Reviewed Jan 4, 2025it exceeded my expectations, I have stayed in more than 100 different places in Phnom Phen, but this apartment is without a doubt the best place to stay. The apartment is beautiful and clean, everything you need for cooking is available. A beautiful view of the Mekong River and the city from the rooftop pool
