Sunset Hotel

Very good hotel at a prime location, we took the room with the hot tub and it was great, and we had beautiful view - almost panoramic.

The bed was very stiff and even resting the legs was pretty tuff Also there were no electrical outlets besides the bed and we had to put our phones to charge near the sink besides the restroom

Excellent location by Haeundae beach. Easy access to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Haeundae subway station is just 5/7 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Mipo station of the Haeundae Blueline Park is also within wallking distance. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful in providing recommendations and answering questions. Highly recommend it!

Room was incredibly small, and there was no light. Our view was a concrete wall. Location was great. Very near the beach. Bathroom was new and updated.

Das Personal hat nach unserer Reklamation wirklich versucht, eine Lösung zu finden, und uns ein anderes Zimmer im 6. Stock angeboten. Dieses Zimmer war deutlich schöner und neuer als das ursprünglich zugewiesene Zimmer. Leider konnten auch hier die grundlegenden Probleme nicht behoben werden: Die Notausgangsbeleuchtung hat das Zimmer die gesamte Nacht unangenehm stark beleuchtet, der Abfluss hat etwa alle 30 Minuten laut gegluckst und bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers am ersten Abend kam uns ein derart starker Gulligeruch entgegen, dass es schlicht ekelhaft war. Das Personal hat sich also bemüht – die tatsächlichen Mängel des Hotels konnten dadurch leider nicht beseitigt werden. Das ursprüngliche Zimmer war für ein angebliches „Deluxe“-Zimmer eine absolute Enttäuschung. Es war sichtbar stark abgenutzt, die Klimaanlage war ausgeschaltet und das Zimmer vermittelte durch die Enge und die Ausführung eher das Gefühl, sich in einem einzigen Badezimmer zu befinden, als in einem hochwertigen Hotelzimmer. Besonders ärgerlich war der direkte Vergleich: Eine mit uns reisende Freundin hatte bei gleichzeitiger Buchung ein deutlich neueres und schöneres Zimmer erhalten. Deshalb haben wir das ursprünglich zugewiesene Zimmer reklamiert und glücklicherweise ein anderes Zimmer im 6. Stock bekommen. Dieses war zwar deutlich besser, aber auch dort war der Aufenthalt alles andere als erholsam. Der starke Gulligeruch am ersten Abend, das regelmäßige laute Gluckern des Abflusses sowie weitere störende Geräusche während der Nacht und insbesondere früh am Morgen haben dafür gesorgt, dass an einen entspannten Aufenthalt kaum zu denken war. Die starke Beleuchtung des Notausgangs hat das Zimmer zudem die ganze Nacht sichtbar ausgeleuchtet. Auch das gesamte Erscheinungsbild des Hotels hat uns nicht überzeugt. Location is good,walking distance to beach and aquarium ,restaurants , cosmetic shops ,pharmacy.Shared pantry served welll offering tea and coffee round the clock.good for short stay

Ceilling had evidence of some old leak causing possible fungus .I hope the management can look into this as it is ahealth hazard .

Some spots are in room has old stains and are sticky. Some electric outlets didn't working.

房間浴室一直有臭味，好像是排水孔散發出來的味道。馬桶的水不定時有水沖出來的狀況，冰箱有海鮮的腥味，把食物冰進去後整個食物變臭的。

Были с семьей, 4 человека. Номер достаточно большой. Все чисто и аккуратно. Соседей не слышно и не видно. Отличное место расположения отеля, до моря 2 минуты пешком. Рядом торговые ряды с вкусняшками, ресторанчики, автоматы обмена валюты.

Hotel antigo, poucas tomadas no quarto e em locais ruins

조식 가격대비 만족스럽고, 이번이 두번째 이용인데 주차장 곡선 주행차로가 좁아서 불안스러운거 빼고, 위치도 딱이며 룸도 다른곳보다 넓고 가족들 이용하기 아주 만족합니다.

주차장 이동 경로가 좁은거가 좀 단점이지만 어쩔수가 없네요!

L’hôtel est très bien situé que ce soit pour l’accès à la plage ou au métro ! La chambre était spacieuse et propre, parfait pour notre famille de 4 Le personnel était agréable

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé, à deux pas de la plage, de la promenade et très proche de la station de métro. Il est entouré de restaurants et de commerces. Très proche également de la Sky Capsule et de la croisière Mipo. Chambres grandes et comfortables. Fontaine d’eau potable et café offert aux clients.

Отель устарел, грязноватые номера. При заселении в номере не оказалось сейфа, хотя при бронировании было указано что номер будет с сейфом. Персонал принес сейф в номер но не установил его как следует а просто положил на полку, хотя он должен крепиться к стене. Пришлось тщательно сфотографировать сейф со всеми деталями чтобы потом было доказательство если его подменят

ביקשנו בלובי שמיכה אחת נוספת אך נאמר לנו שזה רק בתוספת תשלום. פעם ראשונה נתקלנו בדרישה כזו.

Great location.

The location was good. Close to the beach and it has all the facilities nearby. They change your towels everyday and also provide 2 water bottles, while cleaning is every 2 days.

The room smells really really bad, it’s moldy, very old and dusty. We tried to leave the window open but didn’t change at all. There are a lot of small leds in the room we had to cover with piece of paper otherwise it is impossible to sleep. We were on the 14th floor (deluxe double) and we heard every morning foot steps and furniture movings starting from 7 am. We then realize that the breakfast restaurant is on the 15th floor… it was really hard to sleep in that hotel. The elevator is really old and slow, it takes a lot of time to go up or down. Also the shower is very uncomfortable, the shower head is in a strange position and it’s hard to wash your hair.

Ottima posizione. Appena esci vi è vicinissimo la spiaggia, e i vari negozi lungo la strada principale. Vicino anche il mercato dove poter gustare i prodotti locali.

离海很近，酒店的工作人员很亲切，主动帮助解决问题，也接受了我退房的理由和选择。

隔声很差，夜晚从街上传来的噪音太差，家庭房不区分房型，被分到没有spa浴缸和没有海景的低矮楼层，很小，睡觉时空调会直吹而且无法解决，房间门口的疏散灯简直是折磨，晚上房间被照得很亮，酒店和其他业态混合使用，电梯使用很乱。

Incredible location - easy walking distance to the beach, restaurant options, traditional market street. Beds were comfortable and room had plenty of space for luggage / etc. Staff were friendly. Cool view from the room and it was very quiet - never heard our neighbors.

The bathroom is due for a refresh / remodel. There was quite a bit of wear & tear and spottings of mold.

The location is good. Next to beach and local food market. Request for rooms facing away from Main Street as it’s quieter. Nice clean toilet,linen and floor. Comfortable bed. Can open windows to enjoy fresh air.

Rather dated, dark walkways. Structurally it’s quite old and in an old building with advertisements that are non existing. We asked for room change as half our sockets did not work and we were staying for 5 nights and they did not bother to get back to us, just said no vacancy. No one came up to fix it either!

Kişisel bakım ürünleri diş fırçası vs ücretsiz olsaydı keşke...Japonyada en basit otellerde bile ücretsizdi 10 derdim o da olsaydı ama .Bunun için 9 veriyorum.

Location was perfect, views were great and staff was friendly

Our selected room was all windows facing east(which was wonderful) but the curtains didn’t fully cover the windows so as soon as the sun was up it was right in our face. And, In our suite, there were two available plugs.

Location and ocean view, even a side view off the balcony were just great! Our room was clean, spacious, AC works really well, and separate sink area outside the bathroom was very helpful with 3 people sharing. It was also great we were able to store our luggages after check out. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Too much water splashing out due to short shower curtain for the bathtub. Wished they didn’t have the folding bed in the open closet area when not needed because it was too in the way to access dresser drawers and hangers.

1. Super noisy till 2am every night due to the night activities in the city centre, impossible to sleep 2. Very strange bathtub design as the room was renovated from an old hotel I guess, the water spill out from the shower and there is nothing you could do. Don’t go there!

La posizione proprio sulla spiaggia di Haeundae e vicino alla via dello street food. La camera spaziosa ma da rinnovare, come pure gli spazi esterni ad eccezione della reception. Laundry service disponibile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Sebbene sia un albergo, le stanze non venivano pulite quotidianamente ma ogni due giorni, mentre il cambio degli asciugamani era quotidiano.
