InnTowne Motel II

The room itself definitely exceeded our expectations that weren't very high, given it's a motel; everything in the room looked pretty new, like it was just renovated. There was a small refrigerator in the room, which was nice, and the bathroom was also very clean. There are lots of parking spaces, so you don't need to worry about looking for a spot.

The only negative aspect of the stay here was that the motel is right by the main road, and while the traffic wasn't too bad, it wasn't exactly quiet, and the view we had was of the cars passing by.

No breakfast available. Location is on a very busy road with heavy transport trucks at all hours. Room faces that road. Very noisy road traffic. The room was very clean; bedding & towels well prepared and available. Seemed recently updated and quite well done. Some kitchenette items available, however I did not use any and did not determine their cleanliness. Did not use the TV, so no comments.

No facial tissue provided. Cups/mugs were placed without any indication of cleanliness - no sealed wrappers. Washroom sink was plugged at the drain; I took apart and cleared so that it worked. Only very bold coffee was provided. No instructions on how to use or fill machine. No night light. No lighting available without getting up from the bed. No telephone to contact the office. No body soap provided; only mixed hair soap & conditioner. No place to put those items in shower. Back yard view was abysmal, which reduced the pleasantness of the room inside.

The room was better equipped and more comfortable than expected, and it was clean. We found the owners very helpful and the location felt very safe.

It is a very comfortable clean and modern motel. We have stayed here twice and would stay here every time when in Hope.

The shower is a death trap. Slippery floor, no soap dish, no grab bar. Floor was so slippery. The shower water controls are not clearly marked and way too complicated for a simple shower head.

There was no breakfast. One coffee cup only, no tea , no breakfast the facility plumbing was cheap, the facilities, sinks way too small. Did not trust the shower. the bed mattress was 4/10.

Bathroom sink and kitchen sinks are too small

I'm really unhappy that somebody cares so little about the patrons to give them a room that isn't even plumbed for hot water. I'm not talking about it running out of hot water, it had no hot water plumbed to the room, there wasnt even a hot water tap in the shower-ice cold Hope BC shower. I've travelled all over the world, and this is the first time I've ever had a room with NO HOT WATER.

Though unassuming in appearance, this motel delights with its cleanliness room and warm hospitality. The beautiful mountain and river scenery is another compelling reason to stay for a night or two. 外表不起眼的motel，给人的惊喜是房间的整洁和暖心的服务。周围山峦和河流的环境也是愿意让你停留一两晚的理由。

The lady at reception was odd and not very welcoming….Barely spoke and when she did it was only payment related. I ran a bed and breakfast for years and repeat business relies on making customers feel welcome and wanted. We did not feel welcomed. When we were getting ready to leave in the morning I left our door open to let some fresh air in. This lady then walked past and stared inside at our belongings as she passed….as if to check to see if we were going to be much longer. No “good morning, no “how are you”. Honestly it was rude and creepy, it weirded me and my partner out. Lo As I was leaving we passed in the corridor, I said “thank you” She barely nodded back at me. I would also add that my partner overheard her knocking on someone’s door 5 minutes before checkout and she told them “You have 5 minutes to leave. Absolutely ridiculous they didn’t give the other guest until at least checkout time which was 11am…they still had a few minutes. She needs lessons in hospitality. Other than that I would say the mattress is extremely soft and not supportive so not great if you have back issues.

Good location off the highway, easy to find. Updated interior. It was a mini suite, everything you needed for a long term stay, even though we were there only one night.

Excellent stay! I was especially impressed by the beautiful renovation. It’s clear the owner invested in professional interior design and allowed the designer to create something truly special. The result is a stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed room that feels much more like a boutique hotel than a typical motel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Looks brand new. Feels like a luxurious hotel when inside. Very spacious, super comfortable, table w/ comfy chairs, mountain views, outside deck & super clean & modern. Bathroom is spectacular. Very modern. The shower is exceptional w/ 3 different shower heads. I want one in my bathroom! Will definitely stay again on our way through Hope.

The room had not been cleaned properly, the floor was dirty. There was dust and hairs on the floor and in the shower plus bathroom sink and on the sheets. We were offered another room but it was the same problem there.

Booked InnTownne11 but gave us old room and charged more than quoted. Spiders and bugs in the room! Coffee cups were dirty and stained! Bed was soft and uncomfortable!

The room was spacious and very clean with many nice upgrades. The bed was very comfortable.

There was some noise from the road, but the air conditioner was loud enough to drown most of that out. 😉

We booked the II (the newer building with more modern rooms) but it’s unclear if we received it.

I highly recommend staying in the new building for a comfortable and seamless visit. The room itself is incredibly comfortable, beautifully designed, and everything functions perfectly. The shower is also a standout feature. Additionally, the location is very convenient. Everything in Hope is close by, and you can easily walk to the central square and local restaurants within 10 minutes.

There was someone's clothes in the bedside table drawer The appliances were obviously not wiped at all. The hair dryer only blows cold air. One of the staff walked into the room right after knocking on the door without our permission in the early morning and he just ran away. There was hair in the shower room sink. The window was left unlocked. Because of a silly mistake by the staff, the value of the hotel, especially the newly renovated interior, has been diminished.

The property is clean and tidy.

Due to its property location being so close to the highway, lots of noises can be heard if you have your windows opened.

Just an overnight for us at the end of a holiday. The room was very clean, very comfortable bed, great shower and reasonabley priced. Exactly waht we needed for just pausing our trip, sleeping and moving on.

It took some time for the water to get hot, but was great once it reached temperature.
