-staircase was metal and not super steady, -toilet seat in main house bathroom was squeaky -garbage disposal was a long walk daily -rules were strict on washing all the dishes before checkout -iPhone charger one side of main bedroom did not work -dishwasher did not wash dishes thoroughly and require hand wash before loading into washer All in not really value for money for longer stays

Reviewed Sep 19, 2024Great location with direct access to private rocky beach and grotto in addition to shared pool. Several outdoor eating and relaxing spaces with superb views of Isole Bella and the coastline. Private car park. Very comfortable living spaces and excellent kitchen. Great hanging space in bedrooms and good bathrooms. Has its own washing machine and drying terrace. Excellent communication with manager Giuseppe.
Be aware that there are 2 stories of stairs between the car park and property. There is a lift which is about 100m away and involves a few small stairs. The property is two story with a steep internal staircase. This was not at all a problem for us but would not be suitable for those with impaired ability.
