We had a pool access room that faced the beach and I liked that I could manage to get in and out of the pool. The pool was wide enough and long enough that I could get some exercise by doing laps, it also had a water slide for the little and not so little children. Breakfast was included in our stay and the eggs were cooked on request. It was only a five minute walk to the night market nearby. Any staff we spoke to were very friendly and breakfast staff were always helpful.

The room was like an underground bunker with all grey concrete walls and ceiling. The kettle and coffee mugs were placed on a bedside table due to there being no other space to keep them, except the bench space "under" where you need to hang your clothes. My dresses had no chance of hanging neatly as they hit the top of the small bench space where the safe was, and the hair dryer (coz it won't fit anywhere in the bathroom). That was also the only place to put your tablet/laptop to charge, but no chair or desk to use them at. There was a little fridge under that bench space, that had an ice tray to make ice which was good, until - the fridge turns off when you take the card out to leave the room, so anything cold is no longer cold when you come back, and the ice is melted. Lucky I didn't have medication that needed to be refrigerated. Most hotels have the fridge on a different circuit so it stays working when everything else is turned off. There were no draws so everything pretty much had to stay in the case the whole time and that is not ideal for a six night stay. The tray of toiletries in the bathroom had to be put on the floor under the sink, to make room for our toiletry bags. There is no shelf in the shower, so anything needed apart from basics included, had to sit on the floor, plus it flooded every time you had a shower due to a gap under the shower screen. Oh, and when you turn on the shower (room was 102), the bedside light starts to flicker for an instant disco effect so that was a bit scary. Breakfast was basic, all the hot food was warm at best, no bacon, and no croissants, plus any other bakery items (apart from the bread) seemed to be a bit dry or stale and you could not warm them up. There was a coffee machine, but we discovered it had ants living in it, so you had to scoop them out of the cup before you could drink whatever you made.

It’s very central to everything, opposite the beach where you can view the most amazing sunsets and far enough from the main strip so it’s not so loud. The breakfast and cleaning staff were very friendly. The manager was very helpful. If you like elephants please visit the only REAL ethical sanctuary in Krabi (I researched) called Following Giants, there is no feeding, no bathing, no riding and no touching - you get to walk and observe from afar - it was truly amazing to see so many elephants rescued.

I upgraded because the room I was given didn’t have a working balcony door lock and they couldn’t fix it in time. If you stay here I would opt for the rooms overlooking the private pool at the back as they are larger in size. The reception staff were not very approachable. One of them kept wearing a COVID face mask, not sure if they were ill but it doesn’t look good for front desk staff and were not particularly helpful.

Great location on the oceanfront, the breakfast room has a view over the sea - just lovely. Breakfast food was excellent, staff were very friendly & helpful. Located next to Landmark night market, we chose a garden facing room so noise was not a problem. Good air conditioning in the rooms, great to have a small balcony to sit and a rack to dry wet swimwear & towels. Tour booking and laundry service right out front, free parking for the scooter and the pool was beautiful and clean with a fun waterslide for the kids (and us adults enjoyed it too). Very clean hotel and nice to have areas to sit with the ocean breeze. The hotel didn't have conjoined rooms so they provided us with 2 rooms close together which was ideal.

The food was so good at breakfast it is a shame we couldn't have lunch or dinner there also. The gym is right in the entranceway and all glass so I didn't feel comfortable to do a workout in front of everyone entering the lobby. The tiles around the pool are very slippery!!

Nice swimming pool, good location next to the ao nang night market. Good to book day trips around there too.

Position was good

Very noisy from slamming doors (need to put closing cushion to quieten door closure) and loud conversations in the hallway prevented a restful sleep. Rooms are tiny with barely space to stand a suitcase upright and nowhere to place anything. The room in serious need of repainting. The current look is absolute dreadful.

The ac was strong and the fridge was good and the location was very good

The room had a distinct bad smell, not clean, the bathroom was filthy, the food for breakfast had ants in the toaster, when we complained about the smell and the ants the staff said “deal with it”. Breakfast in and of itself is very lame not much to pick from.. wifi was shit, keeps cutting off and even when working was slow and shitty, half the staff was nice other half are npc.. tv was also small

הגקוזי לא עובד החלפתי 3 חדרים !! המים החמים במקלחת ובגקוזי עובדים ל 3 דקות ואז החשמל נופל.. הבחור שבא לבדוק אומר לי לא להתקשר עוד 5 דקות כנראה הוא מודע לבעיה שזה לא עובד..החדר אוכל סגור .. הרבה נמלים גם שהחלפתי חדר באו לחדר החדש אחרי שניה כל החדר נמלים.. אי אפשר להניח כוס שתיה או אוכל אפילו ל 5 דקות בחדר !! חוויה מזעזעת העובדים בקושי מדברים אנגלית.. רק אומר כן כן כן ולא מבינים כלום.. בפעם השלישית שעברנו חדר הציעו לנו את החדר הראשון שקיבלנו.. אין עם מי לדבר אין תקשורת.. 3 ימים מחכים לגקוזי ובסוף לא עובד ב 3 חדרים שונים.. המיטה ממש לא נוחה ומלאה במצאים ושמיכות שיהיה ריפוד.. מרגיש כאילו ישנים במיטת מים הכל שוקע

Det er mye å påpeke når det gjelder dette hotellet ! Dette er et hotell som nærmer seg ny oppussing ! Best av alt er frokosten og første etg ser mye bedre ut enn resten. ikke bestill rom mot baksiden selv om det er balkong der. Uteområdet på baksiden er sjuskete; stygt og definitivt ikke tatt vare på. Rommet i 3 etg hadde mange mangler og det var veldig mye som måtte repareres iløpet av bare 5 dager; døret.som plutselig ikke kunne lukkes eller låses. Lys i taket som plutselig falt ned uten grunn. Laken/sengetrekk som ikke var rent. På en merkelig måte fremstår stedet som sjarmerende men passer ikke for mer enn kortidsopphold. Velger ikke dette hotellet senere; litt pga beliggenheten/standarden og fordi stedet ikke tilsvarer standarden booking.com gir hotellet.

La vue est juste géniale et l’emplacement et topissime, juste à 5 minutes à pieds du night market, incroyable.

Les chambres manquaient d’un peu de propreté, notamment la salle de bain.

The location was good.

The room was tiny. There was no where to put your luggage, so we had to put it on the floor but then we couldn't walk around the bed properly. We had a room that goes out to the pool. The pool was filthy and had green algae. Our aircon didnt work at first. The staff didn't help with our luggage and looked like that couldn't be bothered helping us. The welcome drink area was full of empty glasses stacked up which no one offered us one. No one told us about breakfast or explained the facilities. We had to work everything out on our own.

Overordnet rigtig fint hotel! Fede værelser. Lækker morgenmad. Beliggenheden er god.

Rengøringen! Der var pænt rent da vi ankom, men under opholdet på 6 nætter bestod rengøringen af af de redte sengen, fejede gulvet og vi fik nye håndklæder. Det var først da vi påpegede at der var beskidt nogle steder, at de så gjorde noget ved det. Sengetøjet blev ikke skiftet under opholdet.

That it was near all amenities

One of the room’s balconies faced a dummping spot filled with junk. We asked to be moved from the room but they said they were fully booked, even though we kept seeing people checking in and out.

Pool was bigger than is shown in the pics and there was always an available sun chair.

My view was towards the back - which the neighboribg hotel used as a garbage dump. Not the fault of this hotel.

The location is perfect and the pool area is nice.

The staff were terrible! Half of them were really nice but the other half make fun of you, laugh infront of you with the other staff and so disrespectful.

Был забронирован номер на 2 взрослых и ребенка.в итоге была всего одна кровать.для ребенка она просто не предусмотрена.за нее оказываеться нужно еще доплатить 700 бат за ночь.такого шока мы еще не испытывали.на ресепшене ничего не добились пришлось покупать эту кровать.служба поддержки Букинка помогла вернуть нам часть денег.не рекомендую ее никому.воды горячей не было,воняло канализацией.

Ich hatte ein Swimm-Up-Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Phantastisch; von der kleinen, eigenen Terrasse direkt in den großen Pool (ca. 25m x 6m) gehüpft. Besser geht nicht. Meer ca. 15m vor der Türe!

Der Pool war von 08:00 morgens - 06:00 abends (lt. Schild) geöffnet. Hat sich aber niemand dran gehalten und wurde durch Personal auch nicht unterbunden. Teils spätabends noch Gejohle und Geplansche.

Das Zimmer war echt schön, top Lage wenn man nachleben aber auch etwas ruhigeren Strand will.

Smell and stink like shit! You guys should really take care of your sewage system from room toilet and the sink! Please avoid staying in B401! Bed not that comfy and facilities are just average.

The location was good, easy to get to where we needed to for our day trips, close to bars and restaurants, right on the beach. Pool was okay but pool area quite small and beds not the best but okay for what you pay. The bed in the room was comfy.

We were on a front viewing room and being on the main road it was quite loud at night. In the room it smelt damp and also a sewage smell which wasn’t nice at all however the actual room was kept clean and was turned over daily. Breakfast was included and was okay, very basic but good value for money overall.

Fabulous location

Have booked room with pool access and the room is too small. It was about 8500 BAHT for two day , little costly if sees the room size but location is fabulous. Breakfast was good but less options for vegetarians. Also no baggage service available at property.

Der var pænt og rent, morgenmaden var fin. Rengøringen kunne man ikke klage over, de kom hver dag.

Det tog 2 dage for dem at komme og ordne et stoppet toilet - vi klarede det faktisk selv og så kom de og gjorde det rent, for der var ikke noget vi selv kunne gøre det med. Værelset var meget småt og der er ingen steder man kan lægge sit tøj. Intet skab, kun en enkelt bøjlestang over et bord. Det ville også have været lækkert med en solseng på terrassen (vi havde et swim up værelse, med direkte adgang til pool). Der var 2 stole og et bord. Vi skulle enten gå igennem poolen (som gik mig til halsen) eller igennem hotellet for at komme til liggestolene.

Walking distance to the Ao Nang Night Market. The staff is friendly and helpful. Looks like the buildings are aging and maybe time for a minor refurbishment. The rest was a good experience.

Shower water volume not consistent, suddenly fast and suddenly slow, suddenly cold and suddenly hot 🥵. TV is not functioning and not user friendly. Aircond compressor on the balcony got water leaking. Maybe required sound proof, every neighbors closing door is very annoying.

staff behaviour was very unprofessional at night after 10pm no one at reception even calling given mobile no. At reception no one picked up any kind of emergency it's you only four yourself so be aware

The staff entered my room without any knock, in the middle of the night and not even once, they entered early in the morning also! Both of them was traumatic, i had the door chain on, and they made crazy noise while i was teying to sleep, was shocked with my girlfriend bcs of the Bammmmmm sound, trying to understand whats going on. Not once but twice

Byl tranzitní hotel a snídaně se opakovali na Thajsko podprůměr.Bazén čistý a o lehátka nebyla nouze k moři přes silnici . Pláž písčitá a v moři sem tam kámen.

This particular staff ( old woman with short hair) is rude and doesnt smile. She shouldnt be at the reception if she doesnt know how to be polite or even just to smile. The rest of the staff are good.

It was comfortable and close to the beach. We liked the pool and the slide but had to ask for the slide to be turned on on both days
