Un accueil extraordinaire dès notre arrivée ! ❤️ Amar est une personne d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle : attentionné, disponible, toujours à l’écoute et soucieux du moindre détail pour faire de votre séjour un moment inoubliable. Ses conseils et ses bonnes adresses nous ont été précieux tout au long de notre séjour. Et quelle surprise en poussant la porte du Riad… WAOUH ! 🤩 Derrière une petite porte discrète se cache un endroit absolument magnifique. Une décoration superbe, beaucoup de charme, des espaces parfaitement aménagés, tout le confort nécessaire et une excellente situation pour découvrir Marrakech. Un immense merci également à Zahra et Fatiha, qui nous ont tellement gâtés ! Des petits-déjeuners spectaculaires, généreux et délicieux, ainsi que de merveilleux dîners marocains préparés avec beaucoup de soin. Nous nous sommes régalés ! 😍 On se sent vraiment accueillis, chouchoutés et presque comme à la maison. Allez-y les yeux fermés ! ❤️ Vous y trouverez tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un magnifique séjour à Marrakech et repartir avec de très beaux souvenirs. Encore un grand merci à Amar, Zahra et Fatiha pour avoir contribué à rendre notre séjour si spécial. 🙏

La decoración de muy bien gusto. Muy confortable, cada detalle cuidado en cada uno de los pisos. Es muy bonito y toda la familia (7) quedó muy cómoda. Amar, un anfitrión muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos dio datos muy útiles. Las señoras del aseo y la comida, un aporte a la comodidad del lugar. Muy rica la preparación de la comida típica.

La llegada al Riad no es muy grata. Es bueno sorprenderse al llegar al alojamiento, pero el entorno si bien era seguro, no es bonito y requiere mantención municipal.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Shabi Kasbah. Everything was wonderful, but what truly made our experience special was the outstanding hospitality. Amar was always available, incredibly welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the riad, which was delicious and a real highlight of our stay. The included airport transfers were also very convenient and made our arrival and departure completely stress-free. Throughout our stay, Amar was always happy to answer our questions and ensure we had everything we needed. We felt truly at home in the riad—it was warm, cosy, and relaxing. A huge thank you to Amar and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Je komt binnen in een oase van rust die erg mooi is ingericht. De gastheer Amar is erg behulpzaam en steeds bereikbaar. Alles was zeer proper. Comfortabele bedden. Veel stopcontacten.

Het huis heeft veel trappen en de kamers zijn vrij smal. Dat is natuurlijk wel normaal voor een riad.

El desayuno muy completo adaptado a nuestras necesidades, todo el personal amable y encantador facilitó mucho nuestra estancia, atentos a cualquier servicio o necesidad que tuviéramos.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Riad Shabi avec notre groupe de 8 personnes. Dès notre arrivée et tout au long du séjour, tout a été parfait. Un immense merci à Amar, notre hôte, qui a été d’une aide précieuse pour l’organisation de notre voyage. Toujours disponible, réactif et de très bon conseil, il a contribué à rendre notre séjour fluide, agréable et sans aucun stress. Son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son sens de l’accueil ont vraiment fait la différence. Nous souhaitons également remercier chaleureusement Sahra, qui s’occupe de la cuisine et de l’entretien du riad. Son couscous est délicieux, préparée avec soin et générosité. Son travail est réalisé avec discrétion et efficacité. Le Riad Shabi est un lieu magnifique, confortable et authentique, idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Grâce à Amar et Sahra, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison tout en profitant d’une expérience marocaine inoubliable. Nous recommandons le Riad Shabi sans la moindre hésitation.

This property was as described. Amar and Quentin were perfect hosts and nothing was an issue. They were both quick to respond to any enquiries we had. The two ladies who cleaned and provided breakfast were delightful and breakfast on the rooftop was a treat. Location was good and a 10 minute walk to the Souks and square. Would definitely recommend.

Only note I would add is that there is building works going on directly opposite the front door. This was not too much of a disruption.

Muy buena experiencia, habitaciones limpias, el casero fue muy amable con nosotros y nos facilitó tanto la estancia como los desplazamientos al aeropuerto. repetiriamos alli sin dudarlo

Solo que la calle esta un poco escondida y hay que ir por un callejón pero para nada da sensación de inseguridad. Además el casero nos recogió en la calle principal y nos llevó personalmente al piso

Amar var en fantastisk värd och så hjälpsam och alltid snabb på att svara på våra frågor. Rummen var jättefina och taktersssen mysig. Det enda vi hade önskat var en lite mer varierad frukost. Annars var allt toppen!

Amar was very friendly and welcoming. The Riad was beautiful and a great location to get about by foot. Breakfast was lovely and very flexible with the timings of this. Would definitely recommend

Amar, our host, was the best host I have ever had. He could not do enough for us. He sent us a catalogue of activities available throughout our stay and was quick to respond and book what we wanted. We felt thoroughly looked after. As a group of 4 women, we were so grateful not to have to worry about airport transfers, it was all taken care of. Amar arranged for a therapist to meet us at the Riad on our first day and we all had the most wonderful pedicures and foot massages when we arrived. A great way to start our holiday! He also booked us into the local Hammam spa which was a fantastic experience and one I would highly recommend. Breakfast was included and was absolutely delicious. One night we decided to stay in and Amar arranged for a home cooked Moroccan feast which was so good and better than any restaurant meal we had .The Riad was beautiful, comfortable and we felt like we had our own personal concierge service. Just amazing and we will return.

Unfortunately throughout our stay there was some building work going on next door and right outside the front door, which was quite loud and intrusive at times. However we knew that this couldn’t have been helped and was just bad timing.

We hebben met een groep vriendinnen een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Riad Shabi in Marrakech. Gastheer Amar verstaat zijn vak als geen ander, wat een gastvrijheid, vriendelijkheid en service! Hij heeft ook leuke tips voor tijdens het verblijf. Ook de dames die voor het ontbijt en desgewenst de lunch en het diner (een aanrader!) zorgden waren heel vriendelijk, er werd goed rekening gehouden met dieetwensen. De kamers met badkamers zijn luxe en heel comfortabel. Het dakterras is als een oase in de levendige stad. Dank je wel!

Wat een parel zeg! Kan iedereen echt aanraden om hier te verblijven. Alles heel hygiënisch, heel ruim, veel badkamers en een uitstekende service van Amar! Altijd bereikbaar en bereid om je te helpen, ook als je iets buiten de accommodatie om nodig had!

Tout était parfait. Amar est un hôte de qualité, toujours disponible il a eu à coeur de nous faciliter l’organisation de nos vacances. Je recommande chaleureusement

Ce Riad est très bien situé, magnifique et notre hôte a été d’une disponibilité permanente. Les services associés (navette aéroport, cuisine sur place, nettoyage des chambres, recommandations d’activité, …) sont également au top ! Enfin, la gentillesse de notre hôte et de son personnel à été un réel plaisir !

Tutto, Riad pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Vicino al centro e alle maggiori attrazioni della città.Abbiamo usufruito dell'ottima cena e della ricca colazione preparate con attenzione in una magnifica terrazza. Ci hanno coccolato e fatto sentire a casa. Un plauso speciale ad Amar che ci ha seguito passo passo nella nostra esperienza a Marrakech, gentile e sorridente è stato il nostro angelo custode. Difficilmente abbiamo trovato un host così veramente complimenti! Torneremo sicuramente a Marrakech e sicuramente in questo Riad. Grazie ancora

EVERYTHING! The riad was amazing. The breakfast on the roof every morning was super good. The two ladies did an amazing job keeping the place clean and homely. Amar was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed at all times and beyond. The place looked exactly like the pictures and even exceeded our expectations!! They captured the traditional interior perfectly without losing out on modern comfort. Insha’Allah we will return.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Le Riad était magnifiquement décoré, très confortable et très bien situé. Amar a été extrêmement serviable et de bon conseil pour des restaurants et des visites. Il nous a trouvé des solutions pour des transports en mini vans à un bon prix avec un chauffeur top et arrangeant. Les petits déjeuners et le dîner préparés par la cuisinière Zahra étaient très bons. C’était vraiment très agréable d’avoir ce service sur place. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour au Riad Shabi. L'accueil et les services exceptionnels. Nous avons adoré la décoration et le confort. Propreté irréprochable. Les repas et petits déjeuners excellents. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

De tudo: Localização, espaço, a decoração, conforto, a disponibilidade do anfitrião e do staff. Fomos muito bem acolhidos pelo Amar, que foi incansável e nos recebeu de forma exemplar. Tivéssemos oportunidade de saborear duas refeições caseiras deliciosas, no terraço maravilhoso do Riad.

Such a beautiful place! Every room has its own character. We loved the little pool with the cold water where we jumped after our long walks in the heat. Breakfast was served on the terrace and it was cooked every morning on the spot. We wanted to feel the vibe of the Medina and the location was perfect for that. The hosts went the extra mile to help us in any question or need we had. The kids loved it - and the adults too. Thank you!
