Ma chambre donnant directement sur la rue très très passagère, donc fenêtre constamment fermée. Boule quies OBLIGATOIRE.J ai demandé à changer de chambre : refus de la direction sauf si je payais 1 supplément ! J ai expliqué que le prix de la chambre était déjà élevé au vu de la prestation et au vu du prix moyen d un hébergement à Cali et en Colombie. Petit déjeuner simple et léger mais j ai acheté de quoi compléter.

Cometí un error y no fue fijarme que la habitación era mixta (tampoco recuerdo booking me haya dicho que era mixta, de lo contrario, nunca hubiera reservado). Cuando pagué, me enseñaron la habitación y vi que es mixta e inmediatamente solicité devolución como se hace en cualquier otro hotel. Pero ni siquiera han podido responder. Se suma a la pésima logística de booking de permitir que todos los hoteles cancelen cuando se ha hecho reserva

At night very quiet if you want really to relax... Inside in courtyard there is little bar where is also breakfast... The owner is very kind and helpful, every question is answer and tell what is best for you... Price is really correct... All recommendations for visit if you are in Cali...

They upgraded our room to the third floor - lovely room and terrace. Everything is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this accommodation to others . Excellent value for money

No air con, only a fan, which does not bother me.much, but might be for some people. Also, for some reason, there was no room cleaning for our stay, so had to ask for additional toilet paper and such...

Reviewed Jan 27, 2024An incredible stay with the friendliest and kindest hosts and staff! They made us feel at home right away and were so helpful with our many questions. They offer transport to the airport at the same / cheaper rate than taxis too! And when our flight was cancelled last minute Sol stayed around to help make sure we knew what was going on and understood the situation. Plus they have a kitten! Very safe & secure. Bed was very comfy, powerful fan for the heat that was really great. The room was very very spacious, bathroom was clean and the shower was great (hot water too)! There are lots of nice little touches like games in the common area. Breakfast was yummy, a little on the small side but nice mix - a piece of toast, an egg, some fruit and hot chocolate or coffee. Value for money and overall vibes are so so great. Don't hesitate to stay here! We loved Cali and this place, and we hope to stay again in the future!
