Lindo hotel pero a mi hermano le exploto la puerta de vidrio de la ducha mientras se bañaba, quedo con el cuerpo cortado y sangrando. Es insolito, realmente muy peligroso. Esa noche no nos llamaron una ambulancia, solo nos cambiaron de habitacion. Nadie se hizo cargo.

Cuando se revento el vidrio de la ducha y mi hermano quedo con todo el cuerpo cortado y con sangre, les pedimos que llamen a una ambulancia y dijeron que no sabian si mi assist card lo cubria. El hotel tiene una puerta mal instalada que explota, ellos deberian haberse hecho cargo. No les importo que mi hermano estuviera sangrando. Solo nos ofrecieron un taxi hasta alguna clinica y se lavaron las manos. Al dia siguiente pedimos la devolucion y dijeron que no era posible. No volveria ni lo recomendaria, es peligroso.

The staff, the receptionists couldn’t help with anything. I booked and paid a lot of money for the spa room, first thing the building was separate from the hotel and so could not reach lobby unless you cross the street and the phones were not working to speak with reception and the spa would stop working every night and maintenance were non existent and room cleaners would not clean room every morning unless you found them and physically sales them to do it.

Amazing breakfast: tasty fruits, coffee, juice, Turkish tea, meat and veggies options, receptionists were extremely helpful. They spoke English. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool. The room was good, the mattresses were nice, always clean towels

The bathroom door had mold in our room. We got a different room after we noticed that. If your room is on the street side, you will hear the mosque at 5am. If it faces an internal yard it will be quiet. Music at the swimming pool might be quieter

Приятный небольшой отель. У нас были номера с балкончиками в корпусе с баром на первом этаже. Ночного шума не было. Интерьер уютный. В пешей доступности Мигрос, рестораны. Можно спуститься до красивой набережной за пару минут. При заселении записывают номер ватсап и присылают информацию в сообщениях -удобно. Думаю, можно свои вопросы и проблемы также через вотсап обсуждать, но у нас не было необходимости. Завтраки в очень красивой столовой на первом этаже. Есть всего по немногу, голодными не оставались.

Имейте ввиду, что лифта в здании нет.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und können viele schöne Orte empfehlen. Frühstück war auch gut. Wir waren sogar zweimal da. Das erste Mal Block A (hat Lift) Das zweite Mal in Block B (hat kein Lift)

Die Lage ist halt etwas weit vom Zentrum. Wir hatten ein Auto gemietet so das war für uns kein Problem. Aber ohne Auto wird es schwierig sein.

находится отель в любимом районе Лара - для транзита это лучшая локация - кафе, рестораны, торговый центр, набережная, детская площадка. Состоит из 3 зданий, непонятно где лучше номера, мы жили в дальнем, Высказал претензии персоналу по ситуации с чекином- предложил его решить трансфером в аэропорт, пошли на встречу, за что спасибо.

Чекин на 2,5 часа позже заявленного времени, сидели с детьми ждали, это очень неприятно. При этом сам номер был не очень чисты, липкие полы (их не мыли вовсе), я думаю уровень 60 евро/ночь, за 200 евро на семью два номера - слабовато, номер 3002 и 3003 - очень шумные из-за близости входной двери, которая хлопает при открывании. Бассейн не вызвал желания в нем поплавать : )

The reception area is the same area where they serve alcohol so for a Muslim family it is difficult to do checkin while others are ordering alcohol from the same person.

كانت أسوء اقامه جرّبتها في حياتي من ناحيه النظافه منعدمه التنظيف ما يجيك إلا بعد طلبً و طلب و إذا تخلي شي من الزباله في الارض ترجع تلاقيه موجود و ما ينظفو الحمامات ولا الجاكوزي و الموضفين عنصرين جدا جدا أسلوب لا يليق ل فندق أبدا دافعين 1000 dollar على ولا شي و لا فيه حتى اسنسير و عطوني الطابق الأخير و التلفون ما شغال و المكيف حار و الجيران الي فالندق متسلطين و الفطور فظيع

Le personnel de l’accueil et du service sont adorables. Ils ont étés à l’écoute et disponible à toute heure pour tout les préoccupations, les questions et le demande que l’ont a faite. La piscine est sympathique. L’hôtel est bien situé il y à beaucoup de choses à côté pas besoin de prendre de taxi

Peu de choix au petit déjeuner, les jus ont pas été à notre goût et il n’y avait pas de chocolat chaud. Les lit son dure et les chambres à deux sont petites.

Nicely decorated - dining room was classy, bedrooms clean and functional. Nice pool and excellent air conditioning in the bar. Staff extremely helpful and responsive. Breakfast fresh healthy and varied . Really tasty short walk to coastal path which leads to Durden Park and waterfalls. Lovely to walk along - safe even late at night

Shower does Leak - location - 40 mins into old town, 40 mins to beach. We used scooters to get around.

Très mauvaise expérience, avec un vrai manque de professionnalisme et de confort. L’enregistrement se fait dans un bar, puis il faut marcher jusqu’à un autre bâtiment et traverser la route pour rejoindre les chambres. À notre arrivée, il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre et la climatisation a mis une dizaine de minutes à démarrer. Nous étions deux adultes avec un enfant et le lit était beaucoup trop petit. Le matelas était très inconfortable et, surtout, nous avons trouvé des cheveux sous l’oreiller, ce qui est inacceptable en termes d’hygiène. Aucune instruction n’était disponible pour contacter la réception. À minuit, j’ai donc dû descendre avec ma femme et mon fils, traverser la route et retourner au bar pour poser des questions concernant le Wi-Fi et la climatisation. Il n’y avait également aucun papier toilette dans la chambre. Lorsque j’en ai demandé, on m’a donné deux rouleaux déjà entamés. Enfin, notre chambre donnait directement sur la rue et était extrêmement bruyante : voitures, sirènes de police, cris… Je n’ai pratiquement pas dormi. Heureusement, nous n’y passions qu’une seule nuit avant de partir tôt pour l’aéroport. L’établissement manque clairement de professionnalisme et de sérieux dans la gestion et l’accueil des clients.

The attached pub ruined the whole experience for myself and for others. They charged me £13 75 for a bottle of corona and a water. That is absolutely so disgusting that l will NOT BE BACK. Have some respect for your fellow human beings and the excuse about the high alcohol taxes doesn't cut it when places around the corner charge half of that.

Small rooms, toilet very small and water from the shower would split out making the whole room wet. Air conditioner was not working properly to cope with the local heat. Reception´s staff young and unexperient, usually in bad mood. One member of the reception was helpful when I needed to get a medication from a local pharmacy due to my child ear´s pain. But apart from that helpful guy, the others seems not to have experience in hotel services at all.

La chambre était spacieuse pour 3. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner est riche et complet. La piscine est grande. Le jacuzzi qui n’est pas un vrai reste agréable. Le repas possible de dans l’hôtel est un vrai plus.

L’hôtel au niveau des équipements et du bâtiment n’est pas au top. Nous avons retrouvé 2 cafards dans la salle de bain et une des chambres. La piscine ferme tôt.

Lots of tasty options at the breakfast buffet with the sweetest watermelon we have ever tasted. Our bedroom was across the road in another building with a lift. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. Aircon worked and we were very thankful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, the room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt truly relaxed throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Beds and mattress are not comfortable. Very hard and rigid. Internet Connection was unstable in the room.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious enough.The breakfast also had variety.

The shower doesn't have a door,so the bathroom floor gets very wet and stays damp because there is no window into the bathroom. The rooms don't get cleaned very throughly. There are rooms that are not in the main building which is a little annoying.

Breakfast could have had more of a selection, still was good but could have been better. The rooms look a little dated and are in need of repairs, our rooms had no lock between connecting family room, door wouldn't even close shut. Ceiling looks to have had water leaks and are stained with paint bubbles and peeling, showers need to be re-grouted and re application of silicone on joints. Experienced internet problems whilst staying here and had to go to reception to gain access with staffs login as our rooms weren't connecting. Our family connecting rooms were in a different building across the road from where the main building was to access pool and breakfast/restaurant/bar which was an inconvenience. Also our rooms were just outside the main building entry on ground level, so was a little noisy with foot traffic of people coming and going throughout the night whilst trying to sleep.

Odaların temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi. Oda da kötü bir koku vardı. Tuvaletten gelmiyordu ama nereden geldiğini çözemedik. Tuvalet kapısı bozuktu kapanmıyordu. Duş alanı cam ile ayrılmamıştı tüm tuvalet su oluyordu. Havlular için ayrı bir dolap olsa daha iyi olurdu. Odalarda terlik yoktu. Duşta şampuan vardı ancak duş jeli yoktu. Yatak çok sertti konforlu değildi

The staff were amazing, hotel was buzzing with energy, its decorations were vibrant.

No elevator to the top floor however this didn't affect us.

The staff where kind and happy to help with any questions you hand.Nothing was too much trouble and if you order something they even bring it to your room if you want.Iron was not in the room but when i asked about one they bought that to the room within 5 minutes

Просторный номер состоящий из 2 смежных. 2 санузла. Удобное расположение, тихая локация. Отличные, разнообразные, вкусные завтраки "шведский стол". Быстрый wi-fi. Можно припарковаться рядом с отелем бесплатно.

Полы в номере при заезде были липкими. Мы попросили протереть их на чисто. В итоге уборщица пришла с 2 бутылочками из под воды 0.5 л , набрызгала в паре мест из них. Всё это растёрла сухой шваброй и ... пол естественно остался таким же липким. Терраса в очень заброшенном состоянии и пол, и мебель, всё покрыто толстым слоем грязи. На одном столе осталась полная пепельница окурков. Несколько раз отключалось электричество во всём здании из-за чего переставали работать кондиционеры. Парковки выделенной нет, улица достаточно узкая, машины разъезжаются с трудом, могут зацепить припаркованные авто на обочинах.

Zimmer wurde nicht ganz gut sauber gereinigt. Bad wurde nicht richtig gewischt am Waschbecken und der duschkopf in der dusche hat nicht geklappt richtig Vor allem den Boden haben die Putzfrauen nicht regelmäßig gewischt wo dann kein sauberes Fußboden war.

Le service est incroyable dans cet hôtel. Merci à Seda qui nous a traité comme des invités durant tout le séjour.

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. Perfect location with tons of amazing restaurants, cafés, and bars right nearby. The rooms were gorgeous with top-notch amenities — loved having Netflix and Prime on the TV to unwind. Huge shoutout to Seda from Guest Relations! She was outstanding — so welcoming, full of local tips, and knew all the best spots for outdoor activities. She really made the trip special. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you to the whole team!

The place was okay and quite beautiful, though A/C didn't work, and it was very noisy at night. Breakfast was perfect, but some fruits were rotten and we saw hairs in some dishes.

Huone oli 4.kerroksessa mutta ei ollut hissiä. Huoneessa oli todella tunkkainen ja haiseva ilma. Sänky oli kova ja ei ollut kunnon peittoja ollenkaan. Aamupalalle kun menimme viimeisinä niin ruoka oli jo lämmennyttä eikä sitä uskaltanut oikein syödä ja kurkkujen seassa oli kuollut heinäsirkka.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et ne pouvons que le recommander Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins, toujours souriant, avenant et très attentionné. Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité, notamment avec notre bébé. Notre suite était magnifique : située tout en haut, avec un joli balcon et une baignoire. La chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner était de très bonne qualité, avec des produits locaux. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité immédiate de la mer, du mall et du centre-ville. La réception ouverte 24h/24 est également très pratique. Nous avons aussi été très touchés par la délicate attention pour notre anniversaire de mariage ❤️ Tout était parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un bébé (lit bébé, chaise haute, etc.). Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et remercions toute l’équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Le seul bémol est l’absence d’ascenseur dans notre bâtiment (l’hôtel étant réparti en deux bâtiments). Nous étions au 4e étage, ce qui implique de monter les escaliers. Cela dit, le personnel proposait systématiquement de porter les bagages, ce qui a largement atténué ce désagrément.

Das Azuu Boutique Hotel ist unser absoluter Geheimtipp. Tolle Atmosphäre und super gemütlich. Nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man die schönsten Strände und Buchten. Zu Fuß erreicht man viele Restaurants und Bars. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und begeistert. Danke liebes Azuu Team!

Staff were very helpful was I was poorly

I had such a beautiful stay. The hotel kindly upgraded my room, which made everything feel even more special. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I was truly touched by the honesty of the housekeeping staff—when I accidentally dropped money under the bed, they carefully kept it safe for me. That meant a lot.

Honestly, nothing significant. Everything felt warm and well taken care of.

Just everything was amazing, definitely will be staying there every time I’m going to visit Antalya

В целом понравилось абсолютно все! При заселении нам предложили номер в другом корпусе (их у отеля аж три), а дальнем. Я была с ребенком, это не было удобно ходить на завтрак в другой корпус, и я попросила что-то с этим сделать. Нам дали семейный номер, повысив категорию, без доплат. Молодцы! Клиентоориентированы! В номере не работал кондиционер на тепло (сломалась центральная система, такое бывает, все понимаю). Оперативно вызвали мастера, на ночь принесли электрический обогреватель. Через ночь все починили :) Завтраки адекватные, просто как перекус вполне себе. Внизу бар - там можно безоплатно поиграть в дартс. Отель брали, чтоб пешком дойти до Консульства РФ. Прекрасное расположение.

Музыка из база на первом этаже играет громкая до 12 ночи. Иногда позже - тогда я просила сделать потише. Если вы рано ложитесь спать - берите номер в другом корпусе или на 3 этаже. Некритично.

Location, atmosphere but mainly the amazing, kind and helpful staff that work there. Seda, Heli, Beki, (little Beki) Hassan, gulshan, purhan, Ennis, Hassan, Tommy and the lovely Sevil! They go above and beyond to be helpful and kind and make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Nothing is too much trouble ❤️

Nothing, lots of work being done to refresh the property. New pool, beautiful flowers, absolutely nothing to complain about.
