Everything were great. Price is reasonable especially if you're staying with 2+ ppl. I liked kocation alot. Very nice quiet place. Also kudos for fast and efficent customer service :) theres alot worse places with similqr price . Alot of times i regret staying in turku but this place was actually worth the money. I paid 160 for 2 days 2 person so basically 40euros a night. Overall score 4.2/5 . Thank you for having me! Will definitely book again next time if possible. All the best for yall <3 -A.Lehtinen

Mornings were a little cold, battery were pretty cold. But this place got a wood heating stove so it doesn't take long to warm up. No real complaints to be totally honest.

There was no lock on the shared bathroom door! There was no privacy! I suggest installing some chain, for example, to close the door or adding any sign to show that it's occupied! No light in the living room and kitchen!

La casa è silenziosa e vicina al centro, appena sotto c'è un ristorante italiano e anche la stazione dei treni dista appena 15 minuti a piedi.

La camera aveva la serratura quasi rotta, nel bagno non ci si può chiudere a chiave e non forniscono neanche un asciugamano. La camera è molto semplice, pulita, ma non ha neanche uno specchio. 45€ per una notte mi sembrano esagerati!

Spacieux, draps propres, salle de bain ok, parking dans la cour pour un prix très raisonnable. Communication (par mail exclusivement) facile avec le propriétaire. Tarif défiant toute concurrence (et pour cause, voir le retour négatif)

Pas de lumière dans la cuisine, ni dans le salon. Le wifi fonctionnait mais n'avait pas de connexion internet... J'ai dû faire un partage de connexion avec mon téléphone mobile. Pas une fourchette dans la cuisine. On sent un appartement équipé à la va vite. Mais rien de grave, on s'est adapté.

Sängyn alla oli paljon pölyä ja löytyi roskia. Ei varsinaisesti haitannut omaa majoittumistani, mutta kiinnitin asiaan kuitenkin huomiota. Huone oli muuten siisti.

Sijainti on hyvä, lähellä juna-asemaa. Helppo oli päästä sisälle.

Asunnon siisteydessä toivomisen varaa, etenkin keittiössä ja imuroitu ei oltu hetkeen. Suihkuverho oli niin törkyinen, että ei tehnyt mieli käyttää suihkua.

Ei ollut ruokailu välineitä, haarukka, lusikka ja veitsi. Muutama oli mutta ne olivat tiskikoneessa likaisena. Eli lisää ruokailu välineitä kohteeseen.

Asunnon sijainti oli erinomainen ja sinne oli helppo löytyy ohjeiden avulla. Asunto oli myös suhteellisen moderni, huoneen ovet sai lukkoon ja sänky oli melko mukava. Edulliseen hintaan nähden ihan ok majoitus!

Asunnossa oli paikoitellen epäsiistiä, pölyäkasoja ja tyynyt olivat hiestä kellertäviä. Pienellä ehostamitamisella ja uusilla tekstiileillä tästä saisi huomattavasti viihtyisämmän paikan.

Hyvä, helppo ja lähellä. Mukavia ihmisiä.

The location is great. The bed was very comfortable. The host provided all the info in the chat in a friendly manner.

No mirror in the room. No towels provided (the host warned about it but still bringing your own towel is a headache). The common facilities are cool but I doubt you want to hang out there with a random person who happened to stay in the other room. So, most likely you, like me, will be confined to your room sitting on your bed. I've stayed in other Finnish cities in the cheapest places I could find on Booking. I'd say they are usually a little better tuned for having people to stay there.

Bed and shower were nice.

The key to the personal room doesn't work that great and a lock on the bathroom door would be nice to have

Najlepsza była lokalizacja.

Było brudno, nie posprzątane. Pod łóżkiem kurz i brud. Zamek w drzwiach do pokoju był wyłamany. Pokój nie zamykał się. Obok mieszkały obce osoby. Gospodarz stwierdził, że zamek wyłamano tydzień wcześniej. Można było chyba to naprawić przez ten czas.

The apartment is great and the rooms are large. Both the kitchen and living room were big enough as well and had all the facilities you might need. All rooms were clean. Checking-in was easy.

Travelling too and from the place (both by train or ferry) takes some time.

Viimeisenä yönä molemmat huoneet olivat varattuja, vaikka olin varannut itselleni majoituksen kolmeksi yöksi. Miten tämä on mahdollista?

I could not connect Wifi

Terrible condition. Entire property is being renovated. "Double room" is misleading, it is a shared room. Renovation crew started drilling walls at 07:00. Avoid at all costs if you actually want to sleep.

The other guest/friend/owner - don’t know who they were, intruded when I was on toilet, then intruded in my room. No lock on my room, no lock on bathroom. I was not safe and left 2 days early at 23:00, upset and scared, to get other accommodation. To treat people like they did is against Finnish law. Did not feel safe to use wifi, phone location, or phone navigation.

Sijainti on hyvä, Turun keskustassa, kaikki paikat ovat lähellä.

Olisin odottanut tarkempia neuvoja, miten löydän majoituspaikan, tarkempaa tietoa jo varauksen yhteydessä, että avain on haettava omatoimisesti niin, että henkilökunta ei ole paikalla, pyyhkeitä voisi olla enemmän.

Es war nicht sauber, es war nicht gepflegt. Mein Fenster war kaputt bei -9 Grad, es ging nicht zu schließen. Im Badezimmer waren Teppiche kaputt und treckig. Ich wusste nicht, wie der Herd funktioniert. Es gab keine Einweisungen.

We were able to leave our suitcases before check in and after check out, it was practicle for us.

Only one small blanket for two people and the floors and the kitchen were not clean although we were the only guests. It was also cold during the night. The bathroom door doesn't lock.

Łóżko pozostawia wiele do życzenia, zamieszanie spowodowane zamiana pokoju.

Todella hyvä sijainti ja vasta rempattu asunto. Hintaan suhteutettuna erittäin hyvä. Huoneessa oli yksi ihan tilavan kokoinen parisänky ja pöytä. Naapurihuoneessa majoittuva ei häirinnyt, eikä edes nähty häntä kertaakaan.

Lakanat osittain laittamatta, mutta kaapissa oli mistä ottaa. Ei muuta valitettavaa👍

Hyvä sijainti. Rauhallinen, kun toisessa huoneessa ei majoittunut ketään.

Edelliset asukkaat olivat ilmeisesti jääneet pidemmäksi aikaa, eikä siivooja ollut päässyt paikalle ennen tuloani. Sohvat oli sekaisin ja kaikkialla oli roskia, tölkkejä ja ruokaa. Siivooja kävi kuitenkin majoituttuani, mutta oli hyvin kevyt siivous (mm. roskikset olivat tyhjentämättä).

Сосед писал в раковину. Нет зеркала в комнате. Дверь в туалете сильно скрипит. Нужна фотография ящика, где лежит ключ, потому что я тупанула, и не поняла, что это ящик, я думала, что это звонок.

Great location, we could reach the main points on foot. The hosts are very attentive and kept in contact during the stay. It was easy getting in; the instructions were very clear. The place is very calm.

Although it was very clear in the accommodation details that the apartment doesn't have wi-fi, it is something that is important to remember. The shower in the bathroom is small and requires that you squeegee the floor after taking a bath.

Very central, wifi did not work but it was fine. It was clean and the bed was alright.

Apartment was/is neglected, it's been a while since last cleaning. Wardrobe dusty, doors dirty, breadcrumbs on the floor in bedroom. Kitchenwasthe worst.. I don't recommend.

It was so untidy and full all staff and furniture, there is no bed line, every place was inconvenience. I don't recommend it.

It's a spacious two-bedroom apartment. Since the owner doesn't live on-site, you have plenty of room and privacy, which is a big plus. The fully equipped kitchen is a great feature, though I'm surprised it's not mentioned in the listing—it’s definitely worth highlighting.While the bathroom could use some attention, likely just a quick visit from a plumber, it didn't detract from my stay. There are a number of unnecessary items scattered around the house, which possibly explains why the property receives lower ratings. However, this didn't bother me much, as I was able to overlook a bit of clutter.

Location

Management is very sloppy! When we arrived at the apartment there was a basket full of disorganized sheets right in front of our room. We don't know if they were clean or dirty. I just added a picture of it! Check-in was at 3 PM therefore they had enough time to tide the apartment. There are only two rooms for rent at the apartment and ours was one of them. We got the impression they were not to worried of providing service but just to take money from customers. The bathroom was filthy and run down with a broken sink support. There was not too much space to maneuver inside of the shower area because a washing machine was taking much of the space. We both are very slim people and still complain about the space. No towels were provided at the apartment but that was not specifically mentioned at booking.com site. We also had issues with the elevator, as sometimes did not work. When you have luggage it helps if the elevator works.

The place is situated close to the Turku city centre and easy to access aso by car. There can be found city provided parking spaces in the street. Getting the key and access info was easy. The host has info about pets allowed, and when arriving at the apartment I was greeted by a lovely dog.

Sharing with other visitors did not feel so smooth though the other guests were really nice and friendly. The room was not properly cleaned and the bathroom was not inviting.
