Bad location as it is in the one of the most traffic areas of riyadh and there is no sounds isolation so we couldnt sleep at night because of cars noises , bad parking as it was very tight and hardly could park my vehicle, They have posted a photos in booking.com of the hotel opposite of riyadh kingdom tower ( which was the reason behind booking this hotel ) but actually it was very very far from the tower , and the beds was very small . The jacuzzi and sauna was closed . So i will never recommend this hotel to any body .

Old building with old furniture and in a not very tourist friendly area. Plus the hotel staff is not very welcoming. They seems racist or maybe don't care about the guest overall. Worst ever hotel I have experienced in my life. It's not very safe place to go with your family.

لاانصح، الحي زحمة اجانب واكتضاض سيارات لسوق البطحا اذا انت سعودي او خليجي المكان مايصلح لك واذا تخاف على سيارتك هج عنه الفندق حق هنود التلفون محد يرد عليه بكل الاوقات وبعد ماوصلنا اكتشفنا الفندق غير عن الصور الصور مغريه والواقع كنك في فندق بالتسعينات كئيب مستهلك اثاث قديم مايستاهل سعره اخذت ليلتين مع فطور ب 900 المواقف سيئه وضيقه توهقنا ودفعنا قبل الوصول حجزت من بوكينق الصور قديمه يوم كان جديد الاطلاله مخيسه على مبنى مهجور ومباني قديمه والزجاج وصخ ماتشوف زين والشباك خطر بدون شبك ارضية الغرفه تحت ارز ووسخ من الناس الي قبلنا رخام بار القهوه متكسر المسبح مكتوم ووسخ التهب جلد طفلي منه نزلنا للفطور الساعه 9 وانصدمنا ان البوفيه فاضي مافيه فطور ولا بلغنا الاستقبال ان الفطور يجيكم عطونا ورقه قالوا اختارو فطور ونجيبه للغرفه, جابوه وطلع زين الحمدلله لايوجد بالغرفه جهاز قهوه زي ماهو مذكور في بوكينج لايوجد ستاربكس زي ماهو مذكور الغرفه فيها تهريب مويه بالجدران

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026جيد المووقع للعمل. والهدف اللي اجي له لايوجد تسامح في في الخروج واذا انتهي اليوم. وانت طلعت ورجعت. يقفل الغرفه بدون مايقول لك. مافي فندق. يعمل كذا !!!! بكل الاحوال فندق. لاباس بس بعض الامور لابد مراجعته للراحة الزائر.
عندكم ضعف في الخدمة لابد تطلب منهم الحاجه اكثر من مره وملاحظة اذا طلبت منهم اغراض الغرفه ماء الى اخر يجيبه في كيس الله يعزكم حق نفاية السله غريب ؟!

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage zum nahegelegenen Messegelände. Das Personal schien hilfreich und aufmerksam. Der Standard des Hotels entspricht den lokalen Gegebenheiten.
Über Booking.com gebucht war keine Vorauszahlung notwendig. Nach der Buchung wurde dann seitens des Hotels eine Anzahlung erfordert ansonsten sei das Hotel nicht bereits das Zimmer zu reservieren. Die entsprechende Plattform zur Zahlung mit Kreditkarte hat nicht funktioniert also wurde eine internationale Überweisung gefordert. Diese wurde getätigt, das Geld transferiert. Im Hotel hat man den Erhalt des Geldes mehrfach als Nicht erhalten angegeben und mir nochmals den Betrag in Rechnung gestellt. Auch Wochen später bleibt man dabei, dass das Geld nie eingegangen sei nachdem mehrfach die Möglichkeit gegeben wurde hier Aufklärung zu betreiben. Die Kombination aus Buchung ohne Vorauszahlung und dann nachträglich Vorauszahlung fordern ist unprofessionell und daher die schlechte Bewertung.
