Good access, location.

I paid to get a king suite with spa bath. The water was tepid warm. Killed the whole idea of having a hot spa soak. I could have paid $50 less for a regular room.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, nette Anlage etwas weg vom Highway gelegen., ruhig. Typischer Motel- Charme. Sehr bequeme Betten. Riesige Zimmer, viel Platz. Faires Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wer nicht zu viel Luxus erwartet. Ist da gut ausgehoben.

Bei uns im Zimmer war der Kühlschrank leider laut. Die Küchenzeile ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Geschirr war nicht sehr sauber. Wir haben lieber woanders gefrühstückt.

It had the most comfortable beds and pillows of all of the motels that I stayed in on this trip. For a budges Motel, it exceeded expectations.

Chambre très spacieuse avec un lit géant (super appréciable), il y avait une table avec 2 chaises, une cheminée, une clim, une petite kitchenette, et une douche avec un jacuzzi (super! Mais long à se remplir). Nous avons pu séjourner avec notre petit chien (supplément tarifaire), merci ! Hôtel bien placé dans Hope, à 10min à pieds de downtown.

Nous avions 3 plaques de cuisson différentes, on ne savait pas laquelle fonctionnait et lesquelles non. Le frigo était un peu petit. Il y avait quelques poils au sol de la salle de bain à notre arrivée et quelques toiles d'araignées aux fenêtres, mais le reste était propre. Nous avions oublié un jouet en plastique de notre chien, quand on est revenu le chercher à 14h le jour du départ, le personnel du ménage l'avait jeté à la poubelle au lieu de le signaler à la direction...

Conveniently located. Quiet. Had a convenient area nearby to take oyr dogs.

The TV constantly shut down, so no TV. Old equipment so no way to set up our own HDMI to watch from our own devices. Said there was internet but it was so slow it was basically non existent which required us to out to find internet in order to get work done. One tiny garbage can in the room. Chairs were stained. Old and cramped kitchen area that had an old dirty fridge in it, although a modern one was provided. The whole room seemed tired and in need of updating. It did just not have a feeling of overall clean. It was the same price as Inn at the Mountain, which had much more value for the price. Very disappointing. Friendly staff though.

Comfortable beds

We had a late check-in and didn't have any towels in our rooms. We stayed in their suite as we had 4 adults and a young child. The 6 bedrooms were fine but the 3 bathrooms were misleading as not 1 had a tub for our child. 1 bathroom was only a sink and toilet, 1 was a shower and sink but no toilet and the third was a shower sink and toilet. One of the showers wouldn't drain at all. When we went to make coffee, there was no sugar and only a couple coffee mate packets and the coffee pot had an extremely moldy filter full of old coffee grounds in it. The staff member working got us towels, coffee supplies and a new coffee pot at my insistence.

Room was nice and clean. Beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony and window. Staff is really nice.

Spacious room.

Rooms are a bit dated but comfy as you could ask for. And you cant beat the location !!!!!! Great staff, great spot. Will MOST definitely be staying there again on our way through Hope. Cheers team.

Fix the minor cosmetic issues , we didn't really care but I was a little concerned that we might get charged for damages.

Very large unit with kitchenette. Clean. Comfortable beds. Large clean bathroom with fluffy towels. Quiet area & easy access. Wonderfully pleasant and helpful staff. Love the fireplace!!

We couldn’t stay there because it was not a pet friendly place. However, the staff was so amazing and understanding treated us with professionalism. Highly recommend very clean very nice place

I had a warm and friendly greeting while checking in, and that really helps make an overall impression of the property.

Not a complaint, but I could see some upgrades and some dated areas of the room.

it was quiet and Clean,the staff came to see if we needed anything and if everything was ok.There wasn't any traffic sounds after 10 pm and we slept well.beds were so comfortable.We would recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Hope.

Close to things , quirky older motel, friendly helpful staff. Good places to walk the dog , beautiful landscaping with hidden surprises like rock seating circles, quirky sculptures, english gardens stuck here and there.And a prize climbing rose garden in the making.

The older units are a hodgepodge of "handimans specials" fixits in the bathroom and the kitchen . They have been upgraded but the old stuff is still there hanging on. The handiman fixes things but hes not very neat. There is glue smeared liberally on a lot of things like the fridge handle, but the linen is spotless and the beds are firm. They are a family business I think doing their best to upgrade.

We were upgraded to a King room for no charge. Room was small but everything was new and modern. Super clean.

I signed in was told I had made 2 reservations . I asked the clerk to cancel it . He said he could not. I’m totally disappointed overall. Your 4 star rating obviously overrated. I expect a response from Trivago. If I don’t hear from you . I will keep commenting on Social media. Thanks.

I loved staying here. A few of us had rooms here. The new rooms are beautiful and is say 5/5. We stayed in the older room, not a five star but it was great. I liked having a little kitchenette it was helpful. I liked that it was pet friendly, and many areas to walk to dog. Front counter check in was pleasant and welcoming. In the morning, I saw there cleaning crew and they were friendly and nice. My bed was comfortable and everything was clean. I'll return next time I'm needing to stay in Hope. I was satisfied with my stay. Thank you!

Our room #114 is a newly remodeled unit and has many bonus additions. For example in the bathroom the mirror lights up when you touch it, and there is a feature to defog the mirror when you shower. The shower itself is outstanding with 2 shower heads and an effluent hand held device. Kitchenette, toaster, Coffee maker, and dishes if you need them. A large microwave. The extra shelf under the TV gives more space to spread out. And the long desk allows for multiple devices. Between the 2 queen beds are 2 USB chargers both A and C as well as 2 electrical outlets. A easy chair to relax in was a little low but comfortable. The only comment I would make is the bathroom could use a few more towel racks and possibly a grab bar to hang onto as you exit the shower. Another very good feature for people getting up in the night to the bathroom is the softly lit light under the sink to provide a small amount of light but not so bright as to wake you up. Great feature. AC and heater easy to use. Parking was easy and free. The multi-directional lights at the head of the beds allowed one person to illuminate their reading material and the other person could sleep without a light keeping them awake. Our Room was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend this room to any travellers.

We will plan to stay here again. The room we were in was set up for crew use. The beds were comfortable and had good quality sheets. It is older and well maintained. The staff member who checked us in and out was very efficient and welcoming. It had a good fridge, electric kettle and 4 cup coffee maker. It also had a 2 burner hot plate and toaster that we did not use.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well organized. It even included a microwave. The bed was nice but a little too soft. The room could use an extra mirror.

There was a cracked glass counter top in our room which could have been dangerous and we were concerned we might get charged for damage that was already there. Also they surcharged $20 for the dog which was not evident on the expedia booking. The shower curtain was too long and of fabric and would get stepped on if we werent careful. Otherwise we had a comfortable night.

The front desk young man was very nice and professional. The room was great, although the location of the bathroom sink right next to the kitchenette sink was weird. The pillows were very flat, we could have used a couple more to make a more comfortable sleep.

Great stay, good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to from the highway and not far from downtown amenities, restauants etc. Love that our dog was able to stay here with us! We'd consider staying here again.

Only negative is that the room had quite a strong musty/smoke smell. Not sure if the room currently or previously allowed smoking, or if it was from pets, but it was very strong when you first enter. We did eventually get used to it after being in the room for a bit.

This motel is the best motel we have ever experienced! The unit is brand new, modern and beautiful! Having a kitchenette is so nice for a break from restaurants when on a long road trip. The beds are super comfortable! The bathroom is very modern with a vessel sink and rain head shower! The young man that checked us in is the owner and was very willing to make our 2 day stay comfortable ! The price was very reasonable and about the same as others in the area. I highly recommend this motel!!

Clean. most important. A bare bones room that has been upgraded . Spartan but perfect for a couple of nights. a little noisy by Highway if that bothers you. Bare bones. parking is not of a cluster bout I'm just not picking.

Centrally located, beautiful surroundings.

The "new updated room" had had a leak from above room and the damage was not repaired yet! There were no towel bars in the bath room to hang towels to dry. No shelves or soap dish in the shower and the GFIC plug kept tripping!

Location was great, accommodating staff. Unit was in disrepair. We had kids with us. Unsafe broken windows and class cutting surface. Rooms not clean, visibly dirty around beds and in the sinks. Not fault of the motel, but our neighbours were up until early hours of the morning and we could hear them through the wall.

The linens and towels were great.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We wiped up some spilt water off the floor and the towel was black after, so many fruit flies in the bathroom

It had a lot of stairs to get to the room. I suggest having the option to choose ground floor. The fridge needed defrosting so wasn’t working very well. It was ok for one night.

My wife and I chose HOPE for our honeymoon after 24 years of marriage and stayed at the Inn Tower Motel. It was an excellent experience. When the staff learned that we were on our honeymoon, they prepared a wonderful surprise for us in our room. The accommodations were fantastic—super clean, well-organized, and well-equipped. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was wonderful. The motel staff were very polite and always willing to help. We have only fond memories of our time here.

Despite the exterior of the hotel, the rooms were quite nice. Clean, comfortable and modern/updated. There was a small kitchenette with microwave, Keurig, fridge and hotplate plus cooking utensils. The beds were very comfy. Bathroom was clean, bright with very modern accessories. The shower was fabulous - spacious, glass doors and a multi head shower - rainhead, and two handhelds. Towels were of a very good quality. Too bad the toilet paper wasn’t! A couple of negatives - the noise from the road beside - although it wasn’t too bad; no elevator; and the train that went by at 4am! I would like to suggest to management to put a couple of hooks in bathroom for towels, a shelf for toiletries and a shelf in shower to hold shampoo & soap. Overall it was a very nice motel and I’d probably return.

We stay in Hope a couple times a year, never stay here before and it was a nice surprise. Staff was very kind, and the room at a make over and it was clean and updated.

Decent value, but not clean There didn’t seem to be any proper cleaning done before our arrival - the toilet, mirror, faucet, floors etc. were all dirty. Only the towels and bedding appeared clean. The layout was also inconvenient and odd, with the bathroom sink, mirror, and hair dryer located in the kitchen area. It’s okay for just a night of sleep, but not more than that.

I stayed here for one night and it was exactly what I expected it to be. I was helped kindly and the staff made sure I knew where to find my room and had everything I needed. The room was quiet and clean, perfect for what I needed
