Si vienes en coche no tiene parking cerca y , aunque se puede parar para descargar, la calle es tan estrecha que impides totalmente la circulación por ella.

Refait a neuf. Situe dans le centre historique. Spacieux et limineux.

Les proteges matelas n’etaient pas tres nets et je contrôle systematiquement. Necessaire cuisine un peu trop limité

La localización. Deberían explicar antes de la reserva la enorme dificultad que existe para acceder con vehículo y maletas. Muchas rampas muy pronunciadas, escaleras y calles angostas

Everything was exactly as it should be, and we really appreciated having cleaning supplies and towels provided – it made our stay much more comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and bathrooms stocked with all the essentials. Apartment ideal for 2, up to 4 guests (double bed upstairs and sofa bed downstairs in the living room). The hosts were also very responsive and replied to our messages quickly, which was another big plus. Thank you Joana and André 😊

The only downside was (not the apartment itself) that it's surrounded by steep streets and lots of stairs. Some Uber drivers didn't want to drive all the way to the apartment, so after the second day we started walking up to a Passaporte Restaurant instead, and from there it was never a problem 🙂

A very nice, large, and clean apartment in the heart of historic Coimbra. Close to the city's main attractions. Quiet and peaceful – there was a nice bar right next door serving delicious breakfasts. Good communication with the owners, who allowed us to check in before the official check-in time. They also provided information on the best restaurants and fado houses in the area. Thank you very much.

Die Lage und Aussicht waren fantastisch. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. In der Unterkunft hatten wir zwei Badezimmer; bei Belegung mit mehr als zwei Personen sehr komfortabel.

The apartment was spacious, bright and clean, it had separate bedroom and living room which was great advantage staying with kid and working in remote. Room had air conditioning which was essential during hot days. Doors with the code are huge bonus as you don't need to think about the keys all the time, it is enough to remember the code. Location of the apartment is also good, right in the middle between old town and university,

We loved this place and would stay here again next time we are in Coimbra. Nice bathrooms, a very comfortable bed, a full kitchen. Loved the interior shutters that could be closed to completely block out all morning light. Located in the old part of town and very fun to walk around the neighborhood. There was a very nice large shared outdoor space. It was raining most of the time or we would have used that. There is also a shared washing machine (for free) with drying racks available.

No complaints about this place at all.

I spent two weeks in one of the studios and everything was just perfect. I found everything I needed, owners responded to all my doubts and needs. The location is just perfect.

Everything was ok.

Very clean and newly renovated. It was located in a lovely old neighborhood near the university. It had all needed conveniences. There was a nice courtyard where you could sit and have a meal or a drink. The owners were very responsive to any messages we sent. They even left a nice bottle of red wine for us.

It was a bit difficult to get to, as our Bolt driver did not know how to get there. According to the owners, this has not been a problem for previous renters. I would suggest if anybody else has any difficulties, that they get dropped off at the Passaporte Restaurant. It is a short walk from there.

Tolles Appartement, groß, hell, sauber, komplett ausgestattet. Zentrale Altstadtlage, sehr ruhig. Supernette Gastgeber.

Everything. It's located in the slums of coimbra. Danger everywhere. No parking. Loud music till 3 an. The apartment was small and very awkward to live in. What was advertised was not true. Absolutely a nightmare. I would not recommend this place. It's a negative one for me

O apartamento era muito equipado e bem cuidado, havia duas casas de banho espaçosas,a cama era confortável,a localização era fantástica uma rua muito silenciosa,o check-in era simples e rápido há um espaço exterior muito bom Joana e André sempre prestativos, recomendamos vivamente.

Excelente em todos os sentidos, estivemos mais de um mês e foram muito prestáveis em arranjar tudo o que precisávamos para o bebé, as camas são confortáveis e os apartamentos estão equipados com tudo o que se precisa para viver. A localização é ótima, o acesso com código também e o pátio é agradável. Mas o melhor são mesmo os proprietários, André e Joana, que se preocupam realmente com os hóspedes. Para repetir sempre que regressemos a Coimbra!

Algo que foi comunicado a equipa de limpeza e solucionado rapidamente

Wunderschönes Apartment mitten in der Altstadt von Coimbra. Unkomplizierter Check-In mit Tür-Codes sowie nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Phantastischer Blick bis zum Fluss Mondego. Man muss natürlich steile Gassen oder Treppen rauf und runter, um zu der Unterkunft zu gelangen. Man darf aber mit dem Auto trotz Einfahrt-Beschränkung vorfahren, um das Gepäck abzuladen. Die engen Gassen sind allerdings nichts für große Autos oder Fahrer mit schwachen Nerven. Das Apartment ist schön und modern eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben unser Auto auf der anderen Fluss-Seite direkt an der Fußgänger-Brücke "Pedro e Inès" auf einem großen Parkplatz kostenlos abstellen können (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß).

Super nette appartementen ! Heel goede bedden. Alles is aanwezig om je verblijf praktisch en aangenaam te maken. André en Joana, de gastheer en gastvrouw, verdienen een extra ster ! Ze proberen op elke manier te helpen en communiceren op een vlotte manier. Mijn vriendin en ik verbleven in Coimbra voor een speciale reden. Te lang om hier uit de doeken te doen. Wij brachten André en Joanna op de hoogte en zij waren er altijd voor ons. Waarvoor nog eens hartelijk dank ! De appartementen zijn centraal gelegen in het oude centrum. Alles te voet heel goed bereikbaar. Hou rekening met de steile straatjes en de vele trappen. We gingen iedere morgen ontbijten op een terrasje : genoeg mogelijkheden in de buurt. En als je op het appartement wilt ontbijten : Op het einde van het straatje een supermarktje en een verse bakker. Iedere morgen brengen ze vers brood. Er recht tegenover kan je vers fruitsap laten persen en eventueel mee nemen : Café La Velha. Restaurantjes zijn er genoeg rondom de locatie. Keuze genoeg. Alles te voet.

Wij kunnen helemaal niks negatiefs naar voor brengen.

We enjoyed our stay at this Coimbra apartment! Very clean and well maintained. There is a convenient store as well as a bakery up the street - for eggs and such, so we were able to make breakfast in the apartment. But we enjoyed other meals out as it is a close walk to some excellent restaurants and the center of the action. It was quiet at night. The 2 full bathrooms were a plus!

If you’re tall, take care not to bump your head on the steps to/from the loft. But one quickly adapts.

Location was excellent and the apartment was very good. Although there are 8 units in the building it was very quiet overnight. It was pretty well equipped and allowed us to cook some there. Joana was very responsive if we needed anything…for instance the coffee make failed while there and she came by in a couple hours after we contacted her with a new machine.

It was a little smaller than we typically like but would not reduce rating for that reason. Otherwise we have nothing to raise for improvement.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einer historischen Gegend. Sehenswürdigkeiten und viele nette Lokale sind in der nahen Umgebung. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Bett war bequem und ich habe gut geschlafen. Ich habe auch die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer und vom Schlafzimmer auf den Mondego sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat gut funktioniert, der Check-in war einfach Coimbra ist eine schöne Stadt und hat einiges zu bieten.

The apartment is located in the old town, so it is great if you're on foot, less so if you have a car. But you can park across the river and prices are reasonable. The apartment is very central and close to great restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The kitchen is already very good, but could be equipped better.

Nada a apontar, apenas algumas pequenas coisas a melhorar e uma delas tem a ver com o desgaste do uso. O chuveiro do wc da entrada está um pouco estragado e a água sai por todo o lado. No quarto há lá um ponto junto à cama que chove ligeiramente. Tudo o resto estava ok.

El apartamento es una pasada. No sé si fue porque estuvimos en Navidad pero nos dejaron una botella de vino, ¡¡muchas gracias por el detalle!! Limpieza impecable, camas comodísimas, todo nuevo, a la cocina no le falta detalle para que estés como en tu casa, nos alojamos en pleno diciembre y no nos hizo falta la calefacción... Que pudiéramos llevar a nuestra perra fue lo mejor. El check in con código es muy fácil y no dio nunca problema. Los anfitriones te responden super rápido y son encantadores.

Lo único que creo que es conveniente señalar es que el apartamento está en el centro histórico de Coímbra y hay que subir dos pequeñas cuestas para llegar (apenas 5 minutos), no es nada del otro mundo y se puede ir en coche hasta la puerta. Si prefieres no meter el coche en el centro, hay que llevar consigo las maletas... Todo el centro es así, lleno de cuestas... Lo bueno es que ya estás en el centro y tienes la Universidad a un paso. De todas formas, este pequeño detalle no lo considero para nada una razón para descartar el alojamiento, porque está genial y merece muchísimo la pena.

For a last-minute stay over Christmas, with a pet, it was everything we needed.

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months in Coimbra and couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay! The apartment is in an incredible location, situated in the heart of the old town of Coimbra near the University and the river. It was super convenient to get anywhere. André and Joana (the hosts) were excellent throughout my whole stay. I messaged them a few times to ask for help and they were always quick to respond and very accommodating. The apartment itself is very clean, modern and comfortable. It has great light and rooftop views of the river. If you’re looking for accommodation in Coimbra I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you! 🙏

Location and price wasn't bad for the big size. I liked the loft area. It was a pleasant surprise.

The flat was light, spacious and modern. The location close to the old cathedral was very convenient. The kitchen was reasonably equipped for basic cooking, with a small hob and a microwave. It was nice to have bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. Overall we found it a nice place to stay for a few days.

The description of the facilities states that it offers a washing machine. This actually means that a shared machine is available to use down the hall. Obviously this is much less convenient than having a machine in the flat. It would be better to make this more obvious in the description.

Location is amazing. You are steps from several historic sites. Although located in a historic neighbourhood the apartment is very modern. Groceries and several restaurants are nearby.

Das Appartment war geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet; alles war sehr gut durchdacht und sauber. Es liegt in schöner Umgebung, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und es ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen . Der Kunstrasen sieht in echt viel besser aus als auf dem Bild. Die Appartments sind noch ganz neu. Das Haus wurde erst 2024 umgebaut.Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

We loved this place!! It was very well located in walking distance to everything. The bed was very soft and comfortable and we were not expecting two showers, so that was exciting. I would definitely recommend this place for a walkable stay in Coimbra!

Apartamento muy bien situado con todo lo necesario, limpio y cómodo. Al estar en el centro las calles son muy estrechas, por lo que nosotros dejamos el coche en un parking y posterior subimos. Hay un parking enorme enfrente del río. Todo genial!

Atendimentos dos proprietários sempre respondendo de forma clara e rápida. Localização boa, ficando entre a parte alta da cidade e a parte que desce para o Rio Mondego, mas é necessário informar que para chegar ao local precisa estar com preparo físico para encarar as ruas altas de Coimbra. A acomodação está com todos os móveis novos, camas excelentes

Centrale ligging. Nieuw, en zeer schoon. Entree met code (geen sleutels nodig). Keuken volledig ingericht. Goede airco. Slaapkamer met prima bedden. Gezamenlijk terras buiten. Goede service van vriendelijk personeel.

Beetje geluid van andere huurders.

Casa arredata, molto bene con una struttura molto carina su due livelli. Struttura completamente nuova, pulita, curatissima in una posizione centralissima in Coimbra. Si accede con codice senza bisogno di avere una chiave. Se sei in è macchina l’accessibilità alla via è molto limitata e quando siamo arrivati noi, in agosto di fatto c’era modo di accedere da nessuna parte a causa di lavori. All’arrivo c’è stato fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino. Posizione centralissima intorno ai punti pratici della città.

Siamo arrivati in tre e abbiamo dovuto rifare da soli il divano letto. Però i gestori ci hanno spiegato la ragione della quale preferiscono non rifare il letto. In ogni caso, sono stati gentilissimi del supporto.

Modernes, gut eingerichtetes Apartment an toller Lage. Sehr zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig. Unkomplizierter, freundlicher Kontakt mit den Gastgebern. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (2 Nächte) war das Maisonette-Apartment für uns (drei Erwachsene und ein 17-jähriges Kind) bestens. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich das nächste Mal aus Platzgründen ein grösseres Apartment (Premium oder Loft) wählen.
