Bisogna avvertire del proprio arrivo 20 Min prima, per farsi portare le chiavi dalla proprietaria. La consegna delle chiavi è rapidissima, non vengono date istruzioni su quali lenzuola usare per prepararsi i letti o altro. Il cesto della biancheria sporca era pieno, così come l' asciugatrice.

The actual is one big double bed and one small double bed in one bedroom and the other small double bed is laid on the floor in the living room. It is not 2 big double bed and 1 small double bed as shown in the description of booking.com.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Die Lage ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist größer als gedacht und es war selbst zu viert gut Platz dort. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist ziemlich ruhig, dafür dass man direkt im Zentrum ist.
Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist für Stadt Touristen, die lediglich im Apartment frühstücken. Um für die Familie zu kochen, ist die Wohnung nicht ausgestattet. Das war für uns kein Problem, man sollte es aber im Vorfeld wissen.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025L'appartamento é grande, a una cucina, una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il parcheggio é gratis. L'ppartamento é pulito. La posizione é buona. Il gestore é gentile.
Al nostro arrivo il gestore stava ancora pulendo l'appartamento. Le chiavi ci sono state consegnate fuori sul marciapiede in tutta velocità. Non ci é stato spiegato quasi nulla di come funzionava l'appartamento (lavatrice, cartellino per parcheggio, macchina caffé, termosifone, passwort per internet etc.). La lavatrice era ancora piena di panni lavati e l'asciugatrice stava asciugando. Ho dovuto aspettare che finisse per potere usufruire. In cucina c'erano cose da mangiare in frigo. In bagno c'erano cose personali di altre persone. Il gestore ci ha solo inviato un messaggio tramite booking per informarci sulla password del wifi e per dirci che dobbiamo mettere il cartellino nella macchina.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025This is a fair size apartment in the multi-apartment building, located not far from the city center. The apartment is on the first floor, which is convenient since the building doesn't have the elevator. Parking space was provided for free, next to the building.
The apartment was not clean (to put it mildly): crumbles on the floor, mold in the bathroom, set of laundry in the washing machine, another set of laundry in the dryer, two laundry baskets overflowing with somebody's dirty items. Broken mirror in the bathroom. Somebody's boots and winter jackets in the wall closet. Somebody's hair in the shower. Towel with the holes and with hanging threads. Instead of fan, hole in the bathroom wall. No napkins or paper towels, only bathroom tissues (apparently, the idea is to use the bathroom tissues for all purposes). Only one bed was made with the linen, others (which are thin mattresses on the floor) were not made up. Kitchen cabinet doors falling apart. Sign on the wall - 'cleaning is not included in the price, if apartment is not cleaned, a fee of NOK300 (~$40) will apply'. I guess the guests are expected to vacuum and mop the floor before leaving. For the finale, when I forgot to leave the parking permit in the apartment and contacted the owners to somehow return it to them, they, while organizing the time / place for the meeting, also threatened me with NOK5,000 fine (~$700). I somehow doubt that a piece of laminated paper could cost that money.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025The apartment is NOT an LUXURY apartment. Many thinks didn’t wark and the apartment wasn’t prepared for rental. The dryer was working with things, there were dirty stuff for washing. It is not sea view. The apartment is huge but not luxury.

Forferdelig bråk fra leiligheten vegg i vegg! De boret i veggen, ikke til å holde ut! Holdt på til kl 22, helt forferdelig bråk! Kontaktet huseier, han kunne ikke gjøre noe. Hans råd var at vi måtte flytte ut derfra! Om kvelden i regnvær! Vi har aldri opplevd maken!

Reviewed Jun 16, 2025Mir erschließt sich nicht auf was sich „Luxury“ bezieht. Das große Bett durften wir nicht nutzen, da es anscheinend der Gastgeberinn ihr Bett ist. Wir mussten zu zweit auf einem Bett von 120 cm Breite schlafen. Keine Geschirrtücher in der Küche. Küchenschrank Tür die am wegbrechen war. Vielleicht waren wir einfach Gäste der falschen Zielgruppe.

Servizi non rispondenti a quanto scritto su Booking: noi eravamo in quattro e c’era un tavolo da 2 con 3 sedie; i letti non sono matrimoniali ma da una piazza e mezzo, di cui uno per terra; lavatrice inutilizzabile perché piena di panni, cesto biancheria pieno di panni sporchi. Obbligo di rimettere completamente la cucina e togliere lenzuola e federe dai letti, tutto non scritto su Booking; in cucina forno sporco e pieno di briciole, solo 5 piatti piani e qualche piattino; le foto su Booking non sono realistiche. Ospite poco gentile

Reviewed Aug 18, 2024Ampio appartamento moderno e ben tenuto in zona silenziosa. L'accoglienza è stata tempestiva ed amichevole al nostro arrivo, con indicazioni sul parcheggio gratuito riservato. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il balcone verandato e la posizione comoda per la visita alla citta. Chanya comprende abbastanza bene l'italiano.
Essendo 4 in famiglia, in cucina c'erano tre sedute per mangiare e ci siamo arrangiati con le poltroncine in balcone sul tavolino da caffé. I due letti da 140 sono effettivamente un po' piccoli per quattro persone.

有高規格現磨的咖啡機，但屋主拿鑰匙給我們的時候好匆忙，沒有告訴我們怎麼使用咖啡機，所以沒有喝到咖啡☹️

Reviewed Jun 13, 2024Appartamento ampio e molto ben accessoriato a pochi passi sia dal centro di Alesund che rispetto al parco da cui si sale per il punto panoramico. Parcheggio riservato con tagliando che viene consegnato all'arrivo. Potete scegliere se pulire prima della partenza o pagare un piccolo supplemento. Bagno con doccia. Camera con due letti di cui un tatami. Consigliato.

Квартира отлично оснащена - есть стиральная машина и сушилка, есть камин с дровами, большой балкон и много места. В квартире есть все необходимое, даже если кофе-машина.
Минусов не нашел.

Niektórych sprzętów wymienionych na liście na booking nie było w lokalu, to jest czajnika i zmywarki do naczyń, pozostawiony spleśniały chleb w szafce w kuchni, zaschnięte stare mleko w kubku przy ekspresie do kawy a w samym ekspresie pozostawione stare fusy po parzeniu kawy, kosz na rzeczy do prania (stojący przy pralce) był pełny kiedy przybyliśmy, jak również w sypialni pojemnik ze zwiniętą pościelą, nie odważyłem się sprawdzać czy była to czyta pościel. Nieprzyjemny zapach z lodówki. Przybory do gotowania znajdujące się w szufladzie tzn łopatki, noże itp były po prostu brudne. Lustro w sypialni było okropnie umazane. Szafa przy wejściu była pełna czyiś ubrań. W mieszkaniu jest kartka, na której jest napisane, że właścicielka pobiera opłatę w wysokości 300NOK jeśli mieszkanie nie zostanie posprzątane, natomiast w opisie na booking nigdzie tego nie zaznaczyła. Ogrzewanie podłogowe w łazience nie działa. Ogólnie mieszkanie było mocno średnie pod względem czystości, zdecydowanie najgorsze ze wszystkich, które wynajmowaliśmy przez booking. Przez to wszytko mam wrażenie, że koszt wynajmu był przesadzony.
