Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Location was great near the Aspernstrasse UBahn and bus stops. Lots of storage in the apartment if one is staying for a lengthy time. Kitchen was well stocked (except no simple amenities like salt/pepper/tea/coffee.) and a dishwasher is nice. Shower is nice but if you use the "Rain Head" it sprays all over and gets the entire floor wet!
It was very hot while we were there (no A/C which I did not realize.). There were two fans in the apt, but one in the bedroom was broken - no blades! Host said no more fans were available! It was 28-29 C/82-84 F each night! Quite uncomfortable! The bottle of shower soap was 1/4 full; barely enough for two people for 5 days. There was black mold in the shower track, and toilet smelled of urine! The website stated a "washer in every apartment" but there was none in ours (unit 9) requiring us to use off-site laundry. We are seniors & have traveled extensively; we don't need "extravagant" but do expect "nice". "Garden view" out the patio was a joke; all we saw was an empty lot with trash. TV language was Polish with no instructions on how to change. All this was communicated to the host, and I even asked for a partial refund, which was denied. Needless to say, we will probably not stay there again on our next trip to Vienna. (I tried to upload photos of all this, but this site kept saying "error").

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Зручне місце розташований, зовсім близько до метро і до центру міста можна доїхати за пів години. Є паркінг поруч з будинком, відносно недалеко супермаркет. Самі апартаменти достатньо просторі, є кухня з необхідними інвентарем. Легка інструкція по заселенню.
Апартаменти були не дуже чисті, брудний холодильник, на меблях бруд. WiFi не працював. На людину по 1 рушнику. Окремо рушника для ніг не було. У ванній кімнаті не завадив би ще один коврик, оскільки після прийняття душу достатньо слизько. Постіль сумнівної якості, місцями протерта чи в дірках. Самі матраци на ліжках не дуже зручні.

No AC, during the night time it was 31 degrees inside the apartment, the owner provided 2 fans but still couldn’t make a difference in that heat, the bad sheets were dirty and smelly, although in the booking confirmation the silent hours were between 20:00-06:00 the rest of the neighbours were really loud

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Dzīvoklis atrodas klusā rajonā, pastaigas attālumā ir veikals, kafejnīcas. Moderns dzīvoklis ar balkonu. Tā kā izmantojām šo dzīvokli nakšņošanai pa ceļam uz savu galamērķi, tas pilnībā atbilda mūsu vajadzībām. Auto, iepriekš piesakot, ir iespējams noparkot pazemes stāvvietā nedaudz tālāk no dzīvokļa. Tā kā mūsu ceļojuma laikā Austrijā bija karstuma vilnis, dzīvoklī bija ļoti karsti, bet ventilatori un tumšās logu žalūzijas mazliet palīdzēja cīnīties ar karstumu.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Lokal służył jako nocny odpoczynek w trasie i pod tym kątem sprawdza się na 💯 Dobra lokalizacja, spokojna dzielnica. W zasięgu 10min na pieszo jest stacja metro, przystanek autobusowy, supermarket BILLA, stacja paliw. W apartamencie było czysto i przyjemnie. W łazience było 2szt nowych żeli pod prysznic. Na balkonie można palić, popielniczka była. Kody na wejście działają bez problemu.
Nie działający czajnik elektryczny. Brak kapsułek do ekspresu do kawy, z reguły powinny być, chociaż 2-3szt.

Bei der Ankunft habe ich festgestellt, dass die Fenster sehr dreckig waren sowohl von innen als von außen. Die Dusche hat sehr stark gestunken, und der Boden war dreckig. Der Wasserhahn war kaputt. In der Dusche waren an den Fugen Schimmelspuren.

Wir haben uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden, weil ein kostenloser Parkplatz angeboten wurde und dieser für uns ein wichtiges Buchungskriterium war. Leider waren die Parkplätze während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts belegt. Auf unseren Hinweis sollten wir lediglich Fotos schicken – passiert ist nichts. Uns wurde gesagt, wir dürften vor dem Gebäude parken. Dafür erhielten wir jedoch einen Strafzettel, auf den der Vermieter trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht reagierte. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Mülleimer im Badezimmer noch mit Hygieneartikeln der Vormieter überfüllt. Zudem gab es zahlreiche Mängel: Die Spülmaschine war defekt, die Küchenarmatur lose und nach jedem Duschen stand das Badezimmer unter Wasser, da kein Duschabzieher vorhanden war – obwohl der Vermieter in früheren Bewertungen angekündigt hatte, dieses Problem zu beheben. Der Badeteppich war extrem unhygienisch und man musste immer aufpassen, nicht auszurutschen. In der Wohnung herrschten etwa 29/30 °C, der große Ventilator war jedoch defekt, sodass an guten Schlaf nicht zu denken war (ein kleinerer war extrem verdreckt und staubig). Die Fenster waren innen und außen stark verschmutzt, außerdem fehlten viele selbstverständliche Dinge wie Besen, Kehrschaufel und Küchenutensilien. Der Vermieter reagierte nur sporadisch und ignorierte die wichtigsten Probleme. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass berechtigte Beschwerden nicht ernst genommen werden. Schade, denn viele der Mängel wären mit wenig Aufwand zu beheben gewesen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns deshalb nicht gestimmt. Zumindest wäre die Rückerstattung des Bussgeldes eine schöne Geste, aber wir bekommen keine Antwort mehr.

Отсутствие своей частной парковки на большее количество машин. Есть вероятность отсутствия места при большем количестве жильцов.

The cleanliness left something to be desired, in a hotel environment I would appreciate white sheets, here they were gray and gave a feeling of dirt, the sheets were small and did not cover the bed, the windows of the apartment had layers of dust and had not been cleaned for months... with the exception of these I would say it was worth the price

Die große Matratze im Wohnbereich war durchgelegen und das Bettlaken war löchrig und nicht sauber. Haben den Besitzer angeschrieben, doch es wurde leider nichts unternommen. Im Schlafzimmer hatten wir eine Kakelake 🥴. Der Herd war nicht sauber. Wir waren dort zu dritt und können diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiter empfehlen . Einmal und nicht wieder!

Reviewed May 18, 2026La posizione, sebbene nella periferia di Vienna era ottima. A 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la metropolitana. L'appartamento è molto bello e in stile modern. La cucina era bella ed equipaggiata. Abbiamo cucinato. L'acqua è chiaramente potabile e ha un buon sapore, mentre in altre zone di Vienna ha un sapore chimico.
Manca un tappetto per quando si esce dalla doccia. Un cuscino puzzava e mancava una scopa e un spray per pulire. C'era solo uno scopino con la paletta che fa venire il mal di schiena! C'è a disposizione una macchinetta del caffè "De Longhi" che funzionerebbe con le cialde! E' chiedere tanto offrire qualche cialda? Le ho comprate a 5 euro (10 cialde) della catena Billa. In Italia noi regaliamo sempre un caffè al giorno. Consiglio di provvedere visto che i giorni festivi c'è quasi tutto chiuso.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Výborná lokalita pro cestování po Vídni a jejich památkách. 5 minut od metra a nákupních možností. Bezplatné parkování před domem. Klidná lokalita. Byt byl čistý, uklizený. Spí se ne manželské postely, a druhé vyklápěcí posteli v obýváku.
Bohužel v koupelně na stropě byla plíseň a nádobí při příjezdu nebylo pořádně umyté.

Parkování zdarma nebylo při příjezdu volné a ubytovatel to odmítal řešit. Před domem jsou jen dvě parkovací místa a může tam zaparkovat kdokoliv. Na zprávy hostitel reagoval za dlouhou dobu. Telefon po 21h nikdo nezvedl. V apartmánu jsou jen 3 židle, přestože je pro 5 osob, málo příborů a hrnků.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Modern clean apartment in a quiet residential area, close to shops, restaurants and transport links into central Vienna. Parking was free which was a real bonus. It was easy to collect the keys and the host was very helpful and remained at our disposal throughout our stay there.

We didn’t have a very good impression of the room. Upon entering, we were greeted by a strong, unpleasant smell that didn’t go away even with the windows open. The bedding clearly doesn’t fit the stated size and does not look new. For the fifth guest, we were given bed linen with holes in sheet. There wasn’t a single hook in the bathroom. The windows were dirty. And the frying pan should have been replaced a long time ago.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Wir haben dieses Appartment ausgewählt weil es mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen wirbt. Obwohl die Lage nicht wirklich gut ist für einen Wien besuch. Diesen haben wir vorher auch über Booking und Whats App reserviert. Auf beiden haben wir eine Bestätigung bekommen. Als wir ankammen war kein Parkplatz frei. Daher haben wir an der Straße geparkt. Wo weder ein Schild noch ein Parkautomat war. Wir haben einen Strafzettel von 50 Euro bekommen. Die Eigentümer haben nicht auf unsere Anfragen bezüglich des reservierten Parkplatzes reagiert. Wir haben einfach keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Auch auf die bitte danach die Strafe zu bezahlen bekommen wir einfach keine Antwort. Die Fenster waren auch von innen total verschmutzt genau wie der Ofen und die Herdplatte. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist kaputt, fällt ab. Leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

В квартире очень грязно, окна, все мебельные фасады по ощущениям никогда не мыли. В ванной комнате на потолке плесень. Санитарные службы ужаснулись бы от данной картины. Мы ночевали втроем. Кровать в большой комнате была ужасно неудобной и скрипучей. Я боялась её сломать. Полотенца воняли. Стены требуют срочного ремонта! Сковородки уже испорчены и не подлежат использованию. Паркинг представляет из себя 1,5 парковочное место около входа в подъезд.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Die Kommunikation erfolgte ausschließlich schriftlich, eine telefonische Erreichbarkeit war nicht gegeben. Kurz vor dem Check-in wurde das ursprünglich gebuchte Apartment ohne weitere Abstimmung umgebucht, was ich als unglücklich empfunden habe. Der Zustand des Zimmers war leider enttäuschend. Es wirkte nur oberflächlich gereinigt, der Mülleimer war bei Ankunft nicht entleert und im Badezimmer lag ein unangenehmer Uringeruch in der Luft.
