Reviewed Sep 4, 2026La camera tripla era spaziosa e pulitissima, con AC ben funzionante e frigo. Pur non essendo una struttura lussuosa, è estremamente curata e funzionale. Il personale parlava benissimo inglese ed è sempre stato cortese e disponibile. La posizione è ottima, a pochi metri dal lungo fiume e da un antico tempio su una collinetta vicina e a 10 min a piedi dal mercato notturno. Il plus è la piccola piscina sul tetto: pulitissima con una bella vista e piacevole per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata di visite nel clima umido! Tra l'altro un ottimo punto per osservare gli hornbill, che a volte vengono proprio a riposarsi sulla terrazza, o che si vedono spesso in volo prima del tramonto e anche un albero in lontananza gremito di flying fox!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026It was basic. For the price I payed and for other places I’ve payed much less and was given much more. I was let down a little. Great location and a quieter vibe not really social. Room was fine.Staff are friendly.
There were alive and dead bugs in the mini fridge. I only used the fridge for water but that grossed me out and I had one crawling over my bed. There were no towels I had to go down to reception to ask.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Die Lage ins Zentrum war super. Es war wirklich viel befahrenen straße, aber dennoch so dass man vom Verkehr nichts hören konnte. In der Unterkunft war es generell sehr ruhig und wir waren in einem Achter Zimmer insgesamt nur drei Personen der Pool auf der Dachterrasse war nett. Auch ist ein Vogel vorbeigekommen den man füttern konnte
Die Betten waren sehr hart weshalb Schlaf kaum möglich war. Die Dusche und das WC waren schmutzig. Die Dusche konnte man nicht versperren.

L'attitude du personnel, manager compris. En début de séjour, j'ai changé un billet de 100$ à la réception. Lorsque, plus tard, j'ai voulu payer des consommations avec un des billets que j'avais reçu, le personnel a refusé prétextant qu'il était abîmé. J'ai appelé le manager en lui expliquant que j'avais reçu le billet dans l'établissement. Rien à faire, il a aussi refusé mon billet. Je me suis rendu dans une banque par acquis de conscience, ils m'ont dit que mon billet était tout à fait valable.

Malheureusement le pays nous a beaucoup déçu (vols à Kampot, insécurité) et nous avons préféré rester à l'hôtel enfermés en attendant notre vol retour

Pool was alot smaller than the photos Prawn spring rolls were meat (not sure what meat, poss pork) Aircon was awful so the room was boiling Staff were not helpful or bothered when I asked them to look at it. I found them very dismissive and when we checked in we weren't shown to our room welcomed. There are no birds on the rooftop as advertised Bar had no atmosphere at all Reception hot and no AC It doesn't have a hostel fun vibe at all

Attention, les chambres les moins chères n’ont pas de vue sur l’extérieur et l’unique fenêtre donne sur le couloir, avec une vitre non-teintée. Si vous voulez de l’intimité il faut donc fermer le volet et vivre dans le noir. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre et il nous a été répondu qu’il fallait pour cela plus que doubler le prix de la chambre (+28$ / nuit). Aucun effort n’a été fait pour nous replacer, alors que des chambres avec vue extérieur sont restées libres tout le long de notre séjour.

On aurait apprécié que booking précise que la chambre n à pas de fenêtre et pas de penderie. Car à la réservation 2 chambres pour même descriptif nous avons pris la plus cher pensant avoir un studio, et non plus cher mais sans fenêtre . Pas de penderie
