The stay was good overall — peaceful environment, good cleanliness, and comfortable rooms. The owner, Mr. Gopal Yadav, is a very nice and humble person, and he was always ready to help whenever needed, which made the experience better. However, one important point to note is that basic amenities are not provided. Guests should carry their own essentials like toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and towels to avoid inconvenience.

They are thug & has betrayed me by allowing my confirmation room to some other customers without informing me. From next time l will not book my hotel room from your office.

The people running this homestay took very good care and also arranged the ujjain tour. That was fabulous. Everything was smoothly done due to some expert advices that we got from them and we followed. That has saved atleast couple of hours of ours which we could spend doing Ganga aarti at Shipra ghat and visiting other temples with immersive experience. That advice was a huge huge plus point for us.

Location is bit far from the temple and room size were smaller than we anticipated.

Property owner was extremely helpful and allowed us to checkin few hours before checkin time. He helped for multiple things and ensured that stay was comfortable for us

Gopalji , the owner , is very soft spoken, helping and great person too. We reached at around 6.30 am, though check in time was 9 am. He made room available early. He guided us to plan effective tour for both: Ujjain and Omkareshwar. The location is bit away from main town, but all arrangements like cab and Auto were done. We could save lot of time and explored the places in a day without Hassel. His brother too was very polite. We were 2 females traveling 1st time to this place but fortunately, we chose this location and safely completed our journey. It was very safe stay with family like feeling. Thanks to Gopalji and His family.

Owner uncle bohat ache the unone Humara Ujjain trip kaise kaha jayo sab bola and the way the arranged each and everything it really felt second home for us uncle took care of our food and even they arranged our omkareshwar trip also with in 12 hours we can make it .also in only two days we have explored everything in Ujjain and omkareshwar because of uncle planning . They arranged a home food that is really delicious . The room and other things are hygienic and exactly as shown in image.

Best home stay I have ever booked. The owner is too good in handling any situation. Well maintained and clean property.

There is only one restaurant near the property which denied to provide dinner at 0930. This led to the situation where the owner helped us to get the dinner from a far off restaurant on his vehicle. It would have been better if the owner starts restaurant too in hi home stay.

Karan and his family made my stay very welcome and personally ensured it was safe and enjoyable. Aunty made me home cooked food, a Ujain speciality 'Dal Bufla'. They are truly wonderful people and staying with them is a very authentic experience for those who seek a genuine connection with kind hearted souls during their travels. The accommodation is basic and clean, my room had no sink but everything is manageable for a short stay here. Highly recommended!

A better equipped bathroom would be good.

Good location. Residential area but not away from Shree Mahakal Temple. Logistics support available. In fact, you can land here without even planning your trip. Super value for money. Total cost, including food and transportation, of our three days stay in Ujjain was so less than that for three days in Bhuj / Rann that I didn’t even had a look at the bill. The personal care given to the guests is matchless. We were at the end of a long tour and had developed stomach problems. The host family looked after all our needs like medicines, tender coconut waters, fruits, home cooked food customised for us very proactively. We feel like returning to this place again.

Lest prospective guests don’t get an incorrect picture, I have to say that amenities provided may not be comparable to those in a deluxe hotel room.

place was a bit of a let down. too cramped. it is being run like a small hotel, with small cramped rooms. washroom was also not that great in the room that we stayed in.

I stayed in this property with my family during my Diwali trip to Ujjain. The overall hospitality was beyond expectations. The owner Gopal Yadav ji, was very caring and a soft spoken person and he suggested us to visit places which we might have missed considering not part of our itinerary.

Everything is very good. First of all the host and his family they are like a pure Indian family loving, helping and caring ones. We feel like we are at home. The location is very peaceful and have a good connectivity with market and temple. I recommend everyone to once stay there and you will notice everything is right there which is mentioned above. The best part of this stay was that I never felt outside home. Everyone from this Yadav family was so warm, caring and understanding. They took care of me like their own family member. The owner stayed with me since 5am in the morning this I got the room and compromised on his sleep Then they took care of all of a sudden back pain with medicine and milk. Drop me to the place on his won vehicle to get me a auto. Who cares this much? They are genuine people not businessmen. Kudos to everyone. I recommend this place to everyone and myself will stay at this place everytime whenever I am visiting ujjain in future.

The Entire experience of our 2 days stay is simply superb. The Owner Mr. Gopal Yadav, his wife and his son Mr.Karan Yadav all of them were very receptive, cool and are of very helping in nature. Just book your hotel stay, remaining everything else I.e Local travel, guide, recommending good restaurant, darshan timings etc.. they will guide you. They plan to open their full fledge food facilities soon.However, they are very kind to provide home made food for our 2 year old son and Poha as breakfast for our family of 6. You always see smile in their face. I highly recommend this home stay for everyone.

The hotel was like home only. Rooms are neat and clean. The owner Mr. Gopal Yadav ji is such a good person, he personally make sure that you are comfortable with services and also a very helpful person. Given all help and guidance to visit Ujjain.

The owner of the property and his family were very supportive and helping. I usually refrain from writing reviews but this time I was very much impressed by the sense of responsibility he had for the visitors. Too good. Will definitely recommend.

We have taken food outside. If we ask, the owners are willing to arrange for it. The owner Mr. Gopal and his son Karan are most cooperative with in mates. Even though we reached very late due to train delay , they enquired us by mobile and even sent their auto to Railway station . They are happy to provide service in temple visiting and local sight seeing . Mr Gopal helped to plan our stay even at other places like Indore and Bhopal. I recommend to stay here to new people to get help of them in their tour .

The owner told that they are still developing the property and once it completed planning to provide with full modern amenities and hence no much issues.

There was lack of safety tools like in case of disaster safety plans to evacuate the buildings, in case of electrical faults fire due to short circuit availability of fire cylinder, absence of cylinder on floor to check normal fire or LPG fire, no display chart of emergency contact number of local police station, fire station, hospitals, doctors as well as other's emergency numbers. No first Aid Kits were in reception. Inside the room there must be a dustbin to keep the garbage.
