The room was clean. There was specious kitchen and also some free pasta rice etc. options available with the necessary spices. It was good if you want to cook your own meal.

A packet of tissue could be provided. It's a bonus thing. But would have felt nice to have that.

Super relaxed, clean and cozy. I felt completely at home. Also great help when I needed to park my car, even though it was already late.

Toaletten var inte så väl städat , badrummet var jätte smutsig på kanten av väggarna vid duschen. Såg inte alls fräsh ut, tack och lov stannade vi bara där en natt. Rummet såg inte alls som det visas på annonsen. I rummet så var mattan även smutsig. Däremot så var rummet helt ok bortsett från detta. Att göra check in lite tidigare, kan du glömm de till och med svarar inte på dina önskemål och svarar endast när du väl chekat in När jag kom var dem okunniga att göra check in vilket gjorde att jag hade hamnat i ett till problem i onödan. Städerskan luktade på alkohol. Tyvärr jag var besviken , dem har stora möjlighet att göra vistelsen på hotellet mycket bättre.

Seemed like my room had been double booked. Someone opened my key safe and tried to get in on my first evening.

The staff helped me switch to a very quiet room after some issues with a noisy neighbour. The common areas and facilities were nice. While it's a point of confusion to other reviewers, I appreciated the WhatsApp mode of communication to the hotel manager.

The initial room I was in was very noisy, both because it was near the main door, but also a permanent-resident neighbour blasted his TV throughout the day and night. Also, the nearby toilet and bathroom was out of order for much of my stay.

There is no breakfast.

There was no a normal (real) window of the room. Only a little one. There was no lighting on the ceiling of the room (overhead lighting). The shower in the communal bathroom was broken and held together with mouse tail-type ties. In a room for two people, there was only one large and one small towel instead of at least one of each type.

How close it was too the metro and stores.

THE SMELLING, it smells horrible. There are a couple of old men living there the hold year and smells actually like that like old person. The people who lives there all year are nice but kinda wierda cause they want you to act like in their house used to be, everyone sleeping at 22.00, all dishes place where they want, not using shoes inside the hotel... It's weird. And overall it's not a hotel, it's a hostel.

Väldigt smidig check-in. Generellt hyfsat fräscht i rum och gemensamma utrymmen. Bra läge för vårt behov denna gång.

Boendet var ju som en hybrid av hotell och vandrarhem utan frukostrestaurang men tillgång till kök. Köket var å ena sidan rätt fräscht och välordnat med kylskåpsförvaring t ex. Men - det var olidligt varmt i köket och alldeles för få sittplatser och arbetsytorna var också väldigt få/små (de flesta gäster var flexibla och vänliga medan andra var direkt otrevliga som en konsekvens av den knappa ytan!) Det var också stor konkurrens om bestick och koppar och fräscha torkhandukar hade varit toppen!

Fräscht och prisvärt!

Lite otydligt var man skulle gå in, men kan också berott på att vi var väldigt trötta... Sen var det lite konstigt med heltäckningsmatta i rummet utan att det fanns någonstans att ställa blöta smutsiga skor, vi löste det med att ställa skorna på torkypapper som vi hade med själva men ett skoställ eller liknande hade känts bättre.

Good value for money, easy and flexible check-in, nice and spacious kitchen, calm neighborhood and hotel, no queues to the showers/bathrooms.

We couldn't get a hold of the staff, no one was there and they never replied to our Whatsapp messages. The bed was way too soft for my liking. There was a not so pleasant odor near the laundry room. Showers had empty bottles of body wash and shampoo.

The place is good and well located, just 20-30 mins away from central Stockholm. The kitchen/dining room is good.

I reduce my rating because the late check in was confusing. I received three different messages with three different rooms so at the beginning it took a while to find mine and I even got into an occupied room...

Fönstren gick inte att öppna i hettan. Duscharna lite ostädade.

The location is amazing, I liked the easy check in/out, and the facilities in the kitchen.

The door didn't fit in the frame, there was big gap where light and noise came in.( I have stayed in this hostel before, the other rooms were fine. ) The toilet paper was only filled up around 11 in the morning and the shower was broken.

Trevlig, stöttande personal. Privat, säker parkering för extra kostnad. Bra med plats i köket. Lågt pris.

Luktade blöt hund i stora delar av lokalen. Sängkläderna var inte rena.

La zona comune è molto carina con divani e prese delle corrente, posizione ottima a due minuti dalla metro, intorno ci sono negozietti e un supermercato.

La stanza emanava odore acre, solo dopo aver avvisato la reception (mi hanno fornito uno spray deodorante) sono stato meglio. Era da fare prima Zone bagno e cucina secondo me andrebbero tenute pulite un po' meglio

Of course the price is good because I'm on a tight budget but also I had been staying in hostels (where everyone seems to snore) and having a room of my own was a welcome relief. Was pleasantly surprised by the totally friendly staff who made my stay exceptional. Plus it is located near a forest park for hiking -- and the metro makes it easy to go into Stockholm for touristic stuff. This place is a real find. And there is an excellent Thai restaurant a few blocks away, Chow Thai.

The bedding with the body fluid of the previous occupant was not cleaned, the carpet was so dirty, all the rooms share public bathrooms.

Min farsa blev av med plånboken på toa. Dom har kameror men ingen respons om dom kolla upp vem som tog den, ingen info alls, fy fan besviken

It was a very pleasant stay. The toilets and the kitchen were clean. There were no problems with overcrowding or so, the was no line, the toilets were almost always free. In the kitchen you could find all the things that you need for cooking. The room was small, but cozy. The bed was very comfortable. There were a lot of cameras, so I guess the hotel is monitored 24/7, so you feel pretty safe there.

My room was near the lounge area and sometimes random people (not guest, I guess) were sleeping there. It was strange and a little bit creepy

It wasn’t clear that our private bathroom wasn’t attached to our room. So much security, felt kind of creepy with all of the cameras.

Clean, close to metro, quiet, helpful staff(once met). If they added a sign or update the video about entrance, I would have no complaints.

Wrong access code for front entrance(there is one entrance on the side of building and one in front). Slow response in Whatsapp. They did upgrade us to a better room so thats a +.

Mysigt rum, enkelt och prisvärt. Bra att man kunde laga sin egen mat. Nära till tunnelbanan, enkelt att ta sig till centrum.

Lite knepigt att hitta parkering.

Престоят ми беше чудесен. Лесно за намиране благодарение на точните инструкции, само на крачки от метрото. Пристигнах в 1 през нощта и се настаних без проблем. Удобно легло, чиста и достъпна обща баня, голяма кухня и отлична локация с магазини и заведения наблизо. Чисто, спокойно и удобно – бих отседнал отново.

Hotel City Living met our needs for price and proximity to mass transit. It was quiet place to sleep after busy days in Stockholm.

We had difficulty connecting with a person about needs that we had. It took several hours to connect via What's App. Once we connected electronically our needs were met. A human in the office could have helped our situation. The beds were too soft. A medium/firm bed would have been great support after long days. Next time I would look for accommodations closer to the city center.

Lukten det luktade surt eller nån konstig lukt i både rum och hela korridoren . Obehagliga flugor på toaletten och rätt skitigt i köket. Eluttaget saknade doslock och det uttaget var nog paj taklampan fungerade inte så man hade ställt in en golvlampa å satt in skarvsladd ist för att laga elen.

The was a musty smell in the building and the room, it also smelled like dog, someone had 2 big dogs, and they smelled and barked. It was 22 minutes from the city centre.

i had reservation , that i have paid. i recieved sms about cancellation. BUT, Hotel City Living just just raised the price. i can make a new reservation, but for 597 pln .(it was 429 pln)

Att instruktionerna på toaletterna var enbart på engelska

Pro: located in a quiet neighborhood close to a Metro station. It is comparatively cheap for Stockholm. Con: Surveillance cameras everywhere and prohibitions, you feel like you're being watched all the time and simply not very welcome. What really oversells this is calling it a hotel. You kind of expect something like the Citybox hotels, but it's not near that. It is a hostel. If you compare it to the gold standard in the class, such as the Slottsskogen hostel in Gothenburg, it still has a bit to go to get to that standard.

Algunas camas tenían dos colchones para que fuesen más cómodas. Había bastantes baños. Estaba limpio y la cocina súper grande

Rummet var rent och välstädat, bra luft sov gott på natten.

Skitigt och snuskigt på badrummen och på toaletten Hade bokat parkering men vid ankomst fantes ingen parkering och personalen var inte tillgänglig. Personalen svarade ohörbart på en usel telefonlinje med mycket bråk i bakgrunden, var ej behjälplig

Lugnt i korridoren, välstädade toaletter, problemfri incheckning.

Rummet luktade urin, kissfläckar på bäddmadrassen, taklampan ur funktion, väggkontakter saknade plasthölje.

Det här är inget hotell. Det är ett vandrarhem. Var god ta bort det ur er sortering för "hotell" via er hemsida så fler kunder inte råkar ut för samma misstag som jag gjorde.

Äckligt, lyhört, ingen service, ingen säkerhet (mitt lås föll av dörren). Gemensamma toaletter och dusch utan hygien. Dessutom stopp i avlopp.

Bara dåligt! Duschen/toan var äcklig!
