Tive que trocar de quarto e o segue quarto era significativamente mais caro que o primeiro, apesar de mais caro.

Maravilhoso! Equipe na piscina e restaurante muito simpaticos e esforcados. Visual, praia… amei tudo.

Um pouco de barulho de outros hospedes por ocasiao de um casamento durante a madrugada.

We’ve never had a friendlier welcome to a hotel! The lady on reception was incredible. We were very early and she made us feel special, taking us to complimentary breakfast with one of the best tables. Facilities are excellent and the rooms have been recently renovated.

As incredible as the location is, there aren’t any amenities nearby and you need to take the free shuttle to town. It’s hard to get something for dinner without leaving or paying a high price on site.

The location is incredible, private beach is really cool and the infinity pool area was really good. The staff are all very helpful, the rooms were of a reasonable size with nice balcony and great views over the sea.

Cost of parking was expensive at £25 per day, as were drinks in the bar in the evening.

One of the only hotels in Taormina with beach and pool access. Free shuttle to downtown. Paid parking garage.

Eating on site can add up but there aren’t too many outside options. Very nice to sit by the pool and have lunch.

Fare il bagno in piscina al tramonto con vista mare + Etna, non ha rivali questo posto! Complimenti a tutto lo staff, pulizia ottima, personale disponibile e gentilissimo! Hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste! Il posto migliore per godersi una vacanza in relax!

Für den Preis war das Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich (hauptsächlich Tiefkühl Produkte & ungepflegt), die WC beim Pool/Meer waren durchgehen extrem dreckig und ekelig, sonst alles ok, Zimmer schön renoviert aber das Hotel ist schon sehr alt

La grotte est une particularité , mais ne justifie pas la démesure des prix affichés Le serveur du restaurant est la seule personne qui s est montrée à la hauteur du prix élevé de l établissement : chaleureux et accueillant.

L hypocrisie de la manager qui prétend envoyer un mail pour demander l annulation de la nuit, alors que quand on lui demande la copie du mail envoyé , on comprend que le mail n a jamais été envoyé à la maison mère. L hypocrisie quand alors qu ils pouvaient deux fois accepter l annulation gratuite ils se trompent , oups , deux fois . Enfin elle a prétendu que booking était la source des maux alors que j ai des écrits de booking qui témoignent de leur volonté d annuler gratuitement . Alors oui je me suis trompé mais ça l arrangeait bien de conserver l argent . Et il n était pas nécessaire d être autant hypocrite . Par ailleurs le rapport qualité prix est plus que mauvais . Pour 10 fois moins cher , on trouve sur la colline un hôtel avec petit déjeuner tout aussi complet , acces à une plage privée , deux piscines et non pas une seule, mieux entretenues d ailleurs bien plus grande et bien plus profonde , vue mer , une chambre plus grande, avec une terrasse plus grande , un service de voiturier qui contrairement au capotaormina ne vous laisse pas descendre au garage pour qu un individu vous la gare mais vous récupère les clefs et vous la gare, Au départ un service de bagage a confondu les affaires de ma compagne avec celles d un groupe il a fallu justifié que c était bien notre bagage. Enfin la piscine est abominablement chlorée et salée, mais ça se comprend: vu la population, abondante et d un certain âge . A une époque c était une piscine d eau salée nullement surchargée de produit chlorée . Ça a bien changé …

The hotel is beautiful and has so many restaurants and bars inside! You never really have to leave your hotel. Everyone is soo nice!! They speak English and they were so helpful. They treated me like a Queen. The room was spotless and modern!

A little pricey when it came to food. Staff was friendly, but not super attentive. 15-20 taxi to town.

The view was beautiful. The swim and pool area was nice too. Plenty of chairs around the pool area for seating.

Chambres années 90, manque de modernité, petite plage sympathique mais de galets et vite à l’ombre. Piscine : transats trop collés Petit déjeuner pas du tout à la hauteur de ce type d’hôtel. Globalement déçus au regard de l’emplacement unique de cet hôtel. Par contre comme nous sommes en fin de saison nous avons été surclassés avec une chambre avec balcon. Merci au personne pour cela.

Quarto muito espaçoso, o espaço da piscina era grande e acomodava todo mundo e os funcionários muito atenciosos. O café da manhã era muito gostoso e completo, com uma vista espetacular do Etna.

Hotel facilities, i.e. pool and beach are wonderful. The pool could have done with being temperature controlled as it was very warm so on the hot days didn’t feel very refreshing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is very helpful that the hotel runs a shuttle bus service into the main town as it is not a walkable distance. Our initial bedroom was extremely disappointing and outdated for the Price. Fortunately the hotel staff were very helpful and upgraded us but without that upgrade the room would have really negatively impacted our stay in my opinion for the Price point the initial room offered was far below acceptable standards and I wouldn’t like anyone else to pay to stay in a room of that standard. Otherwise, it was a lovely experience. As is always the case in Italy, the price point is slightly higher than the level of luxury, but overall I would recommend this hotel.

AMAZING location. Beach was superb. Pool amazing. Water toys and water shoes available to buy at the shop👍🏻👍🏻 Amazing breakfast. Staff was perfect Great use of the shuttle - but took a taxi a couple of nights to avoid the walk up to town - would suggest drop off at the taxi station in town which would avoid walking up hill for 10 min. Great paninis at the bar for a quick lunch

Food at the main restaurant overpriced which would not have bothered me given the location - but was really not good value for money - preferred eating at AMAZING places in town like Osteria Da Rita for surprisingly a lot less Rooms outdated. Wierd smell in the hallway (stayed at 5th floor).

Well where would you like me to start for a four start hotel ? -I’ll start at Checkin -Noisy Asians that all staff had to attend to them so there was no one to check us in , a huge line up to all get us checked in -foyer, not enough seating as there were only 4 seats & taken up by kids, welcome water was empty at 4 star you usually receive a completely sparking or other -Rushed through sent to room no bags for 30 minutes -Room was ment to be upgraded -no kettle, no tea bags, no cups, no glassware IF we were to open our sparkling wine as it was our 21st wedding anniversary -no glassware at all -4x expresso paper cups only -no milk IF we were to have a coffee -no daily water -no iron , I wanted to iron for my dinner booking at LV but I would have had to go to foyer go to other lift and go to level 3 no comfort in my own room while getting ready - Bathroom for a 4 star I would have expected, shower caps, toothbrush, shaving kit , we only had shower gel & shampoo -pool bar, you would think at a 4star they would have Happy hour - why have a scan label at the laybeds umbrella when you have no service & have to go to the bar to order yourself. -Bar went in to have a coffee & wiskey sat down asked for menu & never seen the man again 20 minutes so never ordered - - curiously bus to Town needs more times slots up & back -breakfast very limited choice for a 4 star hotel, orange juice only no other choice of juice, no omelette, A/c dripping in middle of floor which we witnessed on our 3rd day a fall & broken plates (saw that coming) - Noise from room 105 was unbearable at at night all I could hear was some sort of lift sounded like a robot I’m thinking it was a service lift going all night - I never saw a smile in any workers face nor did we get a greeting any time we sat any staff ( are they forced to work was my question) -To be honest I was so glad to leave this hotel -I could give it 5 stars for location.

By far the best location if you want to be on the water with spectacular views and incredible pool and beach areas. This hotel was worth it just for the natural beauty of the location . Our room (superior) was newly renovated and very tastefully done with a lot of great storage. We were there during a very hot week in August and the Air Conditioning was perfect. The restaurants were really good and the location and view were better than any other spot we found in Taormina. We did a private book tour and they were able to drop us off at the dock near hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cocktails in the deck bar were served with great snacks Would highly recommend this place as it’s a very unique hotel

Lobby and some of halls aren’t particularly luxurious and backstage service areas aren’t fully hidden, but this is a minor and very insignificant point. A few things to know- beach is gorgeous but rocky, recommend appropriate footwear, you are way below town so taxi, hotel shuttle or funicular to get up to town ( totally worth it to be close to the water)

Parts of the property need updating. Also had our least impressive meal our entire trip at Le Grand Bleu although the setting of the restaurant is spectacular!

The hotel is gorgeous and so very unique. The pool and beach were exceptional with plenty of lounging areas and good drinks. It never felt too crowded and we always had enough space. We were upgraded to a king, sea view room and it was spacious and comfortable. A real highlight of our trip! I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Pas de lumière fonctionnelle sur notre terrasse

Det aller beste med hotellet er beliggenheten. UNA Hotels Capotaormina ligger spektakulært til helt ute på "tuppen" av Taormina, med fantastisk utsikt over Naxos-bukten og Etna. Vi var så heldige å få oppleve et kraftig utbrudd den første kvelden, med lavasprut som steg flere hundre meter opp i luften. Det gjorde oppholdet ekstra minneverdig. Hotellet har en helt unik tilgang til sjøen via heis og et grottesystem som leder ned til en privat strand og badeområde kun for gjester. Dette er virkelig en av hotellets største styrker. Rommene var store, komfortable og rene, og vi hadde perfekt utsikt mot bukten og Etna. Renholdet var upåklagelig gjennom hele oppholdet. Treningsrommet var også bra utstyrt. Vi spiste middag på hotellet tre kvelder, og maten holdt et godt nivå. Den lokale fisken var spesielt utmerket.

Hotellet virker litt for avhengig av den fantastiske beliggenheten. Det gir inntrykk av at det investeres mindre i vedlikehold og service enn det som hadde vært ønskelig. Flere av fasilitetene begynner å bære preg av alder og kunne med fordel vært oppgradert, blant annet dusjene, toalettene og heisene. Servicen var helt grei og omtrent som forventet på et firestjerners hotell, men prisene på restauranter, barer og minibar var svært høye. Man satt litt igjen med følelsen av at hotellet utnytter den unike plasseringen og at det er relativt upraktisk å dra et annet sted for å spise eller handle. Alt i alt hadde vi et svært godt opphold, og hotellets beliggenhet, utsikten og den private stranden gjør at jeg gjerne kunne bodd her igjen. Med litt mer fokus på vedlikehold og mer rimelige priser kunne opplevelsen vært helt i toppklasse.

Ресторан на берегу моря с видом на Этну - великолепен, рыба, морепродукты и вино были отличные. Завтраки очень разнообразные. Персона тоже очень приятный. Лучшее соотношение цена/качество.

Если бы в отеле сделать реновацию, то он стал бы еще лучше, но наверное цена тогда будет выше,

1/5 — ruined our honeymoon. Overpriced, outdated, and not what was advertised. We stayed at Una Hotels Capotaormina for our honeymoon, expecting a luxury experience given the price point. Unfortunately, almost every aspect fell short of what was promised. Rooms: Basic and outdated — no iron only access was to a communal ironing room which was in an awful state of disrepair. Had to negotiate for bottled water. We had the best room which wasn’t a suite and yet the thin walls meant we could hear everything next door from footsteps and movement to suitcases and teeth brushing from neighboring rooms throughout the night. Cleanliness: very outdated in communal areas with Visible stains throughout the seating areas. dirty room balcony that wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Dining: The restaurant quality was so poor it was embarrassing. More liked tinned commodities than what one would expect of such an advertised hotel— far below what a hotel at this rate should offer. The second restaurant was not much better but was not available for evening dining. The only remaining option for food is to travel to Taormina itself. Value: For what we paid, horrendous. we expected an exceptional experience. Instead we got a property that felt misadvertised, neglected and under-maintained. We raised issues during the stay and were given a partial meal refund, but the overall experience — rooms, cleanliness, and food — was never addressed. Not what we expected for a honeymoon, and not worth the price. As with the other negative reviews for this hotel we expect a largely ignored response from management in reply. See photos of our poor experience. - there are amazing hotels in the centre of Taormina instead, please please make sure that you stay at one of those and don’t make the same mistake we did.

Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e l’atmosfera è perfetta per rilassarsi. La spiaggia, raggiungibile attraverso le suggestive grotte, è qualcosa di unico e rende questo posto ancora più speciale. Anche la piscina è meravigliosa, con un panorama mozzafiato. Tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile, facendoci sentire accolti durante tutto il soggiorno. Loved the location….surreal getting left down to beach and walking through the cave to your own private beach and pool area. Absolutely stunning views.

The food was a bit overpriced but expected that being a 4 star hotel

The location and views are genuinely stunning, and the private beach is beautiful. On arrival our luggage was taken straight away, which made for a great first impression. We also appreciated how the staff handled an issue with a neighbouring guest who repeatedly made false noise complaints. Reception were apologetic throughout and kindly upgraded us for our final night, which was a thoughtful gesture.

Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't reflect the price or five-star rating. We weren't shown around or properly introduced to the hotel's unusual layout, and another guest ended up explaining the different levels and facilities better than the staff. The pool area felt overly restrictive. We were chased when leaving to use the bathroom because towels would apparently be removed if left unattended for more than five minutes, and if you ordered food or drinks you had to carry everything yourself back to your sunbed through multiple levels of uneven rocks and slippery tiles, with no offer of assistance. Staff generally came across as unhelpful and lacked local knowledge. Simple questions about Taormina were answered incorrectly, with the solution often being to offer a paid transfer rather than advice. The complimentary shuttle is also poorly explained - nobody tells you it's a walk from the town centre or where to catch it back, and one return journey was overbooked, leaving one of us sitting on what was effectively the fridge compartment rather than a proper seat. On our second night, within five minutes of returning to our room at around 11pm and simply talking, reception called to say the guest next door claimed we'd been "yelling for an hour like animals" - despite us only just arriving back. The neighbour continued making complaints until around 1am, resulting in repeated calls from reception that disturbed our sleep. While the hotel handled it well afterwards, it still made for a frustrating evening. The interiors also feel dated and more like a conference centre than a luxury hotel, with old blue carpets and conference furniture in the corridors. Finally, although the views are spectacular, they're the main focus of the hotel's advertising, and they can't make up for the disappointing service and guest experience. Overall, it simply didn't feel like a luxury five-star stay.

Dieses Hotel bietet alles, was man benötigt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und bietet von (fast) überall einen Blick auf den Ätna. Der Privatstrand, der Poolbereich (beide mit Bars und ausreichend Liegestühlen) sowie das Restaurant „La Grand Bleu” sind traumhaft. Wir mussten zwar einmal das Zimmer wechseln, da das erste nicht unseren Ansprüchen entsprach, aber auch dieses Problem wurde sehr freundlich und umgehend behoben. Das Personal war überall extrem freundlich. Uns war vorher auch nicht bewusst, wie wichtig der kostenlose halbstündige Shuttle-Service nach Taormina sein würde, denn Taxis sind unverschämt teuer (20 Euro für eine fünfminütige Fahrt) und an der Gondel (sechs Euro pro Fahrt) ist oft eine sehr lange Schlange. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder wählen und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten. Das Bett war etwas zu hart für uns und die Mini Bar wurde nicht aufgefüllt.

It’s clean, updated rooms and beautiful small beach and pool.

Inside the hotel needs an update. Maybe a bar or a cafe in the reception area next to the breakfast room to hang out in the afternoon. Because the restaurants and bars are by the pool and ocean which was too hot to hang out at if not using the pool.

Stunning views, but watch out for the extra costs My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in July and had a wonderful time. The Best parts: Spectacular cliffside location between Giardini Naxos and Isola Bella, amazing private beach and pool, and exceptionally helpful staff. The free shuttle to Taormina is also a lifesaver.
