had questions. The room was cute and nice! Had a couch along with the bed and a private bathroom. Super close to the airport which was great, overall great stay!

The bed was a little hard but still fairly comfortable!

The homemade baked goods and beverages are awesome. The room is private and clean and quiet. There's also a vegetable garden on the roof!

Everything was nice

An interesting, unusual and calming collection of small containers set over two levels which give rise to a Homestay, meeting place/study and cafe. Lots of plants so the greenery softens the structures. Local interest of Miếu Trung Hành & Chùa Hưng Khánh, an ancient Temple and relics restored in the 17th Century. Striaght across the road are several eating places leading to a massive market which has a road specialising in flowers. There is a cafe onsite at the residence. A good bus service into Hai Phong itself is close by.

The rooms are like little bungalows made from shipping containers located in a wonderful hideaway garden. The homestay is a part of a complex which has the same name. They have a book café and many cultural activities such as film screenings and art workshops. The staffs offered us a short trip to discover the history of the local area nearby but we didn't have enough time. However it sounds nice and surely we will give it a try next time.

The complex used to have a restaurant but they told that they had closed it due to the low business. Therefore you only have some kinds of pastries for the breakfast in the house, or you must go out for more options. But there is a good thing of Haiphong that there is a lot of nice street food shops everywhere, so you can easily find some of them just across the street in no time.
