No elevator and we were on the third floor. Very tiny small staircase. No luggage storage.

Die Wohnung verfügte über nur ein einziges Badezimmer, was bei einer 5er - Mädelstruppe wirklich schwierig war. Des Weiteren ist das Haus unglaublich hellhörig - man hört jeden im Treppenhaus, jedes Gespräch.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Location was great. I had some issues to check in the link was not working but fortunately AFTER a few failed attempts with one of your employees. (It was a lady dont recall her name) , then Ariel was more efficient with the process and walked me through the process and solved the issue with the link promptly. The place was well situated , in the heart of Barcelona.
The other guests where very loud , which woke us up multiple times in the middle of the night. The terrace was gorgeous, however the sofas where dirty... during the day it was pleasent but at night there was a few cockroachs crawling around. Which made the experience not so pleasant. The wi fi was often disconnecting . Quieter fans. The washroom deserved ventilation.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026We enjoyed the location, which is right next to the gothic quarter. Moreover, the apartment was clean and stylishly decorated. The apartment worked well for a large group of people.
For a large group of people, it is good to know that i) there is only one bathroom (room with both shower and toilet), ii) there are two AC units to cool the entire apartment, which makes some areas quite hot, and iii) that several of the beds are in quirky locations (i.e., not all guests will have their own room), including bunk beds in the living room and behind a French door right next to a double-bed. All of this makes this apartment more ideal for laid-back, no-frills group of people.

Das Haus ist sehr alt und die Fenster sind nicht nicht dicht. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Im Bad und in der Küche gibt es Kakerlaken. Wir haben immer wieder Bescheid gesagt, die Reinigung kam auch dann. Aber da kann man nichts machen. Wir hatten jeden Tag Kakerlaken so das man sich geekelt hat. Es gibt kein Fahrstuhl! Wir waren im 4. Stock das Treppengelände ist sehr schmal wir mussten unsere Koffer hochtragen. Für ältere Menschen und Kinder mit Familien würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Man kann auch sein Gepäck nicht lagern. Wir mussten auf unsere Zimmer warten und sind mit unserem Gepäck ins Café.

El dpto muy lindo solo que tiene 1 solo baño y cuando va mucha gente queda chico. No tiene horno por si queres cocina algo al horno.las habitaciones la mayoría no tenían puerta

The air conditioning was sufficient to cool the main living area but didn’t reach the bedrooms. There were fans that helped. However, this was an understandable situation …as we were visiting in the city in the midst of a significant heatwave.

Avisamos al contacto que teníamos, pero no hubo solución, enviamos videos de los gritos y fiestas, pedimos nuestro reembolso y nos fuimos al aeropuerto,pero se negaron a reembolsar o solucionar. No es un lugar familiar, es para jóvenes y fiestas tal vez.

Our apartment is meant for bigger groups (We were 6 girls) so the fact that there was only one bathroom, and it was a small bathroom, was quite difficult.

Reviewed May 12, 2026The location was excellent. Very close to major attractions, with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. The beds were also comfortable, which made resting after a long day much easier.
The noise from the street was a major issue even with the windows closed, it was very loud, as if people were talking right next to me. The surrounding area also had quite a few homeless individuals and people struggling with drug problems, which made it feel less comfortable. It would have been appreciated if the hosts were more flexible with early check-in, especially since we were travelling with children after an 11-hour journey. In terms of amenities, offering mineral water instead of low-quality coconut water would be an improvement, and having tea or coffee available would be a nice touch for guests arriving tired and unfamiliar with the area. Additionally, the kitchen and shower room felt a bit outdated.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Great location, hard to find better. Great coffee machine - just buy a pack of cofee on the other side of the street and you are packed. Morning cofee on the teracce is so good. It's not luxary - and it's not pretending to be. Very simple, relaxing and oldschool - exatly what we were looking for. Great for a big company - we travelled with another family, and everyone enjoyed the stay.

Reviewed May 2, 2026De locatie is perfect voor een stedentrip. Veel attracties zijn te voet te bereiken. Wij hebben voornamelijk gelopen. Ook Plaça Catalunya is vlakbij, waar je bussen, treinen en metro hebt.
Het gebouw is erg gehorig! Op vrijdag- en zaterdagavond/nacht was er veel overlast van straatgeluiden (schreeuwende mensen, muziek etc.). Gelukkig was dat alleen in het weekend zo, anders hadden wij het er niet uitgehouden.
