The stairs are very steep, and it was quite difficult to go up and down with large and heavy luggage. It would be helpful if there were an easier option for guests with bigger bags. There were also no rugs or non-slip mats in the bathroom, so the floor can become quite slippery after taking a shower.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Une grande gentillesse et disponibilité de la part du personnel, un lieu simple avec un bel effort de décoration et d'équipement et un emplacement bien situé. Avoir un petit coin cuisine et repas avec frigo communs est très pratique. On y trouve également une table pour le petit déjeuner et un canapé.
Il manque juste un petit placard ou étagères dans la chambre pour poser ses affaires et ses bagages, il n'y a qu'un porte-manteau sur pied. Un effort est à faire sur l'hygiène des sanitaires communs.

BED BUGS!!! During our sleep we continuously got patterns of the rows of red bitten dots all over the hands and legs. At first we thought those were mosquitoes, so we didn't comply about it, but after we checked out we read reviews from year ago and the bugs were reported there too. Also we waited for about 30 mins for the receptionist to check us in, and it turned out they just forgot about our booking!

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Ubicacion excelente, llegas camminando a todos lados. habitacion individual para 2 personas en un mini apartamento, excelente privacidad. Tiene refrigerador para cada mini apartamento. La ducha funciona bien.
Muchos mosquitos en todos lados, necesita urgente una malla de mosquitos en las habitaciones para abrir las ventanas en verano. El calor no se soporta para dormir. Cocina no tiene muchos utensilios, no hay sal, azucar ni nada para usar en los sartenes como algun aceite. Todo debes llevarlo tu. El baño tenía mucho hongo y moho por la falta de buena ventilacion, tiene una espuma improvisada para evitar que el agua escape de la ducha por el lado de la ventana. Impresentable.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026El apartamento es bastante lindo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, la ubicación es muy buena, llegas caminando a los principales puntos de interés.
Estuvimos 3 noches y se notaba que en el área común del living y cocina iba alguien diariamente a limpiar pero no así en el baño, me dió la impresión que solo reponían el papel higiénico ya que en la ducha y el piso se veía acumulación de pelos. Además podrían proporcionar una alfombra de baño para evitar que se moje todo al salir de la ducha. Considerando que desde el día que entramos hasta el dia que terminó nuestra estadía compartimos el apartamento con 4 personas más, la limpieza del baño debería ser diaria y si es que lo era no se notaba para nada.

Un olor horrible impregnado en todo el edificio, supongo que sube del restaurante que hay justo debajo, y era imposible ventilar la habitación ya que entraban ordas de mosquitos. Muchas calor. La limpieza deja muchísimo que desear, ese lavabo no ha visto lejía en su vida.

Window area was not clean, and one of the beds was right next to the dirty windows and curtains. Bathroom ceiling was moldy. An electric fan was available in the room, however it was quite dusty.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026I had a great stay here during the BTS concert in Brussels. The room was clean, the shared bathroom was well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to many hotels that became extremely expensive during the concert. The location is also close to the city center, which was very convenient. There’s a Japanese restaurant called Osaka Sushi in the building, and I highly recommend trying their ramen. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The accom is well located in a quiet street close to the centre and just 15 mins walk to Le Grand Place. The accommodation is bright and airy and the bedroom is a good size with twin beds, and it was clean and well ventilated with a velux window and a cooling fan for nighttime. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom is next door and is good with strong shower. This 3rd floor has a well appointed kitchen / dining room which was a great idea (the same for the other two floors). The owners are nice and friendly and communicated very well in advance. And they let me leave my luggage there for 5 hours after checking out while I did some further exploring. I’d definetly stay here again on a future trip to Brussels
Everything was fine and I had no issues. My bedroom was on 3rd floor so had to travel up 3 flights of stairs each time but it’s only a small quibble. Next time I’d try to book on floor 1 or 2 especially if I was staying for more than 2 nights.

La zona in comune è più carina della stanza che avevo riservato. La posizione è molto centrale e abbastanza sicura considerati i problemi del centro di Bruxelles, sicuramente si tratta di una via molto tranquilla con solo abitazioni, uffici e due locali, un ristorante giapponese e un bar all'angolo abbastanza carino. Considerate le tariffe è una situazione ideale se si è a bruxelles per lavoro o vacanza. La cosa più positiva è la gentilezza della famiglia ospitante. Sia Anna sia i fratelli sono estremamente disponibili e gentili. Mi hanno consentito anche di lasciare la valigia nella stanza il giorno del check out e hanno soddisfatto altre mie richieste senza alcun problema, per cui consiglio assolutamente la struttura.

It is a loft in the top floor, it gets very very warm. The windows have no working mosquito net. You ended up sleeping with 40*C. Inhad to improvise an structure to keep the mosquitoes met on place with the hanger

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Tout était tout simplement merveilleux. Le Sweet Dream House est situé en plein centre-ville, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre est excellente, confortable et pensée dans les moindres détails. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine, où tout est à disposition : vaisselle, café, sel, sucre et poivre. Même si nous avions tout apporté avec nous, cette attention envers les invités était très agréable. Nous avons aimé passer nos soirées dans la cuisine autour d’un verre de bière belge (l’aquarium crée une très belle ambiance lumineuse). Les petits détails rendent le séjour encore plus confortable : des chaussons jetables sont prévus pour les personnes ayant oublié les leurs pour la douche, et tout est adapté au nombre de personnes dans la chambre. Les toilettes et la douche sont impeccables, il y a un sèche-cheveux et du shampoing. Une hôte très gentille et attentionnée ❤️ Lorsque nous n’arrivions pas à trouver l’adresse, moins d’une minute après notre message, un jeune homme est venu nous accueillir et nous a gentiment aidés à monter nos valises dans la chambre. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et souhaitons de tout cœur beaucoup de succès ainsi que de nombreux clients reconnaissants et généreux.🥰😍💗
Il serait agréable d’améliorer légèrement les oreillers, mais cela ne reste qu’un détail mineur.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Pleasant room just next to the Brussels Old Town. Close enough to the public transport and most tourist attractions. Room is comfortable, with access to kitchen and bathroom. Rather for a short stay, but you won't be dissapointed.
Smells from other apartments could be disturbing. Also the cleaniness is not the hospital level :)

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026- Located on a nice street near a lot of transport links, and within walking distance of most landmarks. - Staff tell you exactly what to do upon arrival. They’re also really flexible about storing luggage if needed. - Staff take room requests seriously and try to fulfil them if possible. I asked for a room with a balcony and they managed to give me one. - Room was lovely and looks exactly like the photos on the website. Very spacious with plenty of natural light and comfortable beds. I was in a big apartment sharing a bathroom, kitchen area, and dining area with one other room. There was also coffee, tea, etc in the cupboards. - Cleaner was in every morning to clean the communal areas and provide fresh linen so the apartment was never dirty.
- No major faults. A mirror in the bedroom (even a small desktop mirror) would have made it easier to get ready in the mornings. - No lift, although the owner helped me to carry my luggage up and down the stairs.

Otherwise is tidy and clean, but all doors were dirty + table was sticky No handtowels. It could be 2 pillows / bed, they were so thin. In the shower water is not going away quickly, it stays there.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Si quieres estar en el centro, el sitio es ideal. A dos calles lo tienes todo. Y para desplazarte tienes el metro muy cerca. El lugar es tranquilo y las personas que lo llevan son muy amables, atentos y serviciales.
Las escaleras un pelín incómodas porque eran estrechas. Lo bueno es que estábamos en el primer piso. La habitación daba al patio de luces pero las camas eran muy cómodas. Hubiese necesitado un espejo en la habitación y un enchufe porque el baño es compartido y muchas veces no podía utilizarlo porque estaba ocupado.
